CV Aldo Saputra terletak di Sungsang merupakan perusahaan Distribusi hasil laut, yang berdiri pada tahun 2011. Perusahaan ini mendistribusikan hasil laut seperti ikan dan udang dengan kualitas yang sangat baik. Manajemen distribusi pada CV Aldo Saputra terjadi beberapa kendala sebab aktifitas yang masih dijalankan dengan sistem manual yang tidak menjamin keakuratan data. Sistem manual masih menggunakan catatan. Tujuan pembuatan aplikasi ini adalah untuk membuat suatu sistem informasi manajemen distribusi hasil laut berbasis web pada CV Aldo Saputra sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi masalah dalam pengolahan data yang masih manual. Tujuan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dalam pengolahan data menjadi lebih cepat, tepat, dan efisien. Metode yang diterapkan menggunakan metode waterfall. Metodologi waterfall memiliki beberapa langkah yaitu analisa kebutuhan, Desain Sistem, Penulisan Kode Program, Pengujian Program dan Penerapan Program. Pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman javascrip dan database MySQL.

PT. Langgeng Daya Agrindo merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa area pertambangan yang mana mereka menyediakan jasa seperti buka lahan dan jasa penyewaan alat berat. Masa rekrutmen tentunya masa yang penting bagi perusahaan karena mereka ingin mendapatkan sumber daya manusia yang terbaik dari seluruh pelamar. PT. Langgeng Daya Agrindo sendiri sering melakukan rekrutmen pegawai. Selama tahun 2021 mereka melakukan rekrutmen pegawai hampir sebulan sekali karena setiap kali ada pekerjaan atau alat berat baru yang datang, mereka langsung mengadakan rekrutmen. Tujuan pembuatan sistem adalah membuat suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang mana sistem ini akan melakukan perhitungan manual untuk membantu mereka dalam masa rekutmen karyawan baru. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang dibuat akan menggunakan metode Weight Product (WP) dalam perhitungannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode SDLC Waterfall karena, metode ini mengharuskan untuk menyelesaikan tahapan pertahap dalam pengembangannya. Hasil yang nantinya akan ditampilkan adalah sebuah report yang akan merekomendasikan manajer dalam penggunaan website.

PT Nauli Citra Alam Khatulistiwa merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang hutan tanaman industri. Pengelolaan data pegawai telah menggunakan Excel, namun proses yang terjadi di perusahaan mengalami redudansi data dikarenakan data tersebut berada di lokasi yang berbeda dan masih harus digabungkan menjadi satu file oleh admin, kemudian data memiliki integrasi data yang buruk. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mempermudah perusahaan dalam mengelola data kepegawaian dengan aplikasi yang dapat memonitoring data kepegawaian, seperti kehadiran, pengelolaan data, cuti, promosi, mutasi, demosi, PHK, reward&punishment dan penggajian. Pengembangan ini menggunakan metode Rational Unified Process (RUP), dan analisis menggunkan Class Diagram, Activity Diagram serta Relasi Antar Tabel, aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan Visual Studio Code dan XAMPP, PHP, database MySQL, dan framework Boostrap. Hasil akhir yang didapatkan, yaitu perusahaan dapat mengelola data kepegawaian berbasis website secara online yang memberikan kemudahan dalam mengelola data kepegawaian.

This research examines the strategic planning of Information Systems and Information Technology (IS/IT) at the Housing and Settlement Area Office (PERKIM) of South Sumatra Province using the Ward and Peppard methodology. Although several information systems such as SIPD and SIPPERA PERKIM have been implemented, there are still challenges, such as the lack of system integration and limited digital public services. The research uses Value Chain, PEST, SWOT, and Critical Success Factor (CSF) analysis methods to identify the organization's strategic needs. The analysis results indicate the need for system integration development based on cloud computing and API, as well as the implementation of digital public services using AI chatbots. Strategic recommendations include a 2024-2026 implementation roadmap covering system integration, digital service development, and HR competency enhancement. The implementation of these strategies is expected to improve PERKIM's operational efficiency and public service quality.

PT CITRA ANUGERAH LESTARI is a company engaged in General Supplier and Contractor services that serves the National Electricity Company, specializing in the procurement of goods and services. Established in 2014, the company employs 26 people with a permanent employee system in each division of the company. Once a year, PT CITRA ANUGERAH LESTARI conducts a process to determine the best employee based on predefined criteria. However, PT CITRA ANUGERAH LESTARI faces challenges in determining the best employee, which affects the assessment and time efficiency in the selection process. Therefore, a decision support system was developed for PT CITRA ANUGERAH LESTARI using the SMART method. The development method used in creating this system is the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method, while the system design uses Visual Studio Code, MySQL, and Laravel as the framework with PHP programming language. The final result is the determination of the best employee at PT CITRA ANUGERAH LESTARI.

TVRI South Sumatra is a regional television station established by Televisi Republik Indonesia for the South Sumatra Province. In addition to producing broadcast content, TVRI South Sumatra also manages various important documents related to archives. The documents are scanned into digital form, making them vulnerable to forgery and misuse if not properly protected. Currently, securing digital documents is done using Adobe Photoshop, which can take a long time due to the process of adjusting the position, size, and transparency level of the watermark, especially if the document has many pages. One solution to reduce the time required is to develop a digital watermark application. The purpose of developing a digital watermark application is to simplify the process of adding watermarks to scanned documents in PDF format. The method used in software development is the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method. It can be concluded that the results of the development of the digital watermark application show that this application can automatically add the TVRI South Sumatra logo watermark to documents. This application simplifies the process of providing authentic marks to documents without having to do it manually. Thus, this application can speed up the work process so that it becomes more practical.

PT. Badak Prima Lestari is a company engaged in the business of heavy equipment (Heavy Equiqment) and lifting equipment (Material Handling Equitments) in Indonesia. PT. Badak Prima Lestari was established in 2021, although PT. Badak Prima Lestari already has a mature recruitment procedure, there are still shortcomings in the system that can support decisions in selecting the best employees. Especially the determination in assessing employee performance and determining the best employees can be aspects that need to be improved because the existing criteria are ineffective. With this research which aims to develop a decision support system (DSS) using the Weighted Product (WP) method to facilitate the assessment process. This application is made website-based using the laravel framework with the rational unified process (RUP) system development method. The results obtained are that the system can help companies to increase assessment efficiency automatically, provide measurable weights, transparently, the system developed meets the research objectives.

PT. Mitra Anugerah Perkasa is a company operating as a distributor of subsidized and non-subsidized fertilizers in South Sumatra. Apart providing basic salaries to employees, PT. Mitra Anugerah Perkasa provides rewards of salary increases and bonuses for employee. Rewards are given by assessing employee performance through monthly assessments and then giving rewards once a year. The assessment process that has been carried out is not effective because many aspects have to be calculated manually, which takes a lot of time and allows errors. The aim of developing this system is to build a decision support system (DSS) using the Weighted Product (WP), with the aim of simplifying the assessment process. This application was created based on a website using the Laravel framework with a Rational Unified Process (RUP) system. The results obtained show that system can increase efficiency of performance assessment, provide measurable transparent weights, and meet stated research objectives.

The Palembang City Youth and Sports Agency faces challenges in utilizing information technology to improve operational efficiency and the quality of public services. This study aims to formulate strategic information technology planning using the Ward and Peppard framework. The analytical approaches used include Value Chain to identify primary and supporting activities in the organization, PEST Analysis to assess external factors that affect the organization, SWOT Analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, Critical Success Factors (CSFs) is used to determine key success factors for implementing IS/IT strategies, and McFarlan Strategic Grid is used to group applications based on their level of importance to the organization. The results of this study include a portfolio of future applications that support system integration, resource optimization, and increasing the organization's digital capabilities. The implementation of the IS/IT strategy is designed to align with the organization's priority needs, such as the development of a digital-based sports management system. It is hoped that this strategic planning can help the Palembang City Youth and Sports Agency achieve operational excellence and improve the quality of service to the community.

Information technology (IT) strategic planning plays an important role in improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and competitiveness of Balitbangda. This study developed an IT strategic plan to support research and innovation data management using the Ward and Peppard framework. The analysis was conducted through Value Chain, PEST, SWOT, and McFarlan Strategic Grid. The results of the study indicate that Balitbangda can improve operational efficiency through integrated applications, improving HR competencies, and optimizing IT infrastructure. The main challenges include budget constraints, lack of coordination between agencies, and low external participation. The proposed strategy includes the development of an administrative information system, HR training, and collaboration with research institutions and universities. The implementation of this strategy is expected to improve data management efficiency, support evidence-based decision-making, and strengthen the role of Balitbangda as a regional innovation center.
