Abstract

Field Lectures and Teaching Practice (PPL) is a training ground for FKIP students to determine the various knowledge, attitudes, and skills of teachers so that they can carry out their duties and responsibilities professionally, as well as the framework for forming professional teachers. However, what is happening in the field is that the implementation of PPL online has not been maximized because there are many inhibiting factors such as quotas, networks, inadequate devices from students and the students themselves, and also online learning media platforms which are still underutilized by teachers or students, resulting in difficulties. Carry out learning interactions. The purpose of this research is to explain the effect of implementing lectures and PPL II online on the readiness of students to become teachers. The researcher wants to explain the causal relationship between lectures and PPL II, which affects student readiness to become teachers—data processing using SEM Analysis. The analytical tool used is LISREL. The study results show that lectures and PPL II influence student readiness to become teachers. Furthermore, students agree or are ready for readiness to become teachers after the implementation of PPL II, even though it is online.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of school principals' entrepreneurial competence in developing entrepreneurship programs in Vocational High Schools (SMK) throughout Banjarmasin. The population used in this research was all principals in vocational schools. The sampling method is using non-probability sampling techniques. The type of nonprobability sampling used is saturated sampling. The sampling method obtained 20 samples. This research uses quantitative research. The analysis used is simple linear regression analysis, with t test and coefficient of determination. The Principal Entrepreneurial Competency variable of 0.501 states that every time there is an increase in the Principal's Entrepreneurial Competency by 1%, the Entrepreneurship Program (Y) will increase by 0.501. This means that the principal's entrepreneurial competency variable has Sig. Amounting to 0.005 < 0.05, it can be concluded that the principal's entrepreneurial competency variable has a significant effect on the entrepreneurship program. the contribution of creating innovation, working hard, having strong motivation, never giving up, and having entrepreneurial instincts towards the entrepreneurship program was 36.6% while the remaining 63.4% was influenced by other variables not examined in this research. This proves that there is an influence between the principal's entrepreneurial competency on the Entrepreneurship Program.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh media sosial, kualitas barang, dan harga barang terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembelian mahasiswa di Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Lambung Mangkurat, dengan fokus pada tingginya tingkat kekecewaan mahasiswa terhadap pembelian online. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan sampel sebanyak 369 mahasiswa yang diambil melalui teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner, serta referensi dari jurnal, buku, dan sumber relevan lainnya. Analisis instrumen dilakukan menggunakan Smart-PLS, yang mencakup pengujian convergent validity, discriminant validity, dan reliability. Selain itu, analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan R-Squares, Q² predictive relevance, dan uji pengaruh untuk memahami hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembelian, sementara kualitas barang berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan. Di sisi lain, harga barang menunjukkan kontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kesimpulannya, media sosial berperan penting dalam memengaruhi keputusan pembelian mahasiswa, sedangkan kualitas barang perlu ditingkatkan untuk mengurangi kekecewaan, dan harga barang harus diperhatikan untuk mendukung keputusan pembelian yang lebih baik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a capital market material media product using the powtoon web application. This study measures the validity and practicality of the media. The method in this study is Research and Development (R&D) and uses the 4D model. The procedures in the development include (1) define, (2) design, (3) development, and (4) dissemination. The results of the research conducted show the development process of learning media using powtoon starting from a) initial analysis, students, assignments, concepts, and analysis of learning objectives b) selection of media, selection of formats, and design c) validation by experts and product trials. d) dissemination. The validation of material experts received a rating of 95.08% very valid. While expert validation for media with an assessment of 80% valid criteria. As for the product trial in the operational field for the results of student responses to the powtoon learning media. The assessment of the product trial in the operational field with a percentage of 87.30% is in the very practical category.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of social capital on the business resilience of Sasirangan artisans in Banjarmasin City. The research is motivated by an identified research gap, namely the limited empirical studies on the role of social capital in culture-based micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Most previous studies have focused on large corporations or formal sectors, while traditional MSMEs such as Sasirangan remain underexplored. Using a quantitative approach with a causal explanatory design, this study involved 21 artisan respondents and analyzed the data through the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The findings reveal that social capital, which consists of norms, networks, and trust, has a significant contribution to business resilience with an R² value of 0.873. This indicates that 87.3% of the variation in business resilience can be explained by the strength of social capital. Theoretically, these findings emphasize the importance of social capital as a non-financial factor in shaping MSME resilience models. Practically, strengthening community norms, expanding networks, fostering trust, and integrating digitalization are key strategies to reinforce artisans’ resilience. The novelty of this study lies in its empirical evidence that social capital is not merely a supporting factor but a key determinant of business sustainability in creative, culture-based industries.

Abstract

Pendidikan memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam proses peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Peningakatan kualitas pendidikan merupakan suatu proses yang terintegrasi dengan proses peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Salah satu upaya untuk mempersiapkan kemampuan para calon guru dalam menghadapi tugas pembelajaran, dapat dilakukan melalui Program Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) dan juga suatu program yang merupakan ajang pelatihan untuk menetapkan berbagai pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan guru, mereka dapat mengemban tugas dan tanggung jawab secara profesional, serta rangka pembentukan guru yang profesional. Kegiatan pembelajaran secara daring yang dilakukan oleh Mahasiswa FKIP ULM pada pelaksanaan PPL II pada tahun ajaran 2021/2022 dibantu dengan aplikasi seperti zoom dan google meet. Melihat dari hasil survei yang dilakukan penulis kepada mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi, yang terjadi dilapangan pelaksanaan PPL secara daring nyatanta masih belum bisa dikatakan maksimal pelaksanaannya, karena banyak mahasiswa mengeluhkan seperti faktor penghambat kegiatan pembelajaran secara daring yang dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa, faktor penghambat pelaksanaan PPL seperti kouta, jaringan, device yang kurang memadai dari mahasiswa maupun dari peserta didik sendiri dan juga media platform belajar online yang masih kurang dimanfaatkan oleh guru atau siswa, sehingga mengakibatkan susahnya melakukan interaksi pembelajaran antara siswa dan guru atau mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Oleh sebab itu sangat diperlukan kondisi mahasiswa yang memang harus mempunyai kesiapan untuk menjadi guru, baik secara daring ataupun secara luring.
