Abstract

Terminal type A in Karawang is a public transport terminal that serves trips between villages, between cities within provinces and between cities between provinces. As one of the city's facilities, a contemporary concept approach with the cultural elements raised can be an added value in people's interest in using city facilities, to facilitate the local community in their activities. At present, Karawang doesn’t have a Type A Terminal to support activities, so this Terminal must be built while running a master plan for regional government. Contemporary concepts, often used by architects in designing buildings in the present. Using Charles Jencks's theory in applying Terminal design includes 3 points: ideology, variety and basic ideas. The combination of the theory of Charles Jenkcs with the cultural ideology of Karawang used, makes this building has a characteristic in terms of form, philosophy and its own meaning implied in it.

Abstract

Aquascape comes from the word Aquarium and Landscape which means the art of managing plants, water, rocks, corals, and wood in an aquarium whose beauty can be seen and felt by all the general public and aquascape lovers themselves. Aquascape art is an art that is quite complicated because it requires patience and creativity in conceptualizing and creating the aquascape itself. The contemporary architectural concept is a building concept that emphasizes freedom of expression, shows a unique shape and contrasts with the surrounding environment. The contemporary architectural concept is characterized by an unusual building shape. Contemporary architecture tends to use curved lines more often as the main style. That is what is the main attraction of this building

Abstract

Education is an important part of life that also distinguishes humans from other livng things. Education is a systematic conscious effort in developing all the potential that exists in humans to become fully human. Indonesian citizens are citizens who have a religious life, so that to meet the needs of adequate education, every citizen wants to be met the need for religious education and education in general. The application of islamic architecture because of the similarities in the effort to restore and carry out islamic values in various aspects. The application of islamic architecture in pesantren buildings is more to the physical building which is expected to be able to produce a building as well as a place to gain knowledge in which islamic values can be applied.

Abstract

The Organic Vegetables Research Center is a place that is used to observe, analyze, develop and expand scientific insights as well as to discover new facts that exist in organic vegetable plants. The results of this study in the form of vegetable seedlings planted in the cultivation area. This vegetable research study aims to improve the quality of vegetables in the community so that vegetables consumed by the community have high nutrition and to be able to compete with the quality of vegetables imported from abroad. Environmentally Friendly Architecture in its application in the area of ​​the Organic Vegetables Research Center is to minimize the use of electrical energy that comes from PLN and is replaced by utilizing Natural Resources, namely the sun and wind which are channeled through Solar Panels and Wind Turbines. Then maximize the air and sunlight that enters the building and the use of environmentally friendly materials in each building.

Abstract

The Design of Modern-Traditional Audio-Visual Art Performance and Training Center With the Concept of Expressionism Architecture is a building with its main function as a means of entertainment to facilitate audio-visual arts performances specifically dance art, drama and opera as well as educational facilities for art performers to practice the audio visual arts. Art is a communication media for human based on experience, feelings and has a beauty that is expressed through a creation. This underlies the reason for applying the architectural concept of expressionism which has the nature of freedom of expression based on the expression of feelings of the heart. Located in the city of Yogyakarta, which is known as the city of students and the city of the arts, it is expected that it will be a means to preserve audio-visual arts, both modern and traditional, and be able to respond to the need for large number of performance facilities for both art performers and the wider community. Abstract

Indonesia khususnya di Ibu Kota Jakarta mempunyai tingkat jumlah penduduk yang termasuk sangat padat. Jumlah penduduk di DKI Jakarta ini akan menentukan kebutuhan akan rumah di provinsi tersebut. Seiring perkembangan zaman, model hunian sudah mulai memerhatikan masalah-masalah yang timbul pada permukiman. Salah satu model hunian yang muncul karena adanya permasalahan dalam merencanakan permukiman adalah Co- housing. Co-housing adalah konsep dimana sebuah grup/komunitas merencanakan dan membangun rumah mereka secara bersama-sama di suatu lahan yang sama dan memiliki ruang-ruang komunal di dalamnya. Arsitektur berkelanjutan adalah arsitektur yang berusaha untuk meminimalkan dampak negatif lingkungan bangunan dengan efisiensi dan moderasi dalam penggunaan bahan, energi, dan ruang pengembangan dan ekosistem secara luas. Arsitektur berkelanjutan menggunakan pendekatan sadar untuk konservasi energi dan ekologis dalam desain lingkungan binaan atau teori, sains dan gaya bangunan yang dirancang dan dibangun sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip ramah lingkungan. Pada permukiman co-housing kali ini terdiri dari fasilitas fasilitas seperti unit hunian, kantor pengelola, clubhouse, tempat ibadah, fasilitas pendidikan, ruko, lapangan, dan ruang servis. Dan juga fasilitas komunal seperti dapur komunal, tempat makan komunal, area parkir bersama, kebun bersama. Penerapan arsitektur berkelanjutan pada permukiman Co-Housing kali ini diterapkan pada penggunaan material yang ramah lingkungan, pemanfaatan cahaya matahari, pemanfaatan udara alami, pengelolaan limbah, pengelolaan air hujan.

Abstract

The Jengki architecture as the original style of the Indonesian architectural style and has been forgotten as the ages evolved, was applied in the design of a five star class (*****) Resort Hotel in the Jatinegara Nature Tourism Area, Tegal. The number of tourist areas developed in Jatinegara Subdistrict has increased the number of local and non-local visitors who need accommodation facilities. The increasing number of tourists was also targeted to reintroduce Jengki Architecture.

Abstract

Planning and Design of Cow Milk Processing Places in Boyolali is a facility that provides tourist attractions as well as educational sites for visitors. This place offers a variety of facilities such as diary cow milk farms, visitors here can see directly the process of milking cow until when sterilizing cow's milk, the process of making cow's milk is processed into foods such as dodol milk, tofu milk, etc. Store a place where food is mostly made from milk. Planning and Designing of Cow Milk Processing Tourism Site is located in the Boyolali region of Central Java, precisely in the village of Cepogo. With the concept of Modern Traditional Architecture visitors can experience first hand the process of milking cows and try to untie climate conditions in Indonesia with their application to land and buildings.
