English is language that is spoken widely around the world. One of example where English is widely spoken around the country is in Singapore. Not only this country, the neighborhood country such Malaysia has more people who can speak English fluently. For both countries, English is official and second language. While the other neighborhood country such Indonesia uses English less frequently than the national language, Bahasa Indonesia. English is still a foreign language for Indonesian. By looking at this phenomenon, people in our neighboring countries such Singapore and Malaysia use English for their daily conversation. When they want to go to Indonesia, especially to the nearest island from both countries; that is Batam island, sometimes they face that some people in Batam cannot communicate well using English. It happens when they go to some urban areas such as Batu Aji in Batam city. The team of lecturer conducts an activity to the people from an urban area in Batu Aji to be given a community service to teach team how to speak better daily English conversation. The activity is started by training the people vocabulary through the flash card activity. From this activity, people from Griya Batu Aji resident show a good enthusiasm to join the activity to train them better in speaking. This activity is a continuous activity where the team reports the first phase progress of the activity only in this article.

Vocabulary which comes from English which means vocabulary, for every language user, vocabulary matters a lot. If a language user does not master vocabulary then he or she cannot convey the meaning they want to convey. So that communication between them does not occur. The purpose of this service is to equip kohai-kohai karate in facing international activities. Such as Singapore open tournament, Malaysia tournament, India open tournament, Thailand open. Every international match faced by the kohai-kohai requires communication, the communication they use is English. Mastery of vocabulary is not limited to read, but kohai-kohai need to remember and apply between fellow language users. In addition, the aim of mastery is to provide kohai-kohai in conveying the meaning simply or completely. In this community service, it was found that kohai-kohai did not master vocabulary properly. Besides that, the kohai-kohai didn't apply the vocabulary in a day. These factors are caused by an environment that does not support the use of the language, then cultural factors, other factors are the emergence of shame, shame because of fear of being wrong, embarrassed because of fear of being ridiculed by friends, embarrassed because of insecurity.

English is one of the world's official languages. All information is published in English and all progress and events can be known through English. Therefore, it is only natural that the sports world is also obliged to know English. Athletes will find it difficult to adapt if they don't master English. An athlete who is able to speak English so the development of his knowledge will progress more quickly. In Batam, there are a lot of kohai-kohai who don't speak English, so we tried to share a little of our knowledges to invite them how they can master English better and easily. To master English, an athlete needs language proficiency. Therefore we emphasized on our kohai-kohai so that they get used to using English in their daily life. Here we also emphasized on my kohai-kohai that they must be able to distinguish words, because in English words can affect meaning. Besides that, we also emphasized on the kohai-kohai how to pronounce the words, this is very important in mastering English. After that, how to apply those words in a sentence. The procedure for making sentences is no less important than the above. Sentences can also determine the meaning or topic to be conveyed to the interlocutors.

This service activity is an activity in the form of training on English Conversation and Introduction to Information Technology for Youth in RT 02 RW 09, Bengkong Sadai Batam which is held at the Gedung Pertemuan RW09 Bengkong.The training held is a multi-disciplinary training or combines several study programs, especially English and Computer Study Programs. The training materials have been prepared in such a way that they are able to at least provide some solutions to the problems of the younger generation that are happening in the current millennial era. These problems include, among other things, teenagers in these neighborhoods do not master English and lack information technology. This training is carried out starting in November 2021 and ending in December 2021 with as many as 5 meetings held regularly. From this training, it is hoped that the training participants will get refreshed knowledge about the application of English and Introduction to Information Technology

Many students in Indonesia do not like English. They get difficulties, boredom and confusing in learning it. English teacher should be able to motivate the learners in learning this foreign language. Harmer (1993: 3) states motivation means a kind of drive that encourages somebody to pursue a course action. It should be done by every English teacher in order that the students are interested to learn this language. English teacher must be able to manage the teaching by using certain method in the teaching-learning process, so that the students will like it without boring and despair. Community Language Learning (CLL) as one kind of method in language learning, “The learners become members of a community – their fellow learners and the teacher to learn through interaction with members of the community. Learning is not viewed as an individual accomplishment but as something that is achieved collaboratively. Learners are expected to listen attentively to the teacher, to freely provide meanings they wish to express, to repeat target utterance without hesitation, to support fellow members of the community

Keputusan pembelian konsumen terhadap barang atau jasa dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor seperti kualitas produk, saluran distribusi, dan promosi yang dilakukan perusahaan. Pelanggan akan selalu memperhatikan kualitas produk yang bagus, kemudahan dalam pendistribusian, dan adanya pemasaran promosi. Tujuan penelitian yakni memahami pengaruh kualitas produk, saluran distribusi, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT Bingas Manufacturing. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah 128 responden. Analisis data penelitian ini diolah menggunakan program software SPSS versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan SPSS menunjukkan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai t hitung 7,094 Saluran distribusi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai t hitung 1,685. Promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai t hitung 5,277. Hasil uji f mengindikasikan nilai f hitung sebesar 47,222 sehingga dapat disimpulkan kualitas produk, saluran distribusi dan promosi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian

This research aims to analyze the aspect of Love and Belonging needs. The Hierarchy of Needs theory is used to analyze what everyone needs in their lives and how to meet those needs. The Hierarchy of Needs consists of five levels consisting of basic needs, security needs, the need for love and ownership, the need for self-esteem, and the need for self-satisfaction. As considerations in this study using the theory of the Hierarchy of Needs from Abraham Maslow 1954 who analyzed the need for love and ownership of the main character in the novel Persuasion by Jane Austen 1817. Anne as a figure in the Persuasion novel by Jane Austen 1817 is a girl who is trying to improve the hierarchy of Needs love and the interests of family and girls love. In analyzing this study, researchers used a qualitative descriptive method as a technique for collecting data. The data collected by researchers based on the object of this study are the needs of love and ownership of the main character in the novel Persuasion by Jane Austen 1817. Data collected includes speech, action, sentence, and narration relating to the blindness of love and the main character in the story. Research is made for purposes that are useful for discussion and for other parties, and for this research purposes about humans that will meet the needs and effects of if these needs are not met.

This study aims to find out the effect of operating cash flow, investment cash flow, funding cash flow, and net income on stock returns. Using data from cash flow reports, profit reports, and share prices of IDX:TECHNO member companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2018-2020. The financial aspect has a significant influence on the rate of return on a company's shares. If it manages to score good financial performance it will make a company's rate of return increase so that it benefits investors. Based on the results of the study, it was found that operating cash flow and investment cash flow had no effect on stock returns based on t test with a significant value > 0,05 while funding cash flow and profit had a positive and significant effect on stock returns based on t test with a significant value. < 0,05 and operating cash flow, investment cash flow, funding cash flow, and net income together have a positive and significant effect on stock returns based on F test with a significant value < 0,05. The conclusion from the research results is that investors who want to invest in the Indonesia Stock Exchange, especially in IDX: TECHNO member companies, should pay attention to the company's financial performance, this is because the existing research results show the effect of financial performance on stock returns.

The cost of circumcision which is starting to become unaffordable to the public and coupled with the outbreak of the most frightening virus, namely "covid 19" and also the desire to create a clean and healthy young generation, the devotees intend to hold activities with the intention of sharing with others, namely holding social service activities "Mass Circumcision". This circumcision from a religious point of view is mandatory and also from a medical point of view, it has many benefits including maintaining physical cleanliness and reducing the risk of infection and the educational values contained in it. The method used is the method of mass circumcision in the residential neighborhood of Griya Batu Aji Asri Phases 1,2 and 3, Sungai Langkai Exit, Sagulung sub-district, Batam City. It turns out that circumcision has educational value, for example, basically circumcision teaches children to become adults. From a psychological point of view, the child feels that he is a Muslim and he is obliged to cover his aurat and cannot see the nakedness of others. the educational values contained in circumcision for children's education lies in the important role of parents to do the following: (1) Instill shame in children. (2) Instilling the spirit of masculinity in boys and the spirit of femininity in girls. (3) Separate their beds. (4) Introduce visiting times (ask permission within 3 times). (5) Educate to maintain the cleanliness of the genitals. (6) Introducing the muhrim. (7) Educate children to always keep their eyesight. One of the efforts with the aim that every teenager can perform circumcision is to organize a mass social service circumcision. Moreover, from the practice of mass circumcision it is believed that many young people in Indonesia can be circumcised, so this is achieved to further develop the welfare status and great development of Indonesian children.

Perumahan Griya Batu Aji Asri merupakan sebuah tempat si perumahan yang terletak tidak jauh dari kantor walikota Batam. Jaraknya sekitar 16 KM. Perumaha Griya Batu Aji terdiri dari 6 tahapan, yaitu perumahan griya Batau Aji asri Tahap 1 sampai dengan Griya Batu Aji Asri tahap 6. Perumahan Griya Batu Aji Asri tahap 1,2 dan 3 Letaknya satu kawan, dibawah naungan RW 16. RW 16 Ini terdiri dari 11 RT. Rt 06 Merupakan salah satu RT dibawah naungan RW 16 kelurahan Sungai Langkai, Kecamatan Sagulung Kota Batam. RW 16 termasuk salah suatu daerah yang padat penduduknya di Sungai Langkai, Oleh karena itu pengabdi berniat mengadakan kegiatan pendampingan warga Dalam untuk mencegah DBD. Upaya yang dapat kita ambil adalah memberikan penyuluhan dan melaksanakan Fogging di rumah-rumah warga. Selain memberikan penyuluhan cara hidup sehat guna mengantisipasi perkembang biakan nyamuk demam berdarah dengan 3 M. (menguras, mengubur dan menutup) tempat penampungan air)
