Abstract

Fuel Oil (BBM) is a very vital commodity. Fuel has an important role in people's lives. Because of the importance of fuel in people's lives, fuel is one of the basic needs of the community. The policy of increasing the price of fuel has always been a phenomenon in various media which causes pros and cons in society. The policy of increasing fuel prices has a big impact on society, both direct and indirect consumption. This study aims to explore public opinion, whether it shows negative or positive sentiment in the policy of increasing fuel prices. The increase in Pertamax fuel prices has drawn several opinions from citizens on Facebook social media. Sentiment analysis research was conducted to determine the response to Facebook comments on Brilio.Net accounts in 2022 related to the increase in Pertamax fuel prices with a dataset of 799 data, as well as a comparison of the number of positive, negative, and neutral comments. In addition, in this study to be able to determine the level of performance generated by the nave Bayes classifier method in the test. The author uses 80% of the comment dataset to be used as training data and 20% to be used as test data to be used as machine learning and test data. Then the data is classified by the system using orange data mining tools so as to produce a percentage of positive sentiment as much as 19%, negative sentiment as much as 22% and neutral sentiment as much as 59%. testing with the nave Bayes classifier method obtained the highest percentage accuracy rate of 99% from all datasets.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat di era modern seperti saat ini. Sangat mempengaruhi kehidupan masyarakat dalam berbagai aspek. Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa setiap kegiatan yang dilakukan sekarang dapat dipermudah dengan menggunakan teknologi. Seiring berjalannya waktu cara lama sekarang sudah mulai tergantikan dengan berkembangnya teknologi yang ada pada masyarakat. Khususnya dibidang penyedia jasa konsultasi sekarang sudah mulai beralih dari tatap muka dengan penyedia jasa, sekarang bisa dilakukan dengan mudah menggunakan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi kuesioner kepuasan pelanggan berbasis web dengan tujuan utama meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Kepuasan pelanggan merupakan indikator penting dalam menilai keberhasilan suatu perusahaan, sehingga pengukuran yang akurat dan efisien menjadi sangat krusial. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan menggunakan teknologi PHP dan MySQL untuk memastikan pengelolaan data yang efektif serta kemudahan dalam akses dan analisis data. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi analisis kebutuhan pengguna, perancangan sistem, implementasi, serta pengujian aplikasi. Aplikasi ini dilengkapi dengan fitur-fitur seperti pembuatan kuesioner dinamis, pengumpulan data secara real-time, dan analisis hasil kuesioner melalui dashboard interaktif. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap beberapa aspek, yaitu fungsionalitas, keandalan, dan kenyamanan penggunaan oleh pelanggan dan administrator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi kuesioner kepuasan pelanggan berbasis web ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengumpulan dan analisis data kepuasan pelanggan. Selain itu, aplikasi ini memberikan kemudahan bagi manajemen untuk mengidentifikasi area yang memerlukan perbaikan dan merumuskan strategi peningkatan kualitas layanan. Respon positif dari pengguna aplikasi juga menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini mudah digunakan dan membantu dalam mendapatkan umpan balik yang konstruktif dari pelanggan.

Abstract

Inventory of goods is one of the important roles for the sales process at the paint shop. For this reason, the use of computers is very helpful in data processing work. Inventory data processing carried out at the Akira Paintstore Pamulang paint shop still uses manuals such as recording in a book, resulting in a problem that affects the existing information, including the problem of the inventory storage system still using the manual method or how to record in a book so it is less efficient, inventory data goods are still often lost or mixed up because they still use the manual method of recording in the book, the reports are still less efficient and less tidy because they still use the manual method. This study aims to design a system that can provide updated information and reduce errors in inputting so as to make it easier for workers at this paint shop to process item data. The writing method in this research is the waterfall method and for system procedures using UML (Unified Modeling Language), which is implemented in the PHP programming language with Sublime Text and database creation on MYSQL so that it can create web-based inventory applications.

Abstract

Savings and Loans Cooperative at Pt. Megariamas Sentosa is currently still experiencing some deficiencies in implementing this savings and loan cooperative system. In view of the process of applying for savings and loans, the submission process is carried out by coming to the cooperative management section at the PT. MEGARIAMAS SENTOSA with several requirements for submitting deposits and loans. Then a personal data entry form and savings and loan options are provided. and if there is a loan, the cooperative members submit loan application data to the cooperative operator. then the operator will issue a loan fee as well as the amount of the tenor and installments determined by the cooperative with the nominal amount of the loan proposed. Cooperatives still have several deficiencies in the internal control process, namely member data processing is still carried out using written media on the application form. and archiving is carried out so that the data search process must be carried out one by one or in pieces to find member data as well as information on savings and loans that have been carried out. Seeing this, we need an information system that can handle business processes in savings and loan cooperatives, especially in managing members and saving and loan transactions. This study aims to build a savings and loan cooperative information system through the application of the Extreme Programming (XP) method. This method can be run with small to medium scale teams.

Abstract

Monitoring the parameters of temperature and pH of the water in fish aquariums is one of the things that is needed to determine the quality of the water in the aquarium. This can ensure that the condition of the fish kept is maintained in good health. Currently monitoring the quality of water temperature and pH is still done manually. This causes the hobbyist to always be near the aquarium by holding a manual tool to determine the quality of the temperature and pH of the water. In order to monitor the quality of aquarium water efficiently and effectively by the hobbyist, an aquarium water quality monitoring system is needed that can inform the hobbyist automatically and in real time. In realizing this, it can take advantage of technological developments using the concept of the Internet of Things (IoT). Internet of Things is the concept of sending microcontroller data obtained from connected sensors. The application of the IoT concept is carried out by building a prototype using the DS18B20 temperature sensor and the DFROBOT SEN 0161 pH sensor. The Arduino UNO R3 microcontroller and the ESP8266-01 module are also needed to process sensor data and connect the prototype to the internet via wi-fi so that it can send measurement data to Firebase. Real-time Database. To inform the sensor measurement data to the hobbyist using the Android-based application "Simpel Monitoring". As for the implementation and the results of the tests carried out, the prototype that was built was able to send temperature and pH sensor data to the Firebase Realtime Database and was successfully displayed through the "Simpel Monitoring" application with the help of an internet connection. The percentage of pH sensor accuracy obtained was 99.99% and the percentage of temperature sensor accuracy was 97.3%.

Abstract

As technology becomes important in people's lives, there is a call to integrate technology into education. Therefore, this research aims to look at the elements needed to integrate technology as a learning platform based on design thinking. This research is quantitative research using the Fuzzy Delphi technique. The approach used to collect research data is to use a questionnaire instrument. The number of experts involved was 18 people, 8 people from the field of education, 5 people from educational technology, and 5 people from design thinking. The research results show that the eight elements are accepted by experts with a consensus percentage above 75% with a threshold value (d) ≤ 0.2. The conclusions of these eight elements are using technology or the internet, choosing technological tools or resources, assessing the credibility and relevance of sources, using technology to analyze information, using technology to support teamwork, using technology to help students share information, utilizing technology to monitor assignments, utilizing technology to interact directly with experts is necessary for integrating technology as a learning platform based on design thinking. This research implies that teachers and students have started to apply these eight elements in the classroom learning process.

Abstract

PT. Makmur Jaya merupakan adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi tinta berbasis air (Water Base) dan pelarut (Solvant Base) yang memkai bahan baku yang terbarukan dan merupakan hasil rekayasa teknologi dari lembaga BPPT (Balai Pengkajian Dan Penerapan Teknologi). Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh PT. Makmur Jaya adalah semua pemrosesan data khususnya pada bagian kepegawaian masih dilakukan secara manual didalam proses pembuatan data absensi masih menggunakan Microsoft Exel, sehingga sering kali menghadapi permasalah dalam kegiatan operasionalnya. Hal tersebut dapat dikatakan tidak efektif dan efesien maka dari itu penulis merancang sistem informasi kepegawaian berbasis website. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merancang sistem informasi kepegawaian berbasis web pada PT. Makmur Jaya. Dengan adanya kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan data kepegawaian, sistem yang diusulkan diharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan dalam pengelolaan data karyawan yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem menggunakan metode perancangan terstruktur, dan implementasi prototipe. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi kepegawaian berbasis web mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan data karyawan, termasuk data personalia, absensi, penggajian, dan penilaian kinerja. Sistem ini dirancang dengan fitur-fitur utama seperti manajemen data karyawan, monitoring absensi secara real-time, otomatisasi perhitungan gaji, serta pembuatan laporan yang komprehensif dan akurat. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi operasional di PT. Makmur Jaya.

Abstract

Vocational High School (SMK) is a formal educational institution that prepares its graduates for the world of work. However, SMK Iptek Tangsel faces challenges in optimizing student data and overcoming labor shortages in the field of education administration. To overcome this problem, this study applies a prediction system using a data mining technique with the decision tree method. Aims to improve the accuracy of student graduation predictions. The methodology of this study adopts a quantitative approach with structured steps, including observation, interviews, data collection, and documentation. The results showed that the accuracy of Rapid miners in motorcycle and multimedia business engineering reached 98.49%, while in hospitality and accounting accommodation reached 99.05%. This graduation prediction system helps schools identify students at risk of not graduating and who are at potential to graduate, optimize data management, and enable appropriate interventions. This research makes a significant contribution to improving the decision-making process in the field of education through the use of data mining technology. Thus, the graduation prediction system can be an effective tool in supporting data management and increasing student graduation in vocational schools.

Abstract

Selecting the right supplier is an important element in the K-24 Pharmacy supply chain, as it directly impacts the availability and quality of drugs provided to customers. However, the supplier selection process is often faced with the complexity of various criteria that must be considered simultaneously. This creates problems in decision making that are often subjective and less than optimal. To overcome this problem, this study proposes a solution in the form of implementing the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis) and WASPAS (Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment) methods to support the best supplier selection process at K-24 Pharmacy. The purpose of this study is to develop a system that can provide objective and measurable supplier recommendations, based on various relevant criteria. This study uses data from several potential suppliers considered by K-24 Pharmacy. Relevant criteria are weighted based on their level of importance through interviews with pharmacy management. The criteria used in this research are delivery speed, discounts, service, warranty, authenticity of goods, payment terms and return of goods. Furthermore, the MOORA method is used to conduct multi-objective ratio analysis, while the WASPAS method combines the weighted sum and weighted product approaches to evaluate the overall performance of each supplier. The results of the study indicate that both methods are effective in providing consistent recommendations for selecting the best supplier. However, the WASPAS method is superior in providing more accurate and comprehensive results because of its ability to combine various aspects of evaluation. The implementation of the MOORA and WASPAS methods is expected to help the management of Apotek K-24 in making more appropriate decisions and reducing the risks associated with supplier selection.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk  menggunakan algoritma K-Means untuk memeriksa pola konsumen di lingkungan e-commerce. Di era digital saat ini, sangat penting untuk memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam tentang perilaku konsumen, yang membuat bisnis tetap kompetitif. Dengan menggunakan data transaksional yang mencakup faktor -faktor seperti harga akhir dan  diskon, konsumen konsumen penelitian ini  berdasarkan perilaku belanja mereka. Metode Elbow digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi jumlah kelompok yang paling tepat, yang merupakan langkah penting dalam analisis ini. Setelah menentukan jumlah cluster yang optimal dengan menggunakan algoritma K-Means  untuk mengenali berbagai segmen konsumen. K-Means adalah metode yang relatif sederhana dan mudah dipahami yang mencakup pilihan serangkaian centroid (titik tengah) dan pengelompokan data berdasarkan kedekatan centroid. Dengan mengelompokkan pelanggan ke dalam kelompok yang berbeda, K-means dapat membantu untuk mengidentifikasi pola pembelian yang jelas seperti preferensi produk, frekuensi pembelian, dan perilaku belanja. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kelompok yang berpendidikan dengan skor siluet 0,54 sangat terpisah dan jelas, menunjukkan bahwa ini menunjukkan kualitas kelompok yang baik. Temuan ini memberikan pemahaman yang berharga tentang perusahaan e-commerce dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang efisien, mempersonalisasikan pengalaman bagi konsumen, dan memahami perilaku konsumen di pasar online. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini tidak hanya berkontribusi pada literatur akademik, tetapi juga memberikan pengetahuan praktis yang dapat diterapkan pada strategi bisnis.
