Abstract

The research aimed to determine the influence of retribution on Regional Original Revenue in Bolaang Mongondow Selatan Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with the ex-post facto method. The data used were primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to the people paying the retribution and amployees of the BPKPD (Financial Management and Regional Revenue Agency) of Bolaang Mongondow Selatan Regency. The samples were 38 respondents. Data analysis used simple linear regression. The results showed that there was an influence of retribution on Regional Original Revenue. The influence of retribution on the Regional Original Revenue was 26,6%, while the remaining 73,4% was influenced by variables not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of parents’economic level on students’learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 1 Batudaa. The source of data is primary data. The data collection technique is through the distribution of questionnaires. The study populations are 74 students who are directly involved in arranging the report. The samples are 74 students or the entire population, so this research is population research. The data are analyzed using simple linear regression. The results show that the regression value and the results of hypothesis testing positively influance parents’economic level on students’learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 1 Batudaa. The influence of the economic level on learning outcomes is 56,40% and the remaining 43,60% isfluenced by variables that are not studied.

Abstract

This Study aims to determine whether family socioeconomic status influences students’ interest in pursuing higher education, focusing on 12th-grade Social Science students at SMAN 4 Gorontalo.  The research employed a desctiptive quantitative approach with a sample size of 38 students. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The result of the data analysis indicate a significant influence of family socioeconomic status on students’ interest in pursuing to higher education. The study found that 13.7% of students’ interest in pursuing highter education in influenced by their family’s socioeconomic status while the remaining 86.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is any effect of the Role Playing Learning Model on Student Learning Outcomes in Social Science for Class VII at SMP 3 Paguyaman.This is a descriptive quantitative research with a sample size of 34. The instrument used was a questionnaire,and data analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis. Based on the data analysis results,it was found that there is a significant effect of the Role-Playing Learning Model on Student Learning Outcomes at 37.1%, while the remaining 62.9% was affected by other variables not studied in this research.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini  adalah untuk mengetahui  apakah terdapat pengaruh dari  keterampilan mengelola kelas terhadaap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ips terpadu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 33 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari keterampilan mengelola kelas terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ips terpadu di SMP Negeri 3 Biluhu. Besar pengaruh keterampilan mengelola kelas terhadap hasil belajar siswa adalah sebesar 50,8% dan sisanya 49,2% sisanya, atau nilai residu, dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diinvestigasi dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) development on community welfare in Binjeita Village, North Sulawesi, Indonesia, a rural area with 132 active MSMEs. The research addresses the gap between government support for MSMEs and actual welfare outcomes, aiming to empirically assess whether MSME performance translates into tangible improvements in income, education, and health. Using a quantitative, positivist approach and a simple causal design, data were collected from 33 randomly selected MSME actors. Instruments measuring MSME development and community welfare were validated and found to be highly reliable (Cronbach’s alpha > 0.90). Descriptive and inferential statistics, including simple linear regression, were employed to test the hypothesis. Results indicate that MSME development is rated as "very good," particularly in the financial aspect, while community welfare also scored "very good," with education emerging as the strongest component. The regression analysis yielded a positive and statistically significant coefficient (b = 0.821; t = 6.588; p < 0.001), confirming that improved MSME performance correlates with increased welfare. The model explains 58.3% of welfare variation, highlighting the substantial role of MSMEs in local development. These findings suggest that policies aiming to empower MSMEs—through finance, training, and market access—can effectively improve rural welfare. The study contributes to local development literature by offering empirical evidence of the MSME-welfare nexus in an under-researched Indonesian village context.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Ekonomi kreatif terhadap pendapatan masyarkat petani kelapa di desa pande kecamatan Parigi mouton kabupaten Parigi moutong. Penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan Kuantitatif, dengan metode penelitian survei. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan penyebaran kuesioner masyarakat desa kecmatan Parigi mouton kabupaten Parigi moutong. Jumlah sampel sebesar 50 Masyarakat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan program SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari pengaruh ekonomi kreatif terhadap peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat petani kelapa desa pande kecmatan Parigi moutong kabupaten Parigi moutong. Berdasarkan hasil diperoleh RSquare sebesar 0.418. Nilai ini berarti bahwa sebesar 41,8 % variabilitas mengenai variabel pengaruh ekonomi kreatif , dapat diterangkan oleh variabel peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 51,4 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between teacher professional competence and student learning activity among Grade XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Bonepantai, Indonesia. While policy frameworks emphasize competence-based instruction, challenges remain in translating this into active student engagement, particularly in under-resourced contexts. Employing a quantitative descriptive–correlational design, the study gathered data from 64 respondents using validated and reliable Likert-scale instruments. Instrument testing confirmed high validity (r > 0.412) and reliability (α = 0.923 for competence and 0.922 for activity). Descriptive findings revealed high average scores for both teacher competence (4.34) and student learning activity (4.45). Regression analysis produced the model Ŷ = 24.291 + 0.730X, with a significant positive effect (t = 6.267 > t-table = 1.669; p < 0.05) and R² = 0.388, indicating that competence explains 38.8% of the variation in student activity. Strongest indicators included creative material development and student group discussions, while the lowest were contextualization and opinion expression. These findings confirm theoretical assumptions that professional competence enhances learner participation and underscore the need for CPD focused on culturally responsive and dialogic teaching. The study contributes to empirical knowledge on instructional quality in Indonesian secondary education and invites further research using multivariate approaches to examine the remaining variance in student engagement.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship-oriented learning in vocational schools requires instructional approaches that promote active inquiry, practical competence, and meaningful engagement. This study examined the effect of problem-based learning on Grade XI students’ learning outcomes in Creative Products and Entrepreneurship at SMK Negeri 4 Gorontalo. A quantitative, causal design was used with total sampling of 32 students. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and supporting documentation, and were analysed using simple linear regression with assumption checking through a residual normality test. Results show that students perceived problem-based learning implementation as very strong across its core stages, and learning outcomes were similarly rated very highly across cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. The regression model indicates a positive association between problem-based learning and learning outcomes, supported by a statistically significant coefficient. The relationship is strong, and the model explains more than half of the variance in learning outcomes, suggesting that problem-based learning is a substantial instructional contributor to entrepreneurship-related attainment in this context. Nonetheless, a meaningful proportion of outcome variance remains linked to other influences. These findings indicate that consistent implementation of problem-based learning can improve vocational students’ entrepreneurial learning outcomes and that optimisation efforts should be complemented by supportive conditions such as adequate learning facilities and motivational supports.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran efektif terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas VIII dan IX pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) di SMP Negeri 4 Tabukan Utara Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian asosiatif kausal. Populasi sekaligus sampel penelitian berjumlah 48 siswa yang ditentukan melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan angket dengan skala Likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa analisis statistik deskriptif menunjukkan media pembelajaran berada pada kategori baik hingga sangat baik, sedangkan minat belajar siswa berada pada kategori baik. Selanjutnya, hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana dan uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat belajar siswa. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran yang relevan, mudah digunakan, dan menarik mampu meningkatkan rasa senang, perhatian, ketertarikan, serta keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS Di Smp Negeri 4 Tabukan Utara Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang efektif memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa.
