Abstract

Salary is the payment in the form of money received by an employee, the results of his contributions as an employee and his ideas to achieve the company's goals. At PT. Taishan Alkes Indonesia Management in the payroll sector is still implementing a manual / conventional way payroll system. This can lead to errors at the time of salary calculation. As a new company that is growing, PT. Taishan Alkes Indonesia needs a data processing application that can help in processing employee payroll data quickly, precisely, and accurately. The method used in this payroll system is the waterfall method, which is a structured framework (framework) that is arranged in a series in an effort to develop information systems (software). The creation of this application uses the CodeIgniter framework and also web programming using PHP.

Abstract

The development in the field of information technology has a very big influence in the world of work, especially in the field of management, old systems are starting to be replaced by new systems which are the result of increasingly advanced technological developments . One of them is the use of a management information system which is a must in an agency, which is generally used to process data into an accurate information to improve performance in order to more effectively and efficiently so as to support the purpose of the agency that in making a decision. To provide maximum service, in a space sphere schools need no activity management of assets as one of the main activities that deal with issues of procurement type of asset in supporting the needs of operational school . For management of assets in SMPN 2 Cisoka as long as it is still done manually without having to do management in it that give rise to various problems such as when recording an asset that causes detail the assets held is not clear. Based on the above services have been properly made system of information management of assets as one of the alternatives to improve the performance of the administration in SMP Negeri 2 Cisoka. With the made system of information management asset, the processing of existing assets in SMPN 2 Cisoka will be arranged by effectively and efficiently, the data amount of assets will be seen moreclearly.

Abstract

In general, restaurants are places that people visit to find a variety of food and drinks, and usually restaurants present their own uniqueness as an attraction, both through the menu, entertainment, and physical appearance of the building. Currently, there are still many restaurants that accept food orders on paper, one of which is Syasyaba Food Restaurant. This study aims to develop a mobile-based food and beverage ordering system and provide convenience for customers so that the process is faster and easier to get complete information, ranging from information about the available food and beverage menus to images, and improve the quality of restaurant service to consumers. The system design method used in this study is waterfall, which involves needs analysis, implementation design, and testing. It is hoped that the existence of this hybrid mobilebased food ordering application can make it easier for consumers to go through the process of ordering food and drinks at restaurants and be effective and easy for servant to see the orders that consumers want.

Abstract

Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler adalah aktivitas pendidikan non-formal yang dilakukan oleh siswa di sekolah, biasanya di luar jam pelajaran kurikulum reguler. MTS Muhammadiyah 1 menawarkan berbagai kegiatan ekstrakurikuler seperti futsal, voli, dan silat, dan setiap tahun mereka berpartisipasi dalam kompetisi O2SN (Olimpiade Olahraga Siswa Nasional). O2SN adalah acara nasional yang bertujuan untuk menemukan bakat-bakat olahraga baru di Indonesia dalam berbagai cabang olahraga. Proses pemilihan siswa untuk berpartisipasi dalam kompetisi-kompetisi ini di MTS Muhammadiyah Depok belum terstruktur dengan baik, sehingga diterapkanlah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (Decision Support System) dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Sistem Pendukung Keputusan merupakan bagian penting dari sistem informasi berbasis komputer dan berperan krusial dalam mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan. Metode SAW sering disebut sebagai penjumlahan tertimbang dari penilaian kinerja untuk setiap alternatif pada setiap atribut. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, perangkat lunak basis data MySQL, dan metode SAW. Hasil dari aplikasi ini mengidentifikasi siswa-siswa yang memiliki potensi untuk berpartisipasi dalam kompetisi berdasarkan sembilan kriteria. Berdasarkan hasil uji dengan Black box testing menunjukkan seluruh fungsionalitas dapat berjalan sebgaimana mestinya. Sistem ini membantu sekolah dalam membuat keputusan yang lebih objektif dan kurang bersifat subjektif dalam proses pemilihan siswa.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the Indonesian economy, yet many still face challenges in managing sales data efficiently and accurately. The main problem identified in the Wyloz Store case study was that the sales dashboard system was poorly integrated, leading to suboptimal data processing and complicating decision-making. Furthermore, the available notification features were unable to deliver timely and relevant information. This study aimed to develop a website-based sales dashboard system to improve the efficiency of transaction and inventory management, and sales reporting, as well as to provide a notification system that delivers real-time alerts to store managers. The system analysis was conducted using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model. Data collection techniques used included literature review and interviews with internal Wyloz Store staff to identify system requirements. The result of this study was a sales dashboard system equipped with login, registration, transaction data display, analytics, data input, and notification features integrated with Telegram. Testing showed that the developed system can help improve the accuracy and speed of decision-making in sales operations. This study concludes that a web-based sales dashboard system can be an effective digital solution for MSMEs in enhancing business performance and quality of service to customers.Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, namun banyak dari mereka masih menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola data penjualan secara efisien dan akurat. Permasalahan utama yang ditemukan pada Toko Wyloz sebagai studi kasus adalah sistem dashboard penjualan yang digunakan belum terintegrasi dengan baik, sehingga beberapa proses pengolahan data masih kurang optimal dan menyulitkan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Selain itu, fitur notifikasi yang tersedia belum mampu menyampaikan informasi secara tepat waktu dan relevan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem dashboard penjualan berbasis website guna meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan transaksi, stok barang, dan laporan penjualan, serta menghadirkan sistem notifikasi yang dapat memberikan peringatan secara real-time kepada pengelola toko. Analisis sistem dilakukan dengan metode Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dan wawancara dengan pihak internal Toko Wyloz untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan sistem. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem dashboard penjualan yang dilengkapi dengan fitur login, registrasi, tampilan data transaksi, halaman analitik, halaman input data, serta fitur notifikasi yang terintegrasi dengan Telegram. Pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan dapat membantu meningkatkan akurasi dan kecepatan pengambilan keputusan dalam operasional penjualan. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sistem dashboard penjualan berbasis web dapat menjadi solusi digital yang efektif bagi UMKM dalam meningkatkan kinerja bisnis dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap pelanggan
