The government policy in suppressing the spread of the covid-19 virus continues to be carried out, the office and factory cluster is one that is very worrying so that the government and companies work together to provide a way out so that operational activities can continue so that the economic condition of the community is maintained by prioritizing employee safety factors and his family. The research objective was to determine whether work from home during a pandemic was an effective solution?. The research method is carried out with a qualitative approach. The results showed that work from home is one of the most ideal work methods during this pandemic season, because it can reduce employee exposure to the virus in the workplace or office.

The Covid-19 pandemic has a major impact on all aspects of life. One of the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic is human mental health. Human mental health related to emotions and moods is an important factor in carrying out all human activities. The emotional stability and mood of an individual are influenced by heredity, environment and current circumstances. In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, everythings have changed drastically from usual, people are forced to be able to face the pressure that occurs from a social, economic and cultural side. Therefore, special attention is needed so that this pandemic can all be passed even though it is more difficult and complicated. The formulation of the problem is how the Emotional Instability and Mood of the Community During the Covid-19 Pandemic. This study uses a causal research design and adopts qualitative research methods with subjects consisting of parents, students, workers, and business people. The results of his research are that the Covid-19 pandemic certainly has a major negative impact on people's mental health, which begins with stress, anxiety and fear in the community and then leads to conflicts within the family, environment, and country.

Spaghetti Medan adalah salah satu jenis makanan kuliner khas Medan yang terkenal dengan kelezatannya. Ia adalah jenis makanan olahan berupa mie khas Medan yang dikombinasikan dengan mie olahan khas Italia. Bahan makanan ini relatif murah sehingga banyak diminati oleh masyarakat menengah ke bawah, khususnya kawula muda. Dari situlah kemudian muncul ide untuk membuat sebuah terobosan bisnis berupa kuliner makanan yaitu Spaghetti Medan yang target pasarnya adalah anak-anak remaja yang masih duduk di bangku sekolah menengah.Kuliner khas Spaghetti Medan ini akan dikemas secara sederhana dalam sebuah kemasan yang menarik, tidak terlalu membutuhkan tempat yang luas, dan mudah dalam proses pembuatan serta penjualannya. Pembeli hanya membeli, kemudian dapat membawanya ke tempat lain untuk mengkonsumsinya. Bisnis ini mudah, sederhana dan tidak terlalu membutuhkan modal yang besar, sehingga dapat dilakukan oleh siapa saja. Dalam hal ini, bisnis ini diimplementasikan kepada para siswa SMA Negeri I Cikarang Pusat sehingga mereka yang masih duduk di bangku SMA dapat pula sambil menjalankan bisnis ke depannya.

Coffee is a mandatory drink for some people, both man and woman. It is very delicious to be enjoyed, especially in the morning before the move, or during rush hours at work. Coffee is like a friend whose always present in any condition. Increasing coffee trends make the coffee business increasingly widespread. Many ways have been done by people to do coffee business. Ranging from simple coffee business such as street vendors to starred restaurant. High competition makes the coffee business must be good in innovating. Armed with the ability to mix coffee, then a number of students and lecturers of President University Majoring in Management made an idea to mix coffee with cinnamon. The concoction of cinnamon coffee is simply packaged 250 ml plastic bottle, which is then sold at very affordable prices both online and offline. The ability to mix and do cinnamon coffee business is then transmitted to other communities, that is the students of Akademi Komunitas Presiden. The principle is sharing, sharing knowledge, sharing experience, and sharing cheerful.Keywords: Coffee, Cinnamon, Business, Industry.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari pengaruh kebijakan mengenai remunerasi dewan komisaris, remunerasi dewan direksi, dan implementasi corporate governance terhadap kinerja Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) Bidang Keuangan yang tidak terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel berjumlah 7 (tujuh) BUMN Bidang Keuangan yang tidak terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yaitu PT Pegadaian, Perum Peruri, PT Tugu Pratama, PT Asabri, PT Jamkrindo, PT PNM, dan PT Pengelolaan Aset.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa remunerasi komisaris tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja perusahaan, remunerasi direksi tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja perusahaan, dan tata kelola perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja perusahaan.Peneliti selanjutnya agar menggunakan sampel yang lebih besar pada BUMN non publik sehingga dapat diketahui dampak dari penerapan kebijakan kementerian BUMN pada Badan Usaha Milik Negara Non Publik dan menentukan kebijakan-kebijakan selanjutnya. Social Entrepreneurship is a concept of entrepreneurship (entrepreneurship) that prioritizes socialactivities by empowering the surrounding community. Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) can beinvolved to be part of Social-entrepreneurship, to support economic independence of society. Tosupport the sustainability of SMEs as well as a more global reach can be used creative economicapproach of each sector conducted SMEs. It aims to sustain SMEs for a long time and become thefoundation for the Indonesian economy. The purpose of the research is to conduct SME analysis to bepart of social entrepreneuship based on creative economy. Quantitative research methods (descriptivestatistics) and qualitative (interactive analysis models), where data collection is done by observation,in-depth interviews, and approach of PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal). The results show that localgovernments fully support the existence of SMEs, especially the handicraft sector, by providingfacilities to change policies and funding assistance. Some craftsmen already have the concept of ideasand creativity in improving product quality, it is seen from the innovation of products developed.Society, government and community of artisans support the existence of creative economy-basedsocial entrepreneurship in order to support the improvement of the economy. To support thesustainability of creative entrepreneurial based on creative economy requires the involvement ofgovernment, entrepreneurs, communities through ongoing assistance with policy support siding withSMEs.

This study is to investigate the willingness or intention of millennials and Gen Z era because nowadays, they are the new target market and their tourism destination image to visit several places in Indonesia based YouTube account "Indonesia.Travel" about their promotional video "Wonderful Indonesia-A Visual Journey." In this video, there will be four places. The first one is Bunaken, Manado; Banyuwangi, East Java; Lombok; and Wakatobi. The paper is presenting and experimental research (pre-test and post-test) to measure intention and tourism image of destination places in Indonesia and qualitative method (with Focus Group Discussion) in the open-ended questions. There is a significant influence of post-test to tourism image of choosing a destination in Millenials, and Gen Z and also there is a significant difference between post-test and pre-test, before and after the promotional video of "Wonderful Indonesia-A Visual Journey." The Research Limitation/Implication is the subject is only Millenial, and Gen Z and this research only use accidental sampling. The practical implication in this research it is hoping that the paper will contribute to doing business about the promotional video in other places in Indonesia, or the world.

Performance is the result of quality and quantity of work that can be achieved by an employee in carrying out tasks in accordance with the responsibilities given to the employee. Discipline is the most important operative function of human resource management because the better employee discipline is, the higher work performance can be achieved. Employees' career development is based on their own desires and efforts to train and develop themselves in relation to their work or position. The research aims to analyze the effect of work development, work discipline, job satisfaction and employee performance. The research respondents were employees of PT. XYZ, with a total of 150 respondents. The research method is path analysis and data collection through questionnaires. The results showed that career development on job satisfaction was significant, the effect of work discipline on job satisfaction was not significant. Career development on employee performance is significant and work discipline on employee performance is significant. Suggestions for PT. XYZ who are the object of this study in particular need to supervise the performance discipline of some career development in increasing job satisfaction and employee performance.Keywords: Career Development, Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction and Performance

Tujuan studi ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh economic value added (EVA), market value added (MVA), likuiditas dan firm size terhadap harga saham di industri perdagangan bidang retail. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 12 perusahaan selama periode 2012-2016 di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data sekunder yang diambil mengacu laporan keuangan yang dipublikasikan secara tahunan. Tahapan prosesnya melalui analisa deskripsi yang meliputi rata-rata, minimum, maksimum dan standar deviasi. Proses selanjutnya uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, heterokedastisitas, multikolinearitas, autokorelasi dan diestimasikan dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel EVA, MVA dan firm size berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan likuiditas berkontribusi negatif signifikan. Selanjutnya seluruh variabel bebas mempunyai efek signifikan terhadap variabel terikat. EVA memiliki nilai yang paling tinggi perannya dibanding variabel lainnya. Nilai proporsi yang digambarkan dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 85,6% dan sisanya 14,4% yang tidak dijelaskan dalam riset ini.
