Abstract

The number of tourists who come to Gorontalo Province always increases from 2016 to 2019, the tourists who come are not only local tourists but also foreign tourists. The increasing number of tourists who come is not directly proportional to the number and evenness of the locations of banks, ATMs and money changers because many tourist sites in Gorontalo Province are located in regencies. This study aims to build a system that can make it easier for local tourists and foreign tourists to find the location of banks, ATMs and money changers and have foreign language and social information features. This research can assist users in finding the closest location to the Bank, ATM and Money Changer and this research also uses the prototype method which includes the stages of communication, design, prototype formation, prototype evaluation, prototype repair and final production. The results of this study indicate the Geographical Information System of Bank Locations, ATMs and Money Changers can be used to find the location of the closest Bank, ATM and Money Changer to the user.

Abstract

ISWANTO SULILA. The GOCARE Gorontalo clinic health service has several obstacles that cause the service to be not optimal such as the ordering process, which still uses telephone and WhatsApp that resulted in the lack of expected information Another obstacle is frequemt delays in service due to the absence of service scheduling that make customers unable to be served optunally This study aimed to design and create a Web-based health service information system at the GOCARE clinic. The system development method used in this research is the Prototype method using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results and this study indicated that the health service information system at the GOCARE clinic could facilitate services. The system can make it easter for related parties to carry out the service process according to the procedure, the system can also order services because the schedule has been set, the system is also able to record patient medical records that it makes # easier to provide services. This system is used to facilitate existing health service users in the GOCARE Gorontalo Clinic environment. Keywords: Health Service, Web, Prototype

Abstract

Field practice program for SMK Negeri 1 Suwawa remains to contain obstacle particularly related to is difficulty in monitoring student's activity during the program in a predetermined location. Students who fill out their attendance list on their own may lead to dishonesty by falsifying their presence through compromising it with other students who attend in the field practice location. Objective of this research was to develop a web-based field practice monitoring system at SMK Negeri 1 Suwawa to facilitate person in charge and teacher as advisor of field practice. A system development method used in this   research was Waterfall by applying PHP programming language and MySQL database. Result of this research indicated that the system developed could assist both the person in charge and the advisor of field practice in monitoring daily activity and attendance of students in the location of program. In addition, the student's attendance registration was performed by office advisor so that the students could not fake it. Therefore, the system has made information access to the field practice easier.

Abstract

Indonesia, dengan letak geografis dan geologisnya yang unik, sangat rentan terhadap berbagai bencana alam seperti gempa bumi, tsunami, dan letusan gunung berapi. Dalam upaya mitigasi bencana, edukasi dan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat melalui pemanfaatan media digital menjadi sangat penting. Artikel ini membahas penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK), khususnya aplikasi WebGis Destana, dalam mitigasi bencana di Kabupaten Bone Bolango, Provinsi Gorontalo. WebGis Destana adalah platform digital yang dirancang untuk memberikan peringatan dini dan informasi real-time terkait bencana, yang membantu masyarakat dan tim penanggulangan bencana bertindak cepat. Studi kasus di Kecamatan Bulawa menunjukkan peningkatan koordinasi dan pengambilan keputusan dalam kesiapsiagaan bencana berkat implementasi teknologi ini. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis untuk mengevaluasi peran WebGis Destana dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat terhadap bencana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan WebGis Destana memudahkan akses informasi tentang potensi bencana, memberikan data geospasial relevan, dan mendukung koordinasi efektif antar lembaga dalam merespons bencana.

Abstract

Heart disease is one of the leading causes of death worldwide, making early detection crucial to reducing fatality risks. This study aims to compare the performance of three classification algorithms, namely C4.5, Naïve Bayes, and K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), in predicting heart disease. The Heart Failure Prediction Dataset is obtained from Kaggle and the UCI Repository, comprising 1,211 patient records. After preprocessing, the data was split into training and testing sets with a 70:30 ratio. Model performance was evaluated using accuracy, precision, and recall metrics based on the confusion matrix. The results indicate that the C4.5 algorithm achieved the best performance with an accuracy of 81.07%, outperforming Naïve Bayes (79.10%) and KNN (75.68%). C4.5 also demonstrated a higher recall rate in detecting positive heart disease cases, suggesting its effectiveness in handling clinical datasets with characteristics similar to those used in this study. The main contribution of this research is providing a recommendation for utilizing the C4.5 algorithm in developing decision support systems for early heart disease detection. These findings are expected to help improve early diagnostic accuracy and support faster and more accurate medical decision-making.Penyakit jantung merupakan salah satu penyebab utama kematian di dunia, sehingga deteksi dini menjadi sangat penting untuk mengurangi risiko fatalitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan kinerja tiga algoritma klasifikasi, yaitu C4.5, Naïve Bayes, dan K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), dalam memprediksi penyakit jantung. Dataset yang digunakan adalah Heart Failure Prediction Dataset yang diperoleh dari Kaggle dan UCI Repository, dengan total 1211 data pasien. Setelah dilakukan preprocessing, data dibagi dengan rasio 70:30 untuk pelatihan dan pengujian. Evaluasi kinerja model dilakukan menggunakan metrik akurasi, presisi, dan recall berbasis confusion matrix. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma C4.5 memiliki performa terbaik dengan akurasi 81,07%, mengungguli Naïve Bayes (79,10%) dan KNN (75,68%). C4.5 juga menunjukkan nilai recall yang lebih tinggi dalam mendeteksi kasus positif penyakit jantung, mengindikasikan efektivitasnya dalam menangani data dengan karakteristik klinis seperti dataset yang digunakan. Kontribusi utama penelitian ini adalah memberikan rekomendasi pemanfaatan algoritma C4.5 dalam pengembangan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk deteksi dini penyakit jantung. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan akurasi diagnosis awal dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan medis secara lebih cepat dan tepat

Abstract

This community service program aimed to strengthen the role of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa) in enhancing food security based on local potential in Panggulo Village, Botupingge District, Bone Bolango Regency. Key challenges included the inactive status of BUMDesa, limited public awareness of food security, lack of local potential mapping, and the absence of digital platforms for product promotion. The program was implemented through a participatory, asset-based approach in five stages: problem identification, potential mapping, training, digitalization, and mentoring. Results showed significant improvements in BUMDesa management capacity, the development of two flagship local food products, the launch of a village website, and increased community awareness. The program demonstrated that integrating institutional strengthening, community empowerment, and digitalization is an effective strategy for developing sustainable village-level food security systems.

Abstract

The manual process of collecting and distributing aid for persons with disabilities at Yayasan Putra Mandiri Gorontalo had faced challenges, including inefficiency, data inaccuracy, and weak coordination. These problems had impacted the accuracy and effectiveness of aid distribution. This study had offered a solution through a centralized web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) that integrated data, volunteer management, and location mapping. The contribution of this study was a system design that improved data accuracy and aid distribution effectiveness. The research used the Waterfall model, consisting of requirement analysis, system design with UML, implementation using PHP and MySQL, and black-box and white-box testing. The results showed that the system successfully performed CRUD operations, displayed interactive maps, and facilitated structured coordination. White-box testing indicated that the program logic complied with cyclomatic complexity. This system had supported better data quality and operational efficiency. The study concluded that the developed system was effective for managing aid distribution and could be further enhanced with automatic notification features

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan permasalahan yang ditemukan yakni kurangnya aktivitas siswa dan keterbatasan metode pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru. Siswa cenderung pasif selama proses pembelajaran, lebih sering mengandalkan buku panduan dan presentasi PowerPoint . Kurangnya variasi metode pembelajaran ini mengakibatkan siswa merasa bosan, kurang tertarik pada materi, dan akibatnya, partisipasi aktif siswa dalam pembelajaran menjadi minimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengasilkan produk berupa e-modul yang dikembangkan dan meguji kelayakan produk pada ahli materi, ahli media dan respon peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi Analysis , Design , Development , Implementation dan Evaluation . Pengembangan e-modul interaktif berbasis android telah melibatkan tahap-tahap pengembangan, termasuk validasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media. Hasil validasi ahli materi menunjukkan kelayakan presentasi 93% dengan kategori “sangat layak” dan ahli media menunjukkan kelayakan presentasi 91% dengan kategori “sangat layak” serta uji coba yang dilakukan terhadap 21 siswa Ma Alhuda Kota Gorontalo dari hasil responden terhadap e-modul ini menunjukkan bahwa persentase rata-rata sebesar 88% dengan kategori “sangat layak”

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Merancang produk video pembelajaran Animasi 3D berbantuan Artificial Intelligence pada materi dampak informatika (2) Untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan Video Pembelajaran Animasi 3D berbantuan Artificial Intelligence menurut ahli materi dan ahli media. (3) Untuk mengetahui tingkat kepraktisan Video Pembelajaran Animasi 3D berbantuan Artificial Intelligence menurut respon pengguna (peserta didik). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengembangan Research and Development dengan model Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation (ADDIE) dengan hasil pengujian kelayakan ahli materi menunjukan presentase kelayakan 97% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”, hasil pengujian kelayakan ahli media dengan presentase kelayakan sebesar 97% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”, serta hasil uji kepraktisan produk pada responden berdasarkan seluruh indikator menunjukan presentase 84,81% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Video pembelajaran Animasi 3D berbantuan Artificial Intelligence ini layak digunakan sebagai sumber belajar siswa dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) adalah instansi pemerintah yang menyediakan pelayanan publik terkait perizinan. Dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, DPMPTSP memerlukan sistem manajemen kehadiran pegawai yang lebih baik. Saat ini, DPMPTSP masih menggunakan metode konvensional untuk mencatat absensi, yaitu dengan menulis manual di kertas yang menyebabkan beberapa masalah, seperti manipulasi data, penitipan absen, ketidaksesuaian waktu kedatangan, serta kesulitan dalam pengarsipan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi absensi berbasis website yang terintegrasi dengan lock GPS dan swa foto real-time di DPMPTSP Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Sistem ini dapat membantu dalam memperbaiki manajemen kehadiran pegawai dan pengelolaan data absensi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengembangan sistem dengan prototype, sedangkan pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan metode blackbox testing. Hasil penelitian ini adalah aplikasi absensi yang memfasilitasi pegawai untuk melakukan presensi hanya saat berada dalam jangkauan GPS yang telah ditentukan, serta melengkapi absensi dengan fitur swa foto real-time untuk mengurangi potensi manipulasi data. Dengan demikian, aplikasi ini dapat meningkatkan pengelolaan data kehadiran pegawai secara lebih terstruktur.
