Abstract

Tujuan studi ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh economic value added (EVA), market value added (MVA), likuiditas dan firm size terhadap harga saham di industri perdagangan bidang retail. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 12 perusahaan selama periode 2012-2016 di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data sekunder yang diambil mengacu laporan keuangan yang dipublikasikan secara tahunan. Tahapan prosesnya melalui analisa deskripsi yang meliputi rata-rata, minimum, maksimum dan standar deviasi. Proses selanjutnya uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, heterokedastisitas, multikolinearitas, autokorelasi dan diestimasikan dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel EVA, MVA dan firm size berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan likuiditas berkontribusi negatif signifikan. Selanjutnya seluruh variabel bebas mempunyai efek signifikan terhadap variabel terikat. EVA memiliki nilai yang paling tinggi perannya dibanding variabel lainnya. Nilai proporsi yang digambarkan dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 85,6% dan sisanya 14,4% yang tidak dijelaskan dalam riset ini.

Abstract

Recruitment and selection is one of the planning process within a company. The family company is no exception to prepare recruitment and selection to obtain the appropriate employee with the needs by promoting competence and professionalism. The purpose of research to find out how the process of recruitment and selection of family companies, especially small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the city of Palembang. Research methodology used with qualitative approach, where the research process is done based on the understanding of the methodology that investigate a social phenomenon and human problems. The results showed that the recruitment and selection process still uses the centralization technique, where the family still plays an important role in determining the employees. Employee selection is only short-lived and employee status more work as part-time employee. Suggested suggestions, family companies should keep professionalism and competence priority by providing an open space for everyone in the recruitment and selection process.

Abstract

The village is a village resident innovative society able to recognize and address as well as the use of advanced technology or new ways to tackle the problem and improve the economy by way of using existing technology around his environment independently. This study aims to develop a model village as a village innovative. The research object in Palembang and the research methods used by kualititif descriptive approach. The results showed an innovative rural development model is needed to approach the competitive advantage of each in every village in Palembang. Poverty is difficult to remove, but with the advantages of each mengedapankan each household expected by society to be independent. Innovative village in Palembang developed in villages with the highest poverty levels the District Seberang Ulu I model with the involvement of all relevant elements between the government, employers and society.

Abstract

Bank di Indonesia dikategorikan menjadi beberapa tipe berdasarkan ukuran, tipe bunga yang diberikan (shariah dan komersial), kemampuan melakukan transaksi (umum dan perkreditan rakyat). Salah satu fungsi kategorisasi tersebut adalah fungsi administratif dan pengawasan oleh lembaga pemerintah. Penelitian ini mencoba meneliti apakah terdapat karakteristik sebagai konsekuensi dari kategori tersebut. Selanjutnya apa konsekuensi ekonomi dari karakteristik tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode campuran yaitu dengan menggunakan analisa rasio dan studi literatur. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan karakteristik dari masing-masing ekonomi. Konsekuensi dari perbedaan karakteristik tersebut adalah adanya penguasaan pasar yang dominan dari bank-bank besar yang timbul karena adanya skala ekonomis.

Abstract

Among the 3 (three) cash flows contained in a company, the cash flows from operations are considered to be the most important cash flow in the company and most determine the success of the company in achieving its main objective, namely profit optimally. The purpose of this study was to study the effect of cash flows from operating activities, company size, and company age on company profits. The research method used is the quantitative research method, using the ordinary least square method. The unit of analysis is the company. Sample selection is done purposively. The sample is 12 banking companies listed on the Bursa Effek Indonesia.The results showed that cash flows from operating activities and company size did not have a significant effect on corporate profits. The age variable of the company turned out to have a significant effect on company profits, but the sign or the coefficient was reversed. This means that the older the company age, the lower the company's profit.

Abstract

Social media has become a part of people's lifestyle, starting from the age of children to adults. Social media is a source of information in every community activity, from news, job vacancies, culinary and so on. All information can be obtained in one media, namely social media. What about public services ? Can the government use social media in providing services? Social media with its advantages and disadvantages can be used to improve services to the community. Interaction between the government and the community is needed to obtain true, reliable and fast information. The government must quickly respond to every question, complaint through content that is easy to use by the public. The social media model used must adopt all the needs of the community, especially for routine services. Integrate all services from the central to the regional level. Separated menu for community services and business services, all services must still be verified to avoid hoaxs or slander.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, many community activities were restricted, including visiting tourist destinations. This policy has an impact on the management of tourist areas experiencing losses. This study aims to examine the effect of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), Celebrity Endorser, on the attitudes and intentions of tourists to visit West Java, Indonesia. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a sample of 180 respondents with convenience sample method The technique of data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) of a statistical software package AMOS version 24. The conclusion from hypothesis The results show (1) e-WOM has no significant effect on tourist attitudes, (2) e-WOM has a significant effect on the intention to visit tourists. (3) celebrity endorser has a significant effect on tourist attitudes. (4) celebrity endorser has a significant effect on intentions to visit tourist attractions, (5) tourist attitudes have no significant effect on intentions to visit tourist attractions. The COVID-19 pandemic has become a momentum and taken into consideration to implement Virtual Reality Tourism as a solution before tourists decide to make a tourist visit.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the effect of compensation given by the company to employees for work motivation. motivation on employee performance and to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Takagi Sari Multi. This research uses online questions to employees of PT. takagi sari multi. The research method used is quantitative and qualitative research methods. According to the research results, it is found that compensation has a very positive effect on employee job satisfaction, motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, which is one of the compensation factors in the company. Based on the research results, the company PT. It is recommended that Takagi Sari Multi Utama balance fairly with their respective performance, all research subjects who are the results of qualitative and quantitative measurements or calculations regarding certain characteristics of all complete and clear group members whose benefits will be studied.

Abstract

The period of the Covid-19 pandemic requires the education sector to adapt to the learning process carried out online. The adaptation that must be done is the delivery of material that is carried out interactively using communication media. Changes in this learning process, indirectly, become a new challenge for teachers and students, in this case, lecturers and students. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of communication styles in using e-learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive quantitative and data collection through survey methods conducted online via google form with research questions using a Likert scale. Communication can be said to be effective if the recipient of the message can receive good information from the sender of the message. The results showed that the lecturer had used a communication style following the wishes and obtained positive interactions from students. Because, when the online learning process, there is a two-way communication interaction between the message recipient (student) and the message sender (lecturer), so that students can understand the material described. The assertive communication style approach can be used to solve problems in the online learning process.

Abstract

The government's policy of implementing the Implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) aims to suppress the increasing spread of the Covid-19 virus. Problems arise when the industry is also required to comply with the policy, which in turn has the effect of reducing the activities of employees working in the office. The emergence of clusters in offices and factories is a consideration for companies to implement work from home (WFH) as a solution. Industrial activities continue even though by implementing work from home (WFH) while prioritizing the safety and health of employees and their families. The purpose of the study was to find out the work from home dilemma during the study of the Bekasi industrial area pandemic. Research method with a qualitative approach. The results show that work from home (WFH) is one of the ideal work methods during the COVID-19 pandemic, because it can reduce employees' exposure to viruses at work while maintaining health protocols. Employee productivity can still be maintained by helping the welfare of employees who work at home.
