Abstract

The current study seeks to produce a theory of business management strategy data in times of crisis in Islam which refers to the story of Prophet Noah AS, also aims to identify the strategies used by business leaders in the crisis management process. A grounded theory approach is applied which is one of the qualitative designs. Fill in the verses of the Qur'an and hadith related to the problems and crises being analyzed.The results of a qualitative analysis of the verses of the Qur'an and the noble hadith of the Prophet's sunnah have resulted in four concepts which constitute a broad conceptual theory of crisis management strategies according to an Islamic approach. These concepts are: Crisis management strategies in Islam, stages of crisis management strategies, characteristics of leaders who manage crises, and the role of a leader during the crisis management process. These results have wide application in the field of leader training, and also recommend future studies to verify theoretical assumptions emerging from the data in this study about crisis management strategies in Islam (COVID-19 pandemic crisis as model).

Abstract

Broad and sustainable financial inclusion has become the main goal in efforts to improve the welfare of society in the Muslim world. This article explains how Sharia Fintech has overcome some traditional barriers in access to financial services, such as geographical distance, limited financial infrastructure, and obstacles to compliance with sharia principles. This study also evaluates the positive impact of Sharia Fintech in increasing financial inclusion, reducing economic inequality, and supporting economic growth in countries with a majority Muslim population. The results of this research provide a better understanding of the potential of Sharia Fintech in creating a more inclusive and sustainable financial system in the Muslim world, and illustrate how technology can be a powerful tool to achieve these goals.

Abstract

Rumah UMKM are one of the drivers of development and economic growth in Indonesia. This study aims to examine the effect of the digital economy on Rumah UMKM income in Desa Perkebunan Tanjung Kasau, Batubara with digital literacy as a moderator variable. In this study using a descriptive quantitative method with the sample used are Rumah UMKM actors who are registered as members at the Rumah UMKM in Desa Perkebunan Tanjung Kasau, Batubara and use internet media in their business activities both in promotional activities or transactions. The number of samples as respondents from this study amounted to 300 respondents. The analytical tool used was Smart PLS version 3.0. The results of this study prove that the digital economy has a positive and significant effect on the income Rumah UMKM Desa Perkebunan Tanjung Kasau, Batubara. And the role of digital literacy is significant in moderating the relationship between the two variables. So that there is an indication that Rumah UMKM income will increase if digital literacy is maximized.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze pedagogikal competence and work stress on teacher performance at SDN 104217 Sidomulyo, SDN 104218 Sidomulyo and SDN 101807 Candirejo in Sibiru-biru District. This research is associative research, namely: research that looks for the relationship between one variabel and the loan variabel. The types of data used are: secondary data and primary data collected by interviews, distributing questionnaires and documentation studies. The hypothesis in this research is that pedagogikal competence and work stress influence teacher performance at SDN 104217 Sidomulyo, SDN 104218 Sidomulyo and SDN 101807 Candirejo in Sibiru-biru District. The data analysis method used is the multiple linear method. The sample in this study was 50 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research was the total sampling method. The results of the simultaneous significant test (F-test) were Fcount (26.988) FTabel (3.20) and the significance value (0.000) ɑ (0.05). The results of this research show that simultaneously pedagogikal competence and work stress have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SDN 104217 Sidomulyo, SDN 104218 Sidomulyo and SDN 101807 Candirejo in Sibiru-biru District.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh sistem kerja outsourcing (kontrak) dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan outsourcing pada Bank Tabungan Negara KC Medan. (2) Pengaruh sistem kerja outsourcing (kontrak) terhadap kinerja karyawan outsoucing pada Bank Tabungan Negara KC Medan. (3) Pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan outsourcing pada Bank Tabungan Negara KC Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan outsourcing pada Bank Tabungan Negara KC Medan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan metode proportionate startified random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 52 karyawan outsourcing. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Sistem kerja outsourcing (kontrak) dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dimana nilai koefisien Fhitung (15,557) Ftabel (3,19) dan signifikan sebesar (0,000) (0,05). (2) Sistem kerja outsourcing (kontrak) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dimana nilai koefisien memiliki koefisien (β1) 0,277 0 dengan thitung (2,167) ttabel (1,676) dan signifikan (0,035) (0,05). (3)  kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dimana koefisien (β1) 0,289 0, dengan thitung (3,378) ttabel (1,676) dan signifikan (0,001) (0,05).

Abstract

PT Asuransi Buana Independent is a general insurance company that has obtained a Financial Services Authority (OJK) business license. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of interpersonal relationships, work environment and compensation on employee morale at PT. Buana Independent Insurance. The time of the research is February 2023. The researcher took the population in this study as 119 employees who work in the company. To determine the sample using the Slovin formula, the tolerance level is 5%, where the total results of the calculations carried out were obtained as many as 92 research samples. The research results found that interpersonal relationships had a positive and significant effect on the work spirit of PT employees. Buana Independent Insurance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the work spirit of PT employees. Buana Independent Insurance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on PT employee morale. Buana Independent Insurance. Simultaneously Interpersonal Relations, Work Environment and Compensation have a significant influence on the Work Morale of PT employees. Buana Independent Insurance.

Abstract

Higher education, as part of the service sector, faces significant challenges in managing its systems effectively. To remain competitive and foster growth, private universities require sustainable models that enhance their quality and operational efficiency. This research explores sustainability models for private universities by conducting field surveys and distributing online questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The descriptive analysis highlights key demographic and behavioral characteristics of the respondents, while SEM reveals relationships and factors influencing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Results show that planning, governance, and administration significantly impact education quality, which directly influences the sustainability of private universities. The study also finds that the roles of students, alumni, reputation, and cooperation are crucial in maintaining long-term institutional sustainability. These findings offer practical insights for improving education quality and formulating strategies for private universities to achieve sustainable development.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of leadership, motivation, and work environment on company performance at PT PLN (Persero) Sektor Pembangkitan Belawan. Employing a quantitative associative approach, the research utilizes multiple linear regression analysis to examine the relationships among variables. The population comprises 74 employees, with the entire population serving as the sample through a total sampling technique. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS software. The results reveal that leadership, motivation, and work environment each have a positive and significant effect on company performance, both partially and simultaneously. The regression equation derived is: Y = 3.203 + 0.275X₁ + 0.263X₂ + 0.197X₃. The model's Adjusted R² value is 0.619, indicating that 61.9% of the variance in company performance can be explained by the three independent variables. These findings underscore the critical role of human resource factors in enhancing organizational performance.​ The study contributes to the literature on organizational behavior and human resource management by highlighting the significance of leadership, motivation, and work environment in driving company performance. It also provides practical insights for managers aiming to improve organizational outcomes through strategic human resource interventions.

Abstract

This study was conducted to see the results of HR management strategies on improving the quality of employee services at the Medan Petisah District Office. Improving the quality of public services is one important aspect in efforts to increase public trust in the sub-district government office as a government institution. There needs to be a management strategy in human resources to be able to improve the quality of good service. The population of this study was 68 employees and the entire population was used as a sample. The approach to this study is based on a quantitative descriptive approach and uses multiple linear regression analysis as a test in this study with simultaneous results, then Training, Coaching, Recruitment have a positive and significant effect on the service quality variable at the Medan Petisah District Office
