Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence brand trust, brand awareness and perceived quality have on customer purchasing decisions at the Gelael MT Haryono Supermarket. Gelael Signature sells various types of retail goods, such as household utensils, not only selling retail goods, Gelael Signature also sells various daily necessities such as food, drinks, vegetables, and so on. The system development method for this application uses the SDLC method with a waterfall model which consists of 5 stages. These stages are needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing and maintenance. This application was built using the PHP programming language, MySQL database as the database. Based on the concept and design, this research produces a web-based goods inventory information system at PT. Gelael Signature.

Abstract

Employee performance is a key factor in the success of an organization, because high employee productivity can increase operational effectiveness and efficiency. Various elements, such as leadership style, motivation, and work discipline, affect this performance. An effective leadership style can create a conducive work environment, which in turn motivates employees to work optimally. In addition, high motivation drives employees to achieve organizational goals, while good work discipline ensures that each task is carried out efficiently and in accordance with applicable procedures. Therefore, a deep understanding of these factors is essential to designing policies that can improve employee performance and support the achievement of overall organizational goals. This study aims to examine the influence of these three factors on employee performance at PT. Usaha Sarana Medika, using multiple regression analysis and data collected from 60 employees through questionnaires.

Abstract

K-24 Merpati Clinic is one of the health service facilities that handles various patient needs, including recording and managing medical record data. However, the recording process that is still carried out manually causes various problems such as delays in searching for patient data, the risk of losing archives, and inefficiencies in the management of medical information. This problem has an impact on the quality of services and the speed of medical decision-making by health workers. As a solution, a website application was designed for a medical record information system that can be accessed in an integrated and real-time manner. This application aims to assist medical and administrative staff in managing patient data digitally, from registration, diagnosis, to medical history. The method used in the development of this system is the Waterfall model, which was chosen because it has a systematic workflow and is appropriate for projects with clearly defined needs from the outset. The result of this study is a website application that has been tested using the black box testing method and shows that all functions run well according to user needs. This system is able to improve work efficiency, speed up patient data search, and minimize the risk of information loss. With the implementation of this information system, K-24 Merpati Clinic can provide faster, more precise, and digitally organized health services.

Abstract

Abstract

The selection of appropriate medication based on the symptoms experienced by patients is a crucial aspect of healthcare services, particularly in clinics like Klinik K-24 that handle various complaints quickly and efficiently. A common issue encountered is the subjectivity in medication selection, which can lead to inappropriate therapy and potential unwanted side effects. To address this issue, a system is needed that can assist in making objective and structured decisions. This study aims to design and develop a Decision Support System (DSS) to assist doctors or medical personnel at Klinik K-24 in determining the most appropriate medication choices based on the symptoms reported by patients. The method used in this research is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), which breaks down complex problems into a hierarchical structure and then compares criteria and alternatives to generate priority weights. The decision-making criteria include the effectiveness of the medication for the symptoms, side effects, availability in the clinic pharmacy, and medication cost. The medication alternatives analyzed are based on common symptoms such as fever, cough, and sore throat. The system's results show that the AHP method can provide structured medication recommendations with an acceptable level of consistency (CR < 0.1). With this DSS, the medication selection process is expected to become faster, more accurate, and standardized, thereby supporting the efficiency of medical services at Klinik K-24.

Abstract

Televisi merupakan media massa yang relatif murah dan mudah dalam penyampaian informasi yang begitu cepat, sehingga setiap rumah mudah dijumpai televisi. Informasi di televisi yang bersifat bebas dan mudah diakses oleh siapapun,tetapi dengan adanya kemudahan dalam melakukan akses tersebut terkadang anak-anak menonton tayangan yang tidak sesuai dengan batasan umurnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman akan dampak baik dan buruknya.Sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan sistem informasi interaktif yang menyediakan informasi pemodelan dan membantu mengambil keputusan dalam situasi yang semi infrastruktur dan tidak terstruktur,dimana tak seorang pun tahu secara bagaimana keputusan seharusnya dibuat.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Multi Factor Evaluation Process(MFEP) yang merupakan metode kuantitatif dengan weight system (∑ pembobotan 1), yaitu factor weight.Maka hasil perangkingan yang sudah dihitung terpilihnya A3 Adit,Sopo,dan Jarwo sebagai tayangan kartun layak konsumsi bagi masyarakat. Tayangan ini terpilih berdasarkan perhitungan data yang didapatkan dari kuesioner sebelumnya. Kartun ini memiliki semua aspek kriteria yang sudah didapatkan sebelumnya serta tayangan ini peneliti rekomendasikan kepada anak usia 5-10 tahun untuk belajar akan tayangan kartun yang baik dalam segi bahasa,perkataan,kreatifitas,mendidik serta edukasi didalamnya.Tidak adanya unsur pornografi,kekerasan serta unsur kata-kata kasar juga termasuk pada tayangan ini.Hasil penelitian terkait Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Terkait Tayangan Kartun Televisi Sebagai Konsumsi Terbaik Bagi Masyarakat Menggunakan Metode Multi Factor Evaluation Process(MFEP) dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode MFEP dapat digunakan. Proses perhitungan serta analisis yang diperoleh adalah tayangan kartun Adit,Sopo dan Jarwo dengan hasil tertinggi serta direkomendasikan sebagai tayangan layak konsumsi untuk anak.

Abstract

Menjaga pola makan merupakan suatu keharusan bagi setiap individu agar tubuh sehat dan dapat menjalankan berbagai aktivitas harian seperti biasanya. Agar tubuh tetap bugar konsumsi makanan dan minuman yang mengandung unsur 4 sehat 5 sempurna diperlukan, namun seringkali masyarakat tidak memperhatikan asupan makanan yang di makan dampak yang ditimbulkan dari hal tersebut adalah permasalahan kesehatan gizi hal ini disebabkan konsumsi makanan dan minuman yang tidak memenuhi kebutuhan gizi seimbang. Permasalahan gizi dapat menimbulkan penyakit, serta menghambat produktivitas sehari-hari. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk memberikan arahan, edukasi tentang kesehatan gizi, baik dari segi pengenalan makanan dan minuman yang baik untuk kesehatan sampai dengan penghitungan asupan gizi harian untuk membantu masyarakat kota Tangerang Selatan yang sedang menjalankan program diet maupun yang ingin memperhatikan kesehatan gizi menggunakan aplikasi berbasis android menggunakan metode pengembangan extreme programming. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem aplikasi yang dapat membantu masyarakat kota Tangerang Selatan untuk memperhatikan kesehatan gizi.

Abstract

By utilizing information technology can have a positive impact on the business we build. Information technology must be utilized as well as possible because it can provide the desired benefits. In this study, a case study was taken at the Gabriel Manek Atambua Hospital, which is one of the Regional Hospitals in Atambua District. Speckle. To make it easier for medical staff to make an early diagnosis of pancreatitis and overcome the limitations of doctors' practice schedules. The basic system includes hardware and software to coordinate data collected from sales, product stock checking and reporting. The programming language used in making this application is PHP and MySQL as database storage. The method used in this study is the Certainty Factor Method. The Certainty Factor method is a method that defines a measure of certainty about facts or rules to describe an expert's belief in the problem at hand. The system that is built also performs blackbox functional testing and non-functional testing so that the system can be said to be running well. With this Expert System Application, it can make it easier for medical staff to diagnose pancreatitis early and can overcome the limitations of doctors' practice schedules.

Abstract

Aplikasi myunpam merupakan aplikasi berbasis website yang digunakan mahasiswa untuk melihat informasi akademik. Untuk memastikan bahwa website sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan maka perlu dilakukan pengujian pada website my unpam dengan memanfaatkan teknik equilavence partitioning untuk melihat kesesuaian fungsi sesuai dengan harapan dan kebutuhan user. Black Box Testing adalah salah satu program perangkat lunak yang memeriksa strategi yang mengkhususkan diri pada fungsionalitas, terutama penggunaan dan pengoperasian aplikasi (sudah sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan atau belum), penggunaan Metode Equivalence Partitiong. Partisi ekivalensi adalah pemeriksaan otomatis atau pemeriksaan blackbox yang membagi area masuk ke dalam kelas-kelas informasi dan dan dengan bantuan kelas-kelas informasi tersebut, mengambil melihat contoh dapat diturunkan. Sebagai hasil akhir dari pemeriksaan ini ditemukan ada beberapa bug/kesalahan seperti pembatasan karakter dan tipe data pada masukan username.
