Abstract

The correctional system is a series of criminal law enforcement units. Inmates are not only objects but also subjects who are no different from other humans who at any time can make mistakes or make mistakes that can be subject to criminal sanctions. The Indonesian penitentiary system is more focused on the aspect of fostering prisoners. The assisted residents have the right to obtain information and obtain proper education and training which can be used as capital in the future when they return to the community. Community service activities that will be carried out in the form of training are theoretical presentations that are carried out face-to-face on the concept of entrepreneurship and business including managing marketing and finance in accordance with the needs of the inmates with a business strategy to start a business with a minimum capital, and the Dropship System. The implementation of this Community Service was carried out on October 2, 2021, taking place at the Class IIA Youth Prison, Tangerang. Buddhi Dharma University offers entrepreneurship training programs and starting a business with minimal capital and how to market products that will be sold through the dropship system and how to market them through E-Commerce media, as well as how to record financial books using the bookkeeping application for the inmates when they return to the community later

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to define the factors that influence the Mixed Mutual Funds including the Jakarta Interbank Offered Rate and the Composite Stock Price Index. The research method used is purposive sampling by taking data on price movements of mutual funds published by PT Ashmore Asset Management Indonesia Tbk where Mutual funds originating from the period January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 and listed on the IDX, consist of 245 daily data. The test method used is descriptive statistical method using sample data from JCI and JIBOR where the results obtained from the calculation of this analysis are JCI and JIBOR have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Net Asset Value of Mutual Funds, with a coefficient of determination close to 0.6526 or 65, 26%, which means that NAV is influenced by the movement of JCI and JIBOR. While the remaining 34.74% is explained by variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Berorganisasi merupakan salah satu kemampuan penting dalam membangun kerjasama dengan orang lain. Suatu jenis tugas atau pekerjaan dengan tujuan tertentu dapat dilakukan secara bersama-sama secara lebih mudah dalam kelompok yang terorganisir, dibandingkan hanya dilakukan seorang diri. Pengembangan organisasi merupakan hal yang harus dilakukan dalam setiap organisasi. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan kesiapan dan kemampuan tersendiri untuk dapat terlibat dalam suatu proyek pekerjaan yang terjalin dalam organisasi tersendiri. Terlebih di masa pandemi yang masih terus berlanjut. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dilakukan pelatihan secara tatap muka dengan protocol Kesehatan selama pandemic 19 dengan metode partisipatori dengan peserta sebanyak 35 pemuda pemudi kecamatan Benda Tangerang. Dari pelatihan yang telah dilakukan para pemuda termotivasi untuk menjadi bagian dari solusi atas krisis yang sedang terjadi dengan aktif berorganisasi dengan tetap memperhatikan kesehatan dan menjalankan anjuran pemerintah terkait pembatas sosial dan pencegahan penularan Covid19

Abstract

Tempat yang baik untuk belajar pada sebuah organisasi menjadi objek untuk lebih dapat menghargai waktu dan mengoptimalisasi jadwal dalam kegiatan organisasi. Kesempatan dan peluang menjadi terbuka lebar dalam organisasi, sebagai wadah untuk mengembangkan potensi diri sehingga menjadi lebih maksimal. Sebagai pemimpin yang baik siswa belajar dalam kegiatan organisasi seperti organisasi siswa intra sekolah (OSIS) untuk dapat memaksimalkan potensi belajar menjadi pemimpin dan terpimpin dalam satu tim yang solid dan dapat bekerjasama dengan baik. Untuk itu peran dari pengurus anggotas OSIS memerlukan Latihan dasar kepemimpinan yang dapat dipahami agar bisa dipraktekan dalam berorganisasi. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini tim memberikan pelatihan motivasi dan kepemimpinan baik teori ataupun praktek. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memotivasi siswa bahwa sebagai suatu organisasi OSIS, haruslah memiliki kemampuan motivasi dan kepemimpinan yang dapat beradaptasi agar tetap baik kedepannya

Abstract

This is the time for us to see the positive side caused by pandemic. Even though not everybody agrees to this, the pandemic going on not only in Indonesia but also in all over the world has given us a chance for ‘adaptation’ over changes in business. Nowadays, business concept is not only affected by markets, companies, competitors but also by changes. Every individual, even a big company must acknowledge this. In order to maintain the side of people’s ‘economy’, various studies reviewing alternatives for good marketing strategies have been carried out. These studies are especially aimed at Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This is because SMEs have been the part of creative economy. Based on these circumstances, the researcher was encouraged to study which strategy of digital branding dominantly carried out by the SME players. This research applied factor analysis to find out the basic attribute grounding SME players to survive their businesses, which were initiated either before or after pandemic. The method used was non-probability sampling. Here the questionnaires were distributed in order to find answers from five determined spots. There were 169 respondents as samples in this research. In the pre-test, before questionnaires distributed, there were at least 9 attributes used as references for the main players of SMEs in applying digital branding. Results of factor analysis test showed that there were at least two main factors developed. In these two factors, it is agreed that strategy of Search Engine Optimization was the most ideal to apply in order to survive their business. This is because it has big dominant value, which was 0.823 (82% for first group) and 0.790 (79% for the second group).

Abstract

This study aims to determine how far product quality and price affect purchasing decisions at PT. Leo Fam Facilities. The research conducted is by distributing questionnaires, while the research method used is descriptive method. In conducting this research, the writer uses correlation coefficient analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and F test and t test. From the results of the analysis the authors obtain the following results. From the multiple linear analysis, the equation Y = 1.583 + 0.542 X1 + 0.510 X2 means that for every 1 point increase or decrease in price, the purchasing decision will increase and decrease by 0.542. On product quality, every 1 point increase or decrease, the purchase decision will increase or decrease by 0.510. From the correlation coefficient analysis, it is shown that the price correlation coefficient is 0.953, close to 1, and the product quality correlation coefficient is 0.948, close to 1, so the relationship is strong and has a positive relationship with purchasing decisions at PT. Leo Fam Facilities. From the results of the F test for model 1, the value is 716,380 and for model 2 is 573,529 where both values ??are greater than the F table of 1.96, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. In the t-test, the results are known, in the t-column it is known that the t-count for the price (X1) is 7.108 while the t-count column for product quality (X2) is 6, 382 by using the t normal distribution table and using the degree of freedom or (df) n - 2 = 75 – 2 = 73, the value of the t table distribution is 1.666. Because t count product quality and price > from table t which is 1.666, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

With the development of information technology nowadays, it has not been optimized to penetrate the business through expanding marketing through E-Commerce The potential for developing and fostering an entrepreneurial spirit to the younger generation in RW 15, Kampung Sejahtera Mandiri Teras Pancasila, Tangerang City is very large. One of the reasons for its strategic location as the entrance route to the west of Jakarta. However, product marketing activities have not been optimally implemented. The purpose of this training is to improve MSME Management Management, which is expected to increase its business in marketing products and using E-Commerce optimally. In this training, the on the spot method to the business field is used, the method of observation and interviews, the method of discussion and question and answer, as well as the provision of materials and practices for improving business planning management Marketing management management (ECommerce). Several participants were also asked to explain the results of their business plans. Abstract

Talking about talent management, it is related to the roles and responsibilities of leaders. Based on this, it is deemed necessary to have a briefing activity that is refresher related to talent management issues, for example, the adequacy aspects related to talent management such as vision, mission and goals as well as the company's strategy to build a talent management system, the main objective of this activity is to provide briefing related to several issues that must be known in advance regarding the goals to be built from talent management itself in the company, this activity is carried out online through a webinar which is attended by the system development team at PT. Indako on February 25, 2022. Abstract

Pada tahun 2045, Indonesia akan mendapatkan bonus demografi yaitu jumlah penduduk Indonesia 70%-nya dalam usia produktif (5-64 tahun), sedangkan sisanya 30% merupakan penduduk yang tidak produktif (usia dibawah 14 tahun dan diatas 65 tahun) pada periode tahun 2020-2045. Jika bonus demografi ini tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik akan membawa dampak buruk terutama masalah sosial seperti kemiskinan, kesehatan yang rendah, pengangguran, dan tingkat kriminalitas yang tinggi. Penyelengaraan penyuluhan pengelolaan keuangan dan investasi bagi pelajar dilaksanakan pada tanggal 20 September 2022 dan 27 November 2022 pukul 12.00 – 13.30 WIB. Metode sosialisasi digunakan yaitu ceramah dan diskusi terkait materi yang diberikan. Seluruh alat dan perlengkapan dipersiapkan dan mendapat dukungan dana dari Fakultas Bisnis. Pembahasan materi tanggal 20 September 2022 adalah materi tentang Cara Bijak Mengelola Keuangan. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarat ini dilaksanakan dengan Mitra Mudita Love Children yang merupakan divisi yang bernaung dibawah Yayasan Mudita Center yang bergerak dalam bidang Pendidikan. Saat ini MLC menaungi 9 orang siswa asuh yang terdiri dari siswa SD, SMP & SMK.

Abstract

Currently, the existence of radio is not as lively as it was in the previous era during its heyday. However, this seems to be refuted by the fact that radio continues to evolve with the times. Each region also currently has a local radio channel and is an attractive platform for community learning, working together for a common goal. So that discussing culture becomes interesting if it is done on air. Fort Chinese culture is interesting to discuss, especially how to maintain this culture so that it is not timeless and management concepts are very important to carry out in this regard. Based on this, on air broadcasts and YouTube streaming were carried out using a participatory method with the theme Management Concept in Preserving Fortress Chinese Culture on Star Radio 107.3FM broadcast.From the results of the broadcast that has been carried out, it has positive feedback with the number of radio viewers who watch it, seen from the radio rating during the broadcast and there is effective communication between the hosts, speakers and viewers through interactive discussions during the event.
