Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has the potential of natural and culture resource as well as very interisting history. Located note far form center Jakarta, thousand island have tourist potensial number are very hihg, not only domestic tourist, but foreign tourist. But unfortunately still quit a few people who are aware of the potential of their region. As time gose by, the number of tourist in thousand island is increasing because is located only 25km from downtown Jakarta, one of the place often visited by tourist is Lancang Kecil Island because even tough this island is empty island around the island has the potential still natural, such as clean beaches, mangrove forest, and marine animal around the island. But many existing potential conditions have dissapeared and began to be abandoned by local residence because at this time there are no facilities that support activities to develop the potential, it is hope that with the idea of designing tjis cultural tourism area can become one solutions to further optimize existing tourism potentials and be able to provide benefits to the surronding community.

Abstract

Abstract Sempor Village Nature Tourism Area is an area located in Sempor Village, Kebumen, Central Java. Located on a hill near Sempor Reservoir, the natural potential is to become a very promising tourist spot, not only as a tourist place but as a place of sports and natural education, namely camping for visitors who come and are suitable for all ages ranging from young children to adult. In addition, tourism in the natural tourist area in Sempor Village is by the presence of duck boat tours, reservoir boat tours, and photo taking places. The tourist area, located in Sempor Village, was synthesized in the form of planning and design concepts. This development plan seeks to provide a function of tourism potential that accommodates local and long-distance tourist activities with natural themes with an organic architecture approach. Abstract

Anime Center Tourism Area is a center for information and tourism facilities for anime or modern Japanese culture. In the Anime Center Tourist Area there are anime museums, learning areas, game centers, restaurants, retail stores, and other supporting facilities. Anime Center Tourism is one of the facilities that can accommodate the Japanese modern cultural community in Indonesia. Not only limited to seeing the end can also find out modern Japanese culture, especially anime, manga, cosplay and some foreign animation. The Anime Center Tourist Location in Gedebage Bandung is very appropriate because the evidence of the great enthusiasm of modern Japanese culture is the frequent Japanese events or Matsuri and Bunkasai in this city. An area with a function as a tourist requires an attractive building in terms of visuals. The use of metaphorical themes in building design is considered capable of displaying its own charm, because metaphor is a theme of architectural design that gives the architectural freedom of imagination in architectural design. In accordance with the Aniem Center Tourism Area, the inside is full of extraordinary works of imagination.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of country that has ethnic, racial, cultural and religious diversity. Kupang city is the capital city of East Nusa Tenggara, is one of the regions in Indonesia with a Christian majority population. Christian Community Center expected to be able to be a place that can be accommodate various church denominations in one of spiritual activities and social with facilities that can accommodate, and can be a place to training for anyone who has the desire to develop talents to serve God and Christian Community Center can be a new icon for Kupang City. The concept of neo-vernacular architecture can be able to revive some cultural elements of East Nusa Tenggara through the trend of rehabilitation or renewal and reuse of philosophical and cosmological forms and values of an area but in the form of a new and modern design.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Etymologically, if we look at the meaning of the word tourist which comes from the word tourism, it is actually appropriate as the word tourist in English. The word comes from the Sanskrit word: tourism which means the same trip or can be equated with the word travel in English, so tourists "means the word traveler, in a sense generally accepted by the Indonesian people concerned, said tourists who are always associated with said tourist (English). But when we come to the word tourist itself, actually the word comes from the word tour (which means a trip made from one place to another) and people who travel on this tour in English are called tourists. This area will be built with the application of Organic Architecture in accordance with the surrounding conditions. Organic architecture is an architectural understanding that introduces the harmony between human habitation and the world through adjacent designs both at the location of the building, furniture, and the environment being part of a composition and united as well as interconnected. Abstract

Until now, waste is a significant problem in this country. Especially in big cities with a population that exceeds the limit. Therefore it is necessary to make slum prevention efforts, one of which is to maintain environmental quality because the impact that occurs from the influence of environmental quality will also follow the quality of life of the urban community. Waste itself is the most significant problem because it is generally not managed as well as possible, and there is a lack of public awareness and awareness in preserving the environment. Waste that was previously a problem as filth, dirty, smells, causes disease also environmental pollution can become goods that can be utilized and have high economic value. Recycling is one of the methods used to minimize the amount of waste available so that it can increase its economic value into useful items. Waste tourism is a program in which tourists visit a tourist location with the main aim of obtaining direct learning experiences in these tourism objects, in this case, the problem that observes is waste to increase awareness and motivate people's behaviour to care about the environment.

Abstract

Nature School Klender is an Educational facility in East Jakarta that accommodates teaching and learning activities set in nature with high school and kindergarten levels, in this School of Nature students are given the following knowledge: Learn to know nature further, train students' independence, students are given understanding about how to maintain a good environment, so students understand the environment around their homes and also in schools, the facilities provided in this school start from the Outdoor, Playgrond, Plantation, Camping grond, fish ponds and research laboratories. The School of Nature which is insulated in Klender East Jakarta was taken as a synthesis in the concept of planning and design. This development plan seeks to provide a building function that accommodates natural-themed teaching and learning activities with a tropical architectural approach. Abstract

The Lampung Pepadun Cultural Center in Bandar Lampung City is designed to provide cultural facilities and preserve the Lampung pepadun culture, providing facilities such as culinary and traditional house prototypes. With the application of Neo Vernacular Architecture. Architecture that aims to preserve local elements that have been formed and develop them into a modern style. This makes the appearance of the building more modern and has character in accordance with the function of the building as a building for the Lampung Pepadun Cultural Center. The people of Lampung really respect the customs that they adhere to. Adat is very important because it greatly influences the behavior, habits, and beliefs of the people of Lampung Pepadun. The people of Lampung Pepadun adhere to a patrilineal kinship system that adheres to the father's lineage in one family. Bandar Lampung City is a city located in Lampung Province, Indonesia. The city is bordered by South Lampung Regency and Pesawaran Regency.

Abstract

Perancangan hotel resort di pantai Sine Tulungagung merupakan pengembangan pariwisata di pantai Sine Tulungagung sebagai sarana rekreasi dan edukasi yang dilengkapi dengan beberapa fasilitas penunjang bangunan hotel dan resort di dalamnya, pengembangan pariwisata pantai diharapkan mampu untuk menumbuhkan perekonomian masyarakat dalam industri pariwisata dan memperkenalkan kekayaan alam pantainya kepada wisatawan domestik maupun mancanegara, hal ini sejalan dengan PERDA nomor 16 Tahun 2019 Tulungagung bagian empat (Ekonomi kreatif di bidang pariwisata). Pantai Sine sebagai lokasi yang dipilih merupakan kawasan wisata yang memiliki potensi alam dan budaya yang unik. Kawasan ini terletak di Desa Kalibatur, Kecamatan Kalidawir, atau sekitar 35 km ke arah selatan kota. Pantai Sine merupakan pantai bebas dengan ombak yang besar selain itu Pantai Sine merupakan pantai alami berbentuk teluk di pesisir selatan Kabupaten Tulungagung. Di sebelah utara terdapat tebing dengan pancuran alami yang airnya berasal dari mata air di atasnya dan di sebelah selatan Pantai Sine terdapat hutan yang masih terjaga kelestariannya. Karya desain arsitektur dengan penerapan konsep Tropical merupakan konsep yang menyesuaikan dengan kondisi iklim tropis. Letak geografis Indonesia yang berada di garis khatulistiwa membuat Indonesia memiliki dua iklim yaitu kering dan hujan. Pada musim kemarau suhu udara sangat tinggi dan matahari bersinar sangat terik. Di iklim yang panas ini, muncul ide untuk menyesuaikannya dengan arsitektur bangunan atau rumah yang dapat memberikan kenyamanan bagi penghuninya. Abstract

Garbage is one of the main factors in urban or regional environmental problems that are being faced in this era of globalization in line with the increasing number of residents and population activities. Garbage is a problem in many big cities. Including in the South Tangerang City area. In South Tangerang City itself, it produces 400 tons per day which is accommodated at the Cipeucang TPA. The Cipeucang TPA in the South Tangerang area still uses an open dumping system, but this location is getting full. Cipeucang TPA in the near future will no longer be able to accommodate garbage from South Tangerang City. Modern Waste Management in South Tangerang City was built to meet all needs by recycling waste by minimizing the amount of existing waste consisting of facilities such as Organic/Inorganic Waste Processing, Organic/Inorganic Recycling Production Building, B3 Warehouse, Workshop, Foodcourt, Sewage Water Treatment Plant, and other Supporting Buildings. This Modern Waste Management applies the theme of Modern Architecture, very suitable to be applied to designs located in South Tangerang City, with designs that form follow function, namely the shape of the building adapts to the character of the waste processing itself so that it is in accordance with the functions and considerations of tactical building users. The facade of the building will also use materials that support modern concepts such as the application of ACP material, glass, and exposed concrete to highlight the solid impression of the building.
