Abstract

Islamic Boarding School is one type of Indonesian Islamic education that aims for students and their female students to carry out formal education according to their level which at the same time can explore Islamic religious knowledge by participating in daily activities in a school environment and residing in a dormitory or cottage. Boarding School is a school that has dormitories, where students live, total learning in the school environment. Therefore, all kinds of necessities of life and learning needs are provided by the school. Abstract

Garden Walk Shopping Mall Design With a Biophilic Architectural Concept is a building whose main function is as a means of entertainment and recreation to facilitate modern shopping activities. A shopping mall is a space that can be used as a shopping and recreation center consisting of several shopping complexes in which buying and selling activities occur as well as the exchange of goods and services as well as a gathering place. By applying Biophilic principles such as Nature in space and Natural analogues so that this Shopping mall building can maintain the psychological and psychological health of its visitors. such as the shape of the avoid leaf plant, through this form a biophilic pattern will be achieved. This underlies the reason for applying the concept of biophilic architecture which has a positive relationship with nature. Located in the city of Bogor which is famous for its tourism potential and natural beauty, it is expected to be a means to meet the needs of modern shopping, entertainment and recreation that is capable of being a means to respond to a positive relationship with nature through modern shopping facilities by applying biophilic principles so as to respond positively to nature. good relationship between humans and nature. Abstract

The population of anime lovers in Indonesia ranks third in the world after El Savador and the Philippines. These anime lovers not only like to watch anime but they also have a consumptive nature towards anime specialties or Japanese cuisine. In addition, contemporary art exhibition tourist attractions are also being favored by the public as a place to unwind and travel in the Capital City area. With the design of the Exhibition building in Tangerang City, it is hoped that it can be a place for artists to exhibit their contemporary artworks and anime lovers in channeling their talents and creativity. The application of contemporary architectural concepts is expected to give a more expressive building impression and provide a hierarchy of comfort to visitors. Abstract

Mental Hospital is a place to fulfill the healing of mental disorders with a promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative approach that is held thoroughly, integrated, and continuously and can restore a person's condition so that they can carry out daily activities and social activities normally again. With the design of the Mental Hospital building in the city of Tangerang, it is hoped that it can support to meet the needs in restoring one's mental condition. The concept of contemporary architecture applied to the façade of the building is expected to reduce the negative stigma and discrimination that families or patients get when visiting a mental hospital.

Abstract

Gunung Padang merupakan tempat wisata di Cianjur yang merupakan kawasan megalitik tertua di Indonesia bahkan di dunia. Namun kondisi pengetahuan masyarakat pramuwisata terhadap obyek wisata sangat terbatas dan hanya mengacu pada pengetahuan turun-temurun. Atribut wisatawan di kawasan wisata juga sangat minim. Sejak adanya pandemi Covid-19, kunjungan wisatawan menjadi sepi, sehingga pengembangan tema dan atribut wisata serta adanya webdite diharapkan dapat meningkatkan nilai kunjungan wisatawan. Dalam kegiatan PKM ini, yang menjadi mitra adalah Yayasan Hafisun Alim 74 dan Tour Guide Gunung Padang. Permasalahan yang ada saat ini adalah kurangnya pengetahuan pemandu wisata dan belum adanya atribut wisata seperti brosur, buku panduan wisata dan infografis 2 bahasa, serta website. Solusi yang diberikan antara lain pelatihan Tour Guide umum dan religi, dan pendampingan pemberian atribut wisata pada pos informasi pramuwisata pada umumnya, dan sesuai tema khusus wawasan religi di Gunung Padang, serta pembuatan website pariwisata. Pemberian atribut wisata yang disambut baik oleh para mitra, menambah semangat Pokdarwis untuk terus memperkenalkan situs ini ke dunia internasional. Mount Padang is a tourist attraction in Cianjur which is the oldest megalithic area in Indonesia and even in the world. However, the condition of the knowledge of the tour guide communities towards tourism objects is very limited and only refers to knowledge from generation to generation. Tourist attributes in the tourist area are also very minimal. Since the Covid-19 pandemic, tourist visits have become quiet, so the development of tourism themes and attributes and the existence of a webdite are expected to increase the value of tourist visits. In this PKM activity, the partners are the 74 Hafisun Alim Foundation and the Gunung Padang Tour Guide. The current problems are the lack of knowledge of tour guides and there are no tourist attributes such as brochures, travel guide books and 2 language infographics, as well as websites. The solutions provided include general and religious Tour Guide training, and assistance in providing tourist attributes at tourist guide information posts in general, and according to a special theme of religious insight in Gunung Padang, as well as creating a tourism website. The provision of tourism attributes that are welcomed by partners, increases the enthusiasm of Pokdarwis to continue to introduce this site to the world.

Abstract

Sampang Regency experiences economic growth every year. It is evident from the data that has been summarized by the gross regional domestic product in 2020 regarding economic growth. Currently Sampang District has 4 traditional markets. However, the view of the people of Sampang city towards traditional markets in Sampang District currently seems rundown. From several discussions with the potential and aspects that exist in the District of Sampang it can be developed by designing a modern market. Applying the concept of modern architecture that emphasizes the function of the building with an arrangement that can provide comfort, safety and cleanliness.

Abstract

MICE "Convention tourism" refers to visits or trips related to convention or conference activities. A convention or conference is an event held to gather people from various backgrounds who share common interests or goals to discuss, share information, and learn about specific topics. Convention tourism is a type of tourism that involves participants in engaging events that attract both local and international tourists. The growing development of convention tourism significantly contributes to the economic growth of a region. Yogyakarta, as one of the provinces in Indonesia with substantial potential in convention tourism, can be observed from various factors such as cultural and economic aspects, which support the convention tourism sector to have promising progress in the future.

Abstract

This research focuses on designing apartments with the application of green architecture in Cengkareng, West Jakarta. Rapid population growth in the region has led to a scarcity of residential land and rising property prices. Data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) shows that the population of DKI Jakarta will increase to 10.64 million in 2022. A similar problem occurs in West Jakarta, especially in Cengkareng, which is a business center. Many workers have difficulty getting affordable housing near their workplace. The proposed solution is to build apartments with a green architectural approach. This apartment will be a solution for people who need housing near workplaces and public facilities, while reducing irregular development. Apart from being a residence, this apartment can be used as an investment or business opportunity through temporary leasing. The aim of this research is to design apartments that meet the needs of the people of West Jakarta, especially Cengkareng, by paying attention to aspects of green architecture. Another goal is to reduce the gap between housing and workplaces and provide adequate facilities. The approach to problem solving involves analyzing human, environmental and building aspects. Data collection was carried out through field surveys, comparative studies, observations, and literature studies. Primary and secondary data are used to design apartments as needed. Hopefully, this apartment can answer the problem of housing availability in West Jakarta while prioritizing sustainability.

Abstract

The International School is a sample of national schools in Indonesia with international quality standards. With Permendiknas regulation no. 78 of 2009 concerning the Organization of International Standard Schools. Having a teaching and learning process at this school emphasizes the development of creativity, innovation, and experimentation to spur new ideas that have never existed. International standards demanded in SBI are graduate competency standards, curriculum, teaching and learning processes, human resources, facilities, management, financing and assessment of international standards. So that this international school also aims for students who want to more easily continue studying abroad because they already use an international curriculum. With the theme of international standard school design, this is a school for the future, with an environmentally friendly architectural design approach. Ecological technology as the main element of design consideration, which is expected to support each other and in accordance with the planned building functions. In creating a work with environmentally friendly architecture what is needed is an understanding that everything on earth has an influence on the environment.
