Abstract

This study aims to describe the results of research on the Effects of Packaging and Promotion on the Purchase Decision of Tempe Chips from Home Industry in Sungai Langkai , Sagulung District, Batam. in addition to the importance of improving quality in terms of content, it needs special attention from various parties, both from the government and the private sector. , as well as universities as many universities have done through community service activities. This research focuses on looking at the implementation of packaging and promotion strategies. The research method used is quantitative research, the data source is 100 consumers of tempeh chips in Sungai Langkai , Sagulung District, Batam City. Data collection by observation, interviews and documentation, and data analysis by domain data analysis. The results of the discussion show that the labeling and packaging of the decision to buy tempeh chips in the Sungai Langkai sub-district, Sagulung sub-district, can be carried out well even though they are still traditional, but from time to time have changed for the better

Abstract

Kihon or basic movements are what every karate-ka must learn in practice. This basic movement is a movement where a karateka can start other movements. The purpose of this research is to improve the performance of junior athletes. If the basic movements cannot be carried out properly and correctly, it will have an impact on other movements. If the message to be conveyed is not clear, the students cannot carry out the movement properly. Therefore, a coach must have knowledge in conveying language to his students. The method used in this exercise is the trainer demonstrating basic movements in accordance with basic of the karate standards. Therefore, the coach must be able to communicate with kohai properly and correctly. In addition to linguistics, the trainer must also provide examples of good movement as well. In this exercise the trainer still finds movements that are not adequate in practice, so they need to be corrected and practiced regularly.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitiannya ini menelusuri pengaruh motivasi, disiplin kerja, dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Polresta Barelang Batam. Penelitiannya ini dilakukan dengan menerapkan teknik kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian digunakan sebanyak 100 responden yakni pegawai bagian Unit Pelayanan Polresta Barelang Batam tahun 2022 dengan menerapkan teknik sampel jenuh. Dengan memakai teknik analisa data yang meliputi pengujian statistik deskriptif, kualitas data, asumsi klasik, pengaruh, serta hipotesis. Variabel motivasi, disiplin kerja, dan beban kerja memengaruhi kinerja pegawai dengan sebesar 45% dengan sig. 0,00 < 0,05. Di dapatkan motivasi dan disiplin kerja memengaruhi positif signifikan, namun beban kerja memengaruhi negatif signifikan. Akan tetapi secara simultan ketiga variabelnya ini memengaruhi positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Polresta Barelang Batam.

Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to analyze the influence of consumer trust and satisfaction on the intention to buy online Shopee in Batam. The analytical method used by the author is to use quantitative research with a total of 147 respondents who are residents of Batu Aji, Batam city. In collecting the data, it is done bydistributing questionnaires in which there are several statement items. In this study, the variables were divided into several parts, including consumer trust and satisfaction as independent variables, and purchase intention as the dependent variable. To measure the magnitude of the influence on these variables, the authorsuse the method of linear regression analysis and multiple regression. From the results of the analysis it was found that partially trust has no effect on purchase intention, customer satisfaction partially has an influence on purchase intention. The variables of consumer trust and satisfaction have a simultaneous influence on the intention to buy online shops in Batam

Abstract

PT Vizta Alpha Prakarsa Batam merupakan tempat usaha dunia hiburan yang berkembang dalam dunia bisnis hiburan, yang didirikan oleh penyanyi yang familiar yaitu Inul Daratista sejak tahun 2010 di daerah Jakarta utara. Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Tujuan dari observasi digunakan untuk hipotesis pada variabel kualitas pelayanan dan promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT Vizta Alpha Prakarsa Batam. Populasi pada penelitian ini tidak terhingga sehingga menggunakan rumus sampel Jacob cohen. Teknik sampel penelitian adalah simpel random sampling dengan menyebarkan kusioner ke 204 responden yaitu semua customer yang menggunakan jasa karaoke di PT Vizta Alpha Prakarsa Batam. Sifat penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan replikasi dan pengembangan. Analisis yang digunakan ialah spss 25 untuk statistik deskriptif. Penelitian menghasilkan tingkat signifikan kualitas pelayanan sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05, promosi menghasilkan tingkat signifikan 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 yang berarti nilai signifikan ketiga variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Dan berpengaruh simultan kualitas pelayanan, promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan yang ditunjukkan pada penelitian uji F dimana hasilnya pada output ANOVA yaitu nilai tersebut menjelaskan bahwa nilai Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel sebesar 343.618 lebih besar dari 3,04. Sehingga hipotesis dalam penelitian ini di katakan berpengaruh secara parsial pada uji T dan berpengaruh simultan pada uji F

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to see and follow up on the abilities of the kohais of the Raudhatul Jannah dojo in order to achieve better achievements. Speech act is something that is needed in karate practice, in this case it is not speech to convey messages that need to be carried out by kohai-kohai in practice. If the kohais don't understand the speech conveyed by the trainer, the communication between the trainer and the kohai cannot work. Karate is a martial art where a trainer has a target in the training. The failure or success of the coach can be seen from the success of his students. Kohai-kohai dojo Raudhatul Jannah still cannot compete with athletes from around  Batam because their training schedule is very minimal. The method used in this service is for the servant to directly train and improve the kohai-kohai technique and get results that still need to be repaired and trained.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of security, convenience, and trust on customer satisfaction at PT Lion Parcel. This study was conducted using quantitative techniques. The sample of this study was used as many as 100 respondents in PT Lion Parcel customers using the Cochran formula. Questionnaires were used as a data collection technique. By using SPSS 25 software, data analysis techniques include descriptive statistics test, data quality test, classic assumption test, influence test, and hypothesis test. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, security (X1) has an effect of 0,104 or 10,4% on customer satisfaction (Y) at PT Lion Parcel, ease (X2) has an effect of 0,536 or 53,6% on customer satisfaction (Y) at PT Lion Parcel and trust (X3) has an effect of 0,245 or 24,5% on customer satisfaction (Y) at PT Lion Parcel. Safety, convenience, and trust factors affect customer satisfaction (Y) at PT Lion Parcel by 64,9% in accordance with the coefficient of determination (R2) data. Based on the hypothesis test results found that security, convenience, and confidence have a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously on customer satisfaction at PT Lion Parcel

Abstract

Di dalam lingkungan dunia bisnis sekarang, banyak perusahaan terjadi perubahan signifikan secara maju dan berkembang. Ini merupakan hal yang ditunggu perusahaan untuk mencapai kemajuan di dalam bisnisnya. Perkembangan kemajuan perusahaan tersebut terjadi karena adanya peningkatan potensi sumber daya manusia dari perusahaan, sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa sumber daya manusia merupakan penentu kesuksesan ataupun kegagalan pada suatu perusahaan. Dalam Penelitian disini memiliki tujuan agar mengetahui pengaruh dalam disiplin, motivasi serta pelatihan kerja dalam kinerja karyawan. Peneliti melakukan penelitian di PT BPR Kepri Batam dengan metode penelitian berbasis kuantitatif dalam analisis linear berganda yang diambil dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Quota Sampling. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel dengan non probability sampling yang memiliki jumlah sampel sebanyak 116 orang dan menghasilkan hasil yang dapat dijelaskan bahwa disiplin, motivasi dan pelatihan kerja memberikan hasil yang signifikan dan positif pada kinerja karyawan di PT BPR Kepri Batam

Abstract

This study explores the influence of product quality, advertising strength, and customer loyalty on the purchasing decisions of Scarlet Whitening in Batam city using quantitative research methods. Data was collected through distributed questionnaires, analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The Likert scale measured the questionnaire, and operational variables were replaced with variable indicators. Data processing utilized the SPSS application. Accidental sampling was employed based on the Lemeshow formula, resulting in 100 respondents. Findings indicate that product quality significantly affects purchasing decisions. However, advertising strength does not significantly influence purchasing decisions. Customer loyalty has a positive impact. There is a positive and significant influence between product quality, advertising strength, and customer loyalty on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination suggests that 75.4% of purchasing decisions are explained by these variables, while 24.6% are influenced by unexplored variables. In conclusion, product quality, advertising strength, and customer loyalty collectively influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penyebaran kuesioner dapat menghasilkan sebuah jawaban hipotesis yang menjadi tujuan penelitian pada masyarakat pengguna kantor POS Belakang sebanyak 100 responden. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan olah data SPSS 25. Adapun kriteria yang digunakan dalam penelitian responden merupakan pengguna jasa kantor POS Belakang Padang yang telah melakukan pembelian lebih dari dua kali dan Responden telah berusia di atas 17 tahun. Sebagai hasil adanya kontribusi kepercayaan, nilai pelanggan dan citra perusahaan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 55,4% dan sisanya 44,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diketahui. Dari hasil uji F dapat dilihat f hitung 39,770 > 3,09 maka telah memenuhi persyaratan bahwa kepercayaan, nilai pelanggan dan citra perusaha memiliki pengaruh simultan dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya perlakuan yang baik antara kepercayaan, nilai pelanggan dan citra perusahaan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Maka, dapat mengandung arti adanya implikasi kepercayaan, nilai pelanggan dan citra perusahaan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan yang menjadi peran penting. Maka diharapkan adanya kepuasan pelanggan dalam menggunakan jasa PT POS Belakang Padang.
