Abstract

Penulisan karya ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk menyampaikan bagaimana cara penerapan model diskusi dalam pengelolaan kelas disekolah dasar. Dalam karya ini kami menggunakan metode literatur, dimana seluruh informasi yang kami tuliskan didapat dari berbagai sumber dengan pembahasan yang berkaitan dengan materi diskusi ini. Proses kegiatan pengelolaan kelas di suatu pendidikan harus mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang telah ditentukan banyak cara dalam pembelajarannya salah satunya ialah pembelajaran model diskusi. Pembelajaran merupakan sebuah kegiatan belajar mengajar yang dilakukan oleh guru dan murid dalam satuan pendidikan. Pada kegiatan tersebut tentunya terjadi interaksi, antar siswa, guru dan sumber belajar yang digunakan. Karena itu dengan adanya interaksi yang terjalin secara hangat dapat membangun pengetahuan siswa secara aktif. Salah satu contoh interaksi tersebut adalah dengan melakukan diskusi kelas. Penerapan model diskusi ini memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar pada hasil belajar siswa . Metode diskusi merupakan suatu alat yang digunakan dalam proses belajar serta sebagai bahan ajar yang memiliki tujuan untuk mencapai hasil pembelajaran yang optimal. Metode diskusi ini pun kerap menjadi media alternatif untuk penyampaian bahan pelajaran. Parang guru cukup sering menggunakan model diskusi ini dalam sebuah bahasan materi. Metode ini digunakan oleh guru agar mengiring siswa untuk mampu menyelesaikan persoalan materi yang dialami secara bersama-sama. Model diskusi ini menjadi model yang sering digunakan dalam pengelolaan kelas di satuan pendidikan oleh guru. Dengan metode diskusi ini juga guru dapat menciptakan proses pengelolaan kelas dalam pembelajaran lebih menyenangkan bagi siswa, sehingga kita dapat memotivasi siswa untuk belajar lebih semangat

Abstract

Gender transformation is an effort to achieve liberation from all forms of oppression, whether structural, personal, class, skin color or international economic. The transformation discussed by the author is gender transformation which is seen based on the appearance of the female main character in the imperfect film which is caused by the work environment, family, and so on, causing the female main character to undergo a gender transformation in appearance. This research aims to ensure that development benefits and resources are directed effectively and fairly to men and women. The method used by the author in this research is a quantitative method. Quantitative method is a research method that uses a lot of numbers. Starting from the data collection process to its interpretation. Meanwhile, the research method is an in-depth and careful study of all the facts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara emotional quotient (EQ) dan motivasi mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan skripsi. Penelitian dilakukan di UIN Raden Intan Lampung dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Sampel penelitian melibatkan 80 mahasiswa PAI angkatan 2021 yang sedang menyusun skripsi, dipilih melalui teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen berupa angket dengan skala Likert telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis statistik meliputi uji normalitas, uji linearitas,  uji T, uji F, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa emotional quotient memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi mahasiswa, dengan kontribusi sebesar 16,4% (R² = 0,164). Uji linearitas mengonfirmasi pola hubungan yang konsisten antara kedua variabel, sedangkan uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0.000 (< 0.05), mengindikasikan pengaruh emotional quotient terhadap motivasi. Selain itu, hasil uji heteroskedastisitas memastikan bahwa model regresi dapat diinterpretasikan dengan baik. Mahasiswa dengan emotional quotient tinggi lebih mampu mengelola emosi, mengatasi stres, dan tetap fokus pada tujuan akademik. Hasil ini menegaskan pentingnya emotional quotient dalam mendukung motivasi dan keberhasilan akademik mahasiswa.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model permainan Tic Tac Toe terhadap hasil belajar gerak dasar lokomotor siswa kelas III SDN Jelambar Baru 03. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode eksperimen dengan Pre Experimental design, rancangan penelitian ini memanfaatkan One Grup Pretest- Post Tes Design. Sampel sebanyak 30 siswa Kelas III A dengan teknik pengambilan sampel mengunakan purposive sampling . Pada uji validitas dengan menggunakan Korelasi Product Moment dengan 20 butir soal dengan 10 soal valid dan 10 soal drop. Sedangkan pada uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Alfa Cronbach sebesar 0,635 disimpulkan bahwa butir soal dinyatakan reliabel. Selanjutnya data normalitas dengan menggunakan rumus Saphiro Wilk diketahui data hasil belajar pretest diperoleh Sig 0,659 > 0,05 dan posttest siswa kelas diperoleh Sig 0,30 > 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil dan data-data penelitian dikatakan berdistribusi normal. Pada uji homogenitas tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh sebesai 0,616. Hal ini berarti taraf signifikansi hitung > 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil pretest dan posttest mempunyai tingkat varian yang sama. Pada uji hipotesis digunakan Paired Sampel Test menunjukkan berdasarkan hasil analisis uji t pada data pretest dan posttest hasil belajar siswa kelas III SDN Jelambar Baru 03 diperoleh nilai nilai p (0,000) < dari 0,05 . Simpulan penelitian ini adalah model permainan Tic Tac Toe dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar gerak dasar lokomotor siswa kelas III SDN Jelambar Baru 03. Kata Kunci : Tic Tac Toe, Gerak Dasar Lokomotor, PJOK, Hasil belajar, Kelas III Abstract. This study aims to find out the influence of the Tic Tac Toe game model on the learning results of the basic movement of the locomotive students of Class III SDN New Figure 03. This research uses quantitative approaches and experimental methods with Pre Experimental design, this research project utilizes One Group Pretest- Post Test Design. A sample of 30 Class III A students using purposive sampling. In a validity test using a product moment correlation with 20 issues with 10 valid questions and 10 drop questions, while in a reliability test using the Alfa Cronbach formula of 0.635 it was concluded that the issue was declared reliable. Further data normality using the Saphiro Wilk formula known data learning results pretest obtained Sig 0.659 > 0.05 and class posttest students obtaining Sig 0.30 > 0.05. Based on the results and the research data it is said to be distributed normally. In the homogeneity test, it can be concluded that the significance value obtained is 0.616. This means the value of significance count > 0.05. It can then be concluded that the results of the pretest and posttest have the same level of variance. On the hypothesis test used Paired Sample Test showed based on the results of the analysis of the test t on the data pretest and posttest learning results students of class III SDN New Figure 03 obtained a p value value (0,000) < of 0.05. The conclusion of this study is that the model Tic Tac Toe game can improve the learning results of the basic movement of the locomotive students of class III SDN Jelambar Baru 03. Abstract

This article explores Quranic verses related to earthquakes through the lens of tafsir ilmi (scientific exegesis) and analyzes their correlation with core concepts in seismology. The study is motivated by the need to integrate revelation and science in addressing natural phenomena comprehensively and contextually. This research employs a qualitative method through literature review, classical and contemporary tafsir analysis, and scientific examination of fundamental seismological theories. The findings reveal that verses such as Surah Az-Zalzalah, Al-Hajj, and An-Nazi’at describe earthquake phenomena in a manner that does not contradict modern scientific explanations, such as tectonic plate movement and seismic waves. Classical interpretations emphasize spiritual and eschatological dimensions, while tafsir ilmi offers a rational and scientific reading. This study concludes that the correlation between the Qur’an and seismology is not aimed at proving the Qur’an through science, but rather at building epistemological coherence that enhances the understanding of ayat kauniyah (signs of nature). This study contributes to the development of integrative Quranic exegesis and encourages ecological awareness among Muslims in responding to natural disasters with both wisdom and scientific insight.

Abstract

Early childhood education aims to maximize the overall development of children aged 0 to 6 years, including their physical motor development. This study focuses on examining the gross motor development of children aged 5 to 6 years at RA Azrina in Medan City through the implementation of the obstacle course activity called “Zona Petualangan Cilik.” A descriptive method with a qualitative approach was used in this research. Based on observations across several aspects of gross motor skills, the following results were obtained: for balance, 60% of children were categorized as Developing as Expected, while 40% were Developing Very Well; for agility, 80% were Developing Very Well and 20% were Beginning to Develop; for strength, 60% were Developing as Expected and 40% were Beginning to Develop; and for coordination, 90% were Developing Very Well and 10% were Beginning to Develop. The findings from both observation and analysis indicate that children aged 5 to 6 at RA Azrina in Medan City are generally showing good progress in gross motor development. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Work Experience and Work Facilities on the Performance of Employees of the Agriculture and Plantation Service of Batu Bara Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method using the assistance of Smart PLS version 3.0 which is collected from the results of distributing questionnaires to Employees of the Agriculture and Plantation Service of Batu Bara Regency. The analysis method used in this study is to use an instrument test, namely a validity and reliability test. measurement model (outer model) namely validity test, reliability test, then structural model (inner model) including: coefficient of determination / r-square (r2), goodness of fit model and hypothesis test with t-statistic test and indirect effect test (indirect effect). The results of Smart PLS 3.0 in this study are Work Experience Affects Work Motivation, Work Facilities Do Not Affect Work Motivation, Work Experience Affects Performance, Work Facilities Do Not Affect Performance, Work Motivation Affects Performance, Work Experience Affects Performance Mediated by Work Motivation, Work Facilities Do Not Affect Performance Mediated by Motivation.
