Abstract

Stunting pada anak usia 0-5 tahun merupakan hasil dari kekurangan gizi kronis, yang berdampak negatif pada pertumbuhan fisik dan perkembangan kognitif anak. Pengetahuan ibu mengenai gizi seimbang memainkan peran penting dalam pencegahan stunting. Di samping itu, pemanfaatan bahan pangan lokal yang bergizi dapat menjadi solusi praktis untuk memenuhi kebutuhan gizi dan memberikan peluang ekonomi bagi keluarga. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat Desa Pasir Tanjung mengenai pencegahan stunting melalui pemberian informasi tentang makanan bergizi seimbang dan keterampilan dalam mengolah nugget ikan patin, yang merupakan sumber protein tinggi. Selain itu, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan bahan pangan lokal sebagai menu pendamping yang bergizi dan sebagai ide usaha untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan dua pendekatan utama: pertama, penyuluhan yang disampaikan oleh Dr. Marjeki Sianturi menggunakan metode ceramah dengan media penunjang seperti power point dan proyektor untuk menjelaskan pengertian stunting, dampak kekurangan gizi, serta kebutuhan gizi anak. Kedua, pelatihan pengolahan nugget ikan patin dipandu oleh enam mahasiswa KKN, yang mencakup proses pengukusan ikan patin, pengolahan adonan nugget, serta teknik pelapisan dan penggorengan. Peserta pelatihan terdiri dari ibu-ibu PKK dan orang tua dengan anak usia di bawah lima tahun. Hasil dari penyuluhan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai pentingnya makanan bergizi seimbang dalam mencegah stunting. Pelatihan pengolahan nugget ikan patin memperoleh respon positif dari peserta, dengan banyak yang menunjukkan minat untuk membuat nugget di rumah dan menggunakannya sebagai produk usaha. Pelatihan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan praktis peserta dalam mengolah bahan pangan lokal tetapi juga membuka peluang usaha yang dapat mendukung peningkatan ekonomi keluarga. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada upaya pencegahan stunting dan pemberdayaan ekonomi di Desa Pasir Tanjung.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the readiness of teachers in implementing the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in the Independent Curriculum at SD IT Al-Fityah. P5 is a project-based learning approach that aims to shape students' character in accordance with Pancasila values. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques through semi-structured interviews and documentation studies. Five teachers selected based on certain criteria were interviewed to obtain data related to understanding, preparation, challenges, and collaboration in the implementation of P5. The results showed that teachers' understanding of P5 varied, and many teachers faced challenges such as a lack of training and clear guidance. However, commitment and collaboration between teachers and support from schools and parents are important factors in supporting the implementation of P5. This study concludes that teachers' readiness to implement P5 needs to be improved, especially through more intensive training and continuous mentoring, so that the goals of P5 in forming students with Pancasila character can be optimally achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of burnout and turnover on employee performance, with organizational commitment as a mediating variable in J&T Express Bekasi Regency. A quantitative approach was used in this study, with a survey method and questionnaire distribution to 161 respondents taken using the Slovin method. The results of the study show that burnout and turnover have a significant influence on employee performance both directly and through organizational commitment. Burnout tends to decrease employee performance due to physical, emotional, and mental fatigue faced, while turnover reflects the challenge of maintaining workforce stability. Organizational commitment plays an important role as a mitigation factor in maintaining optimal employee performance. This research makes a theoretical contribution to the human resource management literature, as well as practical recommendations for J&T Express to improve employee performance through strategies that support organizational commitment and reduce burnout and turnover rates.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan transformasi tradisi lampu colok dan upaya pelestariannya oleh masyarakat di Perawang, Kabupaten Siak. Tradisi lampu colok merupakan salah satu budaya lokal yang rutin dilakukan setiap bulan Ramadan sebagai bentuk penerangan jalan dan penghormatan terhadap datangnya malam Lailatul Qadar. Dalam perkembangannya, tradisi ini mengalami transformasi dari sisi bentuk, media, dan pelaksanaannya, termasuk dengan diadakannya perlombaan serta dukungan dari pemerintah setempat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat masih sangat antusias dalam melestarikan tradisi ini dengan melibatkan generasi muda, membentuk panitia lokal, serta memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi. Tradisi lampu colok mengandung nilai-nilai sosial seperti gotong royong, tanggung jawab, solidaritas, serta religiusitas yang kuat. Oleh karena itu, pelestarian tradisi ini penting untuk terus dilakukan sebagai bagian dari identitas budaya daerah dan potensi pariwisata budaya di Kabupaten Siak.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role conflict experienced by PGSD (Elementary School Teacher Education) students at the University of Riau between academic and organizational activities, as well as to examine its impact on students’ self-development. This research employed a descriptive quantitative approach involving 30 active students engaged in both academic and student organization activities. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire based on three dimensions of role conflict proposed by Greenhaus and Beutell (1985): time-based, strain-based, and behavior-based conflicts. The results show that the level of role conflict among PGSD students is categorized as moderate, with an average score of 64.61. This indicates that most students are able to balance academic and organizational roles, although they face challenges in time management and role pressure. Furthermore, role conflict contributes positively to self-development, as students enhance their time management, responsibility, leadership, and communication skills. Therefore, role conflict can serve as a learning medium if managed adaptively. This study recommends that universities provide training in time management and organizational guidance to help students achieve a balanced integration between academic and extracurricular commitments.

Abstract

Reading ability is one of the language skills that every student must master. To a certain extent, reading ability becomes a basic ability that can be used to analyze certain information or data. This research aims to improve elementary school students' initial reading abilities. The type of research used is classroom action research. The subjects of this research were elementary school students. Data collection was carried out using observation and test techniques. The data obtained was then analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. The research results show that the SAS method assisted by picture story books can improve elementary school students' initial reading abilities. This can be seen from the results of the first cycle which reached 65.38%, then increased in the second cycle to 76.92% and finally to 84.61% in the third cycle. Below is a diagram of the achievements in each cycle. Therefore, the SAS method assisted by picture story books can be used as a reference that can be used in learning Indonesian at the elementary school level, especially in terms of improving beginning reading skills

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in fostering critical thinking skills among third-grade elementary school students on the topic of metamorphosis. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a descriptive study design. The research subjects consisted of 29 male students from Grade III of SD Aulia Cendikia Islamic School. Data were collected through direct observation, documentation, interviews, and student reflections. Data analysis utilized Miles and Huberman’s interactive analysis model, which includes three stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. In the data display stage, the findings were presented in the form of descriptive narratives, tables, and direct quotations from students or teachers. Meanwhile, the conclusion drawing stage was conducted by examining the relationship between the implementation of the PBL model and the emergence of students’ critical thinking responses during the learning process. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the PBL model positively influenced the development of students’ critical thinking skills. This can be seen from the students’ ability to identify, analyze, and find solutions to the given problems. The model also successfully enhanced students’ understanding of the learning material. Therefore, PBL proved to be an effective approach in shaping active, independent, and critical-thinking students.
