Abstract

The architectural style of the mosque without the dome is becoming a phenomenon in the development of Islamic architecture this decade. The dome, which has been a symbol of Islam for hundreds of years, seems to no longer be the main target of mosque design, both in the world and in Indonesia. Seen by the increasing number of architects who build mosques without domes. What underlies this change? What is the change in thinking or intellectual power of the Muslim community, underlying this change? This study uses descriptive analysis method, namely the analysis process is carried out based on theoretical studies with literature studies, journals, magazines, and observations in the field. The result is, the pattern of Muslim intellectual thought in the Islamic reform era resulted in the Islamization of science, namely, adapting Islamic thought to modern knowledge. This era of Islamic reform, left an imprint on the architectural design of the mosque in accordance with the principles of architectural science and the purification of the philosophy of the mosque of the era of Rasulullah SAW, namely honest, simple, geometric, with little ornamentation and without a dome, and adapted to the local culture.

Abstract

ABSTRAK. Konsep green building/interior sudah mulai banyak menarik perhatian di Indonesia. Standar yang ingin dicapai dalam penerapan konsep green building adalah, mewujudkan konsep bangunan hijau yang ramah lingkungan. Laboratorium Studio Perancangan  Arsitektur adalah ruang belajar yang memiliki waktu penggunaan paling lama, di bandingkan ruang perkuliahan lain secara umum. Permasalahannya adalah, bagaimana menciptakan kenyamanan bagi mahasiswa di ruang studio, sehingga mampu menuju Green Interior Class yang sedikitnya mendekati kriteria BCA? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kenyamanan Ruang studio perancangan di lima PTS di Jakarta (UKI, UBL, UP,Universitas Borobudur, Universitas Mercubuana) dengan standar criteria dari BCA Green Interior Office. Selain itu juga untuk menyarankan Konsep Interior Ruang kelas Laboratorium Arsitektur di PTS Jakarta menuju Green Interior. Metode penelitian yang di lakukan adalah  deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu menguraikan kriteria interior hijau yang terdapat di GBCA pada Studio perancangan di  lima PTS, untuk kemudian di beri point penilaian sesuai standart green interior GBCA. Hasil studi di studio perancangan lima PTS yang menerapkan slogan Green building, memiliki nilai score Green Interior Class yang tertinggi, mengingat komitmen terhadap slogan tersebut secara berlanjut di laksanakan dengan baik. Kenyamanan ruang studio perancangan di lima PTS saat ini hanya dapat di capai dengan cara menggunakan pencahayaan maupun penghawaan buatan, namun dengan kontrol dan pengawasan yang ketat terhadap pemanfaatan energinya, konsep Green interior bisa di capai. Kata Kunci : Green Interior, green building, kenyamanan, ruang studio perancangan ABSTRACT. The concept of green building / interior has begun to attract much attention in Indonesia. Standards to be achieved in the application of the concept of green building is embodies the concept of green buildings that are environmentally friendly. Laboratory of Architectural Design Studio is a study that has the longest usage time, in comparison to other lecture room in general. The problem is how to create convenience for students in a studio, so it was able to Green Interior Class is at least approaching the criteria of BCA? This study aims to determine the level of comfort room design studio in 5 Universities in Jakarta (UKI, UBL, UP, Universitas Borobudur, Universitas Mercubuana) with the standard criteria of the BCA Green Interior Office. In addition to suggest Concept Interior Architecture Laboratory Classrooms in PTS Jakarta toward Green Interior class. The research method was descriptive quantitative, which outlines the criteria contained in the green interior GBCA at Design Studio  at 5 PTS, and then given a point rating according to standard GBCA green interior. The study design studio 5 PTS implementing Green building Campaign, has a value score of the highest class Green Interior, given a commitment to the slogan continually carried on well. Leisure design studio classroom in the 5 PTS currently only be achieved by the use of artificial lighting and air conditioning, but with strict control and supervision of the use of energy, Green concepts in the interior can be achieved. Abstract

The Jengki architecture as the original style of the Indonesian architectural style and has been forgotten as the ages evolved, was applied in the design of a five star class (*****) Resort Hotel in the Jatinegara Nature Tourism Area, Tegal. The number of tourist areas developed in Jatinegara Subdistrict has increased the number of local and non-local visitors who need accommodation facilities. The increasing number of tourists was also targeted to reintroduce Jengki Architecture.

Abstract

Planning and Design of Cow Milk Processing Places in Boyolali is a facility that provides tourist attractions as well as educational sites for visitors. This place offers a variety of facilities such as diary cow milk farms, visitors here can see directly the process of milking cow until when sterilizing cow's milk, the process of making cow's milk is processed into foods such as dodol milk, tofu milk, etc. Store a place where food is mostly made from milk. Planning and Designing of Cow Milk Processing Tourism Site is located in the Boyolali region of Central Java, precisely in the village of Cepogo. With the concept of Modern Traditional Architecture visitors can experience first hand the process of milking cows and try to untie climate conditions in Indonesia with their application to land and buildings.

Abstract

Sekolah luar biasa (SLB) A/B adalah sekolah khusus untuk anak-anak tunanetra dan tunarungu. Sekolah luar biasa (SLB) A/B ini di bangun di Tangerang Selatan untuk memberikan fasilitas sekolah khusus untuk anak-anak tunanetra dan tunarungu agar mendapatkan pendidikan yang sama seperti anak-anak lainnya. Sekolah luar biasa (SLB) yang berlokasi di Tangerang Selatan ini telah diambil sintesa berupa konsep perencanaan dan perancangan. Perencanaan pembangunan sekoah ini berupaya untuk menyediakan sebuah fungsi bangunan sekolah yang mewadahi kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan pendekatan arsitektur perilaku. Konsep arsitektur ini berupaya menerapkan perilaku manusia atau pengguna bangunan yang membentuk sebuah ruang atau bentuk yang sesuai dengan fungsi dan kebutuhan pengguna bangunan tersebut.

Abstract

Islamic Center has the meaning of a physical container that accommodates several Islamic activities and supports. Among these activities consist of worship activities, mu'amalah and da'wah. The Islamic Center also has a role as a center for Islamic information both for Muslims and for people who want to know and want to learn about Islam. Therefore, with the design of an Islamic Center Area, it is hoped that it can accommodate community activities in the fields of religious education, economics and sports and can respond to the need for open space in the city of Solo. The Islamic Center area applies the concept of Contemporary Architecture as an effective form of approach to the surrounding community, especially for teenagers. Abstract

Abstract The Museum of Islamic History of the Archipelago is an answer to the problem of the differences between Islamic groups in the archipelago. So that the museum can provide information to the public about how Islam came to the archipelago peacefully without military support, both politics, solely preaching and also trading, then they marry local residents. Provide information to the public that our country is a unity between Indonesian and Islamic. Nusantara Architecture is an architectural art that focuses on the potential of culture, tradition, and climate conditions in the Indonesian archipelago. To support the concept of the Nusantara Islamic History Museum building, it will use the concept of Archipelago Architecture which will strengthen the characteristics of every diversity that exists in the archipelago and can provide education to visitors about the importance of knowing the cultural diversity of this country of Indonesia.

Abstract

Increasing business development in Central Java, especially the Pedurungan District of Semarang City, as a city of trade and services, must be supported by the construction of supporting facilities for these activities. By seeing the potential of the city and the limited exhibition facilities available in the city of Semarang, we need a facility that is able to accommodate various events with all the supporting facilities that are very adequate. As the City of MICE. It is hoped that the City of Semarang will be on par with other metropolitan cities, in order to realize Semarang Equivalents, commitment and support is needed. All events related to MICE must be integrated and can be mapped and published on a large scale in order to be visited by local, regional, national and international communities, and dare to attract all national and international events to be held in the city of Semarang.

Abstract

Prosesi pemakaman dengan membakar jenazah di dalam perapian atau krematorium merupakan sebuah budaya pemakaman jenazah pada zaman dahulu yang sudah diterapkan oleh manusia. Pelaksanaan proses kremasi ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi penggunaan lahan terbuka sebagai makam dan untuk menghindari terjadinya proses non-duniawi yang tidak diinginkan terjadi kepada jenazah. Kremasi mempunyai beberapa metode yaitu dengan menggunakan kayu tradisional dan menggunakan oven khusus sebagai media perabuan jenazah. Keadaan yang terjadi saat ini di Karawaci Kota Tangerang yaitu jarak antara rumah duka dengan tempat krematorium sebagai perabuan jenazah sangat jauh dan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Kecamatan Karawaci ini terdiri dari 32.296 jiwa masyarakat yang masih menerapkan kremasi berdasarkan data kependudukan agama. Kurangnya sarana perabuan terdekat menjadikan proses pemakaman tidak efisien, mengingat letak Karawaci berada di tengah Kota Tangerang sehingga Pusat Krematorium dengan luas lahan 4,1 Ha membutuhkan penanganan khusus. Dengan dilakukan perencanaan dan perancangan pusat krematorium kontemporer di Karawaci, Tangerang diharapkan dapat mewujudkan kenyamanan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan proses pemakaman. Serta mengurangi waktu perjalanan yang relatif lebih lama dalam melakukan kremasi hingga prosesi dan merubah sudut pandang masyarakat terhadap gaya Krematorium Kontemporer.
