Abstract

Sumber daya manusia memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam perusahaan karena salah satu faktor penentu berhasil atau tidaknya suatu perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya diperlukan usaha dari sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh pelatihan kerja, penghargaan dan hukuman kepada pekerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Toysen Okta Prima. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan uji regresi berganda. Adapun Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan secara parsial variabel X1, X2 Dan X3 berdasarkan uji t menunjukan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan. Sementara hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa nilai f hitung adalah 550,801, yang lebih besar dari f tabel sebesar 2,70, dan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,00. Hal ini berarti hipotesis keempat diterima, menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pelatihan Kerja (X1) Penghargaan (X2) dan Hukuman (X3 ) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Hasil uji koefisien determinasi simultan menunjukkan bahwa nilai R Square adalah 0,948 Artinya Secara Simultan Variabel Pelatihan Kerja (X1) Penghargaan (X2) dan Hukuman (X3 ) memberikan pengaruh terhadap Kinerja (Y) Sebesar 94,8% yang memiliki arti kuat.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at the Duren Sawit District Office. Anchored in Social Cognitive Theory, this quantitative research employed a census method, surveying all 85 employees. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results revealed that both organizational culture and work environment have a significant and positive partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance. The model explained 52.4% of the variance in performance, confirming that a conducive workplace context significantly predicts employee behavior.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is a problem for banks because it can cause problems in the real sector or potential problems for the business world in the banking sector. This of course can happen, because the banking sector is an intermediary or intermediary institution supporting the needs of investment funds in the business world. The data analysis method in this study uses quantitative analysis with a comparative approach which aims to determine differences in the financial performance of Islamic commercial banks before Covid-19 and after Covid-19 using the indicators ROA, CAR, BOPO, NPF and FDR. The source of data in this study is secondary data, in which researchers obtain financial performance data from financial reports contained in OJK. The results of this study indicate that the financial performance of Islamic Commercial Banks compared to before Covid-19 has decreased in the financial ratios ROA, FDR, BOPO after Covid-19 while the ratio of CAR, NPF after Covid 19 has increased compared to before Covid-19.

Abstract

PT Jaya Kencana is a company engaged in the field of mechanical and electrical contractors. One of the divisions at PT Jaya Kencana is engaged in the elevator escalator service division. This division is a division that offers elevator and escalator maintenance services. Where in this division the level of customer satisfaction is needed for the progress of the company. The independent variables in this study are marketing relationships and technician performance. The dependent variable in this study is customer satisfaction. The research uses statistical quantitative methods by determining the minimum number of samples using the slovin formula. The sample in this study was 101 respondents. Marketing relationship has a t count > t table (3.932 > 1.9844) with a significant value of 0.00 <0.05, which means that marketing relationships have an effect on customer satisfaction. Technician performance has a t count > t table (5.530 > 1.9844) with a significant value of 0.00 <0.05, which means that technician performance has an effect on customer satisfaction. Marketing relationship and technician performance have a significant value of 000 <0.05 and F count > F table (160.776 > 3.94), which means that marketing relationship and technician performance have a significant simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction. The results of this study can be used as input for related companies and can be used as an evaluation to increase company customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Analysis of financial performance with financial ratios of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur TBK, can be done through financial ratio analysis. The aim of this research is to determine the liquidity ratio, activity ratio and profitability ratio at PT. Indofood Success Makmur TBK. The research method used is a quantitative research method. Quantitative research is carried out by collecting data in the form of numbers, or data in the form of words or sentences which are converted into data in the form of numbers. In the context of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, this financial ratio analysis will provide a view of the company's performance in generating profits, managing liquidity, managing debt and utilizing its assets. However, it should be remembered that financial ratio analysis should not only depend on one indicator, but must be seen as a whole and in the context of the relevant industry. From the results of this research it was found that the activity ratio was good, the profitability ratio was quite good, the liquidity ratio was quite good.
