Abstract

Hospital becomes a place to get health facilities and services for people in need. especially in the current pandemic period, the existence of hospitals becomes an agency that is very calculated its existence. not only medical personnel play an important role but non-medical personnel also have their own contributions in supporting the service process in the hospital. This study aims to explore the Environmental Implications of Organization, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB), and Organizational Commitment to Employee Performance. The study used a quantitative approach, the number of samples used in the study as many as 58 employees. The data collection technique used in this study is in the form of questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used in this study are structural equation modelling (SEM) based on variance or component-based SEM, famously called Partial Least Square (PLS). There were 5 relationships examined in the influence of Organizational Culture on OCB (14,060 > 1,960), The Influence of OCB on Employee Performance (2,213 > 1,960), Organizational Cultural Influence on Organizational Commitment (12,516 > 1,960), organizational commitment influence on employee performance (3,783 > 1,960), organizational cultural influence on employee performance (19,293 > 1,960). All of the relationships studied showed positive and significant results, according to t-statistics > t-table (1,960). From the results of this study, it can be known that employee performance can be achieved if the conditions of the employees are in an optimal situation. Whether the individual condition of the employee itself, relationships with co-workers, the work environment or relationships between divisions established during the work process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how to improve the Sustainable CompetitiveAdvantage in the face of all the changes. This study uses a quantitative approach. Datacollection techniques used in this study was a questionnaire / questionnaire measuringdevices in the form of Agree-Disagree Scale, which were selected for the study is the LPDboard in Buleleng many as 53 people. Abstract

Pola Pikir Dan Perilaku Kewirausahaan UMKM di Buleleng, Bali. Pola pikir dan perilaku kewirausahaan diperlukan sebagai pendorong keberhasilan usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) di Buleleng. Berawal dari pola pikir, ekspektasi akan menjadi nyata melalui perilaku. Pola pikir dan perilaku kewirausahaan digolongkan menjadi tiga bagian yaitu, learning, spiritual dan pengembangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pola pikir dan perilaku kewirausahaan UMKM Pribumi dan Tionghoa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian eksperimen. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini diuji menggunakan Independent Sample T-test menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pola pikir dan perilaku antara UMKM Pribumi dan UMKM Tionghoa. Perbedaan terlihat dari segi pengembangan usaha, UMKM Pribumi memiliki jaringan usaha dan kemampuan penetrasi pasar yang lemah sedangkan UMKM Tionghoa mempunyai konsep “Guan Xi” sebagai kunci dari jaringan dan penetrasi pasar yang kuat. Hendaknya UMKM Pribumi mampu menerapkan nilai positif dari konsep Guan Xi. Kata kunci: pola pikir kewirausahaan, perilaku kewirausahaan, UMKM

Abstract

Maintaining employee productivity is very important to be able to contribute the best to the sustainability of a company. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between the influence of Job Satisfaction, Work Spirit, and Compensation on Employee Productivity at PT. Tirta Mumbul Jaya Abadi (Yeh Buleleng). This study used quantitative method using a sample of 75 respondents. Questionnaires are used as instruments in collecting research data. The data analysis technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) 3.2.9 Full Version method. The first relationship between the Effect of Job Satisfaction on Work Productivity showed the t-statistical value of < the table (1,559 < 1,960). Work productivity showed t-statistical values > t-table (5,183 > 1,960 and 2,341 > 1,960). From the results of the study, it can be known that of the three relationships there is one different relationship that is the relationship between job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on Work Productivity. While the psotif and significant relationship is shown in the relationship of Work Spirit and Compensation influence on Work Productivity

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan tambahan pengetahuan khususnya dalam pencatatan keuangan dan pembuatan label produk dodol di Desa Penglatan. Desa Penglatan merupakan desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Buleleng, Bali. Mayoritas kegiatan masyarakat memproduksi dodol, salah satu UMKM Dodol yang terkenal adalah Dodol Ibu Darmini. Dodol produksi IIbu Darmini menggunakan bahan–bahan berkualitas sehingga rasa dan teksturnya sangat terjaga. Namun terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi oleh UMKM dodol Ibu Darmini yaitu pada aspek produksi khususnya dibagian label dan aspek keuangan yaitu pencatatan keuangan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan observasi, setelah mengetahui permasalahan pada UMKM Dodol Ibu Darmini yaitu dilakukan pembinaan khusus pada aspek produksi dan keuangan. Hasil dari pembinaan ini adalah UMKM Dodol Ibu Darmini mampu mencatat keuangan usahanya dan produknya pun sudah menggunakan label.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived organizational support dan leader member exchange terhadap kinerja pegawai di Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) sekabupaten buleleng. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SEM PLS Versi 3.0. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 84 orang sebagai responden, nilai t-tabel untuk tingkat signifikansi α = 0,05 dari 1,960. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis pada penelitian ini diterima. Dari hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aspek-aspek yang ada di dalam perceived organizational support penting dilakukan demi mewujudkan peningkatan kinerja pegawai salah satunya adalah kesejahteraan pegawai. Saling menghormati dan loyalitas antara bawahan dengan atasan juga penting dilakukan untuk peningkatan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Skill Employment based Tri Kaya Parisudha, Affective Commitment, Reward Management toward the Employee Performance. This research was explanatory with the form of causality between variables. The number of samples in this study were 51 respondents selected based on the Stratified Random Sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this study was the structural equation model (Structural Equation Modeling-SEM) based on variance or Component based SEM with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The conclusion of this study was Strategic Human Resource Practice based Tri Kaya Parisudha can be applied in the Village Financial Institution Buleleng Regency to improve the Employee Performance of Village Financial Institution in Buleleng Regency

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Organizational Culture based on Tri Hita Karana in the effort to realize Organizational Performance by taking into account other factors such as Human Resource Management, Total Quality Management, and Employee Performance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used in this study is a structural equation model (SEM) based on variance or Component based SEM, known as Partial Least Square (PLS) Visual version 3.2.7. The number of samples used was 48 people with t-table values for significance levels α = 0.05 and degree of freedom (df) = 46 is 2.58. The results show that there are two relationships that show significant results, namely the role of Organizational Culture based on Tri Hita Karana on Employee Performance has a value of 17.353 with t-statistics > t-table (17.353 > 2.58). And the same results are also shown in the relationship between Total Quality Management and Organizational Performance with a value of 8.232 > 2.58. Different results are shown in 4 other relationships, namely the influence of the organization's culture on organizational performance, the influence of HRM on organizational performance, the influence of HRM on employee performance, and the influence of total quality management on employee performance with t-statistics < t- table (0.220 < 2.58), (0.544 < 2.58), (0.866 < 2.58), and (0.553 < 2.58). From the results of this study it can be seen that there are still several factors that have not been able to provide a significant value on organizational performance in the PDAM Buleleng.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of human resources quality of the Village Institution through Catur Marga-based Work Culture in Bali Aga Village, Buleleng Regency. A quantitative approach will be used in this study. The data analysis technique used in this study was SEM PLS Version 3.0. The sample is 135 people with t-table values for the significance level α = 0.05 of 1.960. The results showed that there was a positive and significant result in all relationships where the Effect of Catur Marga-based Work Culture on HRM was 4.477. Likewise, the Effect of Catur Marga-based Work Culture on Work Productivity was 31.010, and the relationship of Human Resource Management to Work Productivity was 7.338. From the results, it can be concluded that Catur Marga- based culture work has a positive role because it can provide good results for improving the Quality of Human Resource Management and Work Productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implikasi lingkungan organisasi, perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi (OCB), dan komitmen organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 58 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dalam bentuk angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah structural equation modeling (SEM) berbasis varians atau SEM berbasis komponen, yang biasa disebut Partial Least Square (PLS). Terdapat 5 hubungan yang diteliti pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap OCB (14,060 > 1960), Pengaruh OCB terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (2.213 > 1.960), Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Komitmen Organisasi (12.516 > 1.960), pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan (3.783 > 1.960), pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan (19.293 > 1.960). Semua hubungan yang diteliti menunjukkan hasil yang positif dan signifikan, menurut t-statistik > t-tabel (1,960). Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa kinerja pegawai dapat tercapai apabila kondisi pegawai berada pada situasi yang optimal. Baik kondisi individu karyawan itu sendiri, hubungan dengan rekan kerja, lingkungan kerja atau hubungan antar divisi yang terjalin selama proses kerja.
