Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to find the best accuracy from the decision tree model so that the model can perform well for bestselling sales classification and make the model usable and integrated with other systems through the Application Programming Interface (API). This analysis uses the decision tree method and the Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM) as the research process flow. The research results that have been obtained in the early stages of the model can produce an accuracy of 90.85% in RapidMiner modeling. In comparison, in python, the resulting accuracy is 92.83%, but when the parameter tuning process is carried out the highest accuracy produced reaches 95.68% on RapidMiner while in modeling using python the quality of accuracy is 95.09% and based on the deployment process, the prediction function of the model can be accessed properly through the Application Programming Interface (API).Keywords: Data Mining, Decision Tree C4.5, ClassificationABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari akurasi terbaik dari model Decision Tree sehingga model dapat menghasilkan performa yang baik untuk tujuan klasifikasi penjualan terlaris dan juga membuat model dapat digunakan dan terintegrasi pada sistem lain melalui Application Programming Interface (API). Analisis ini menggunakan metode decision tree, dan Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM) sebagai alur proses penelitian. Hasil penelitian yang telah didapatkan pada tahap awal model dilatih dapat menghasilkan akurasi 90.85% pada pemodelan RapidMiner, sedangkan pada python akurasi yang dihasilkan 92.83%, akan tetapi pada saat proses tuning parameter dilakukan akurasi paling tertinggi yang dihasilkan mencapai 95.68% pada RapidMiner sedangkan pada pemodelan menggunakan python menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 95.09%, dan berdasarkan proses deployment, fungsi prediksi model dapat dengan baik diakses melalui Application Programming Interface (API).Kata Kunci: Data Mining, Decision Tree C4.5, Klasifikasi

Abstract

ABSTRACTUD Mitraco Utama is one of the companies in the chemical industry or chemical industry such as perfume,hand sanitizer and others, and the company currently has around 40 employees where employees perform attendance using manual attendance machines and the administration section every month must recap Reset all employee attendance data manually and then calculate employee salaries with Microsoft Excel using a system like this, in a way that is prone to data calculation errors which can also affect the employee salary, where the calculation of the salary becomes longer which can cause delays in processing and receiving employee salaries. And there are also other problems, namely the lack of speed and accuracy in finding employee salary data for a certain period or annual period. Therefore improvements were made by creating an attendance and payroll information system to make it easier to record attendance data, calculate employee salaries through attendance data obtained every working day, and make it easier to find these data. Attendance and payroll information system testing is carried out using the black box testing method to find out that the system has produced the expected output.Keywords: information system, attendance salary, webABSTRAKUD Mitraco Utama merupakan salah satu perusahaan di bidang chemical industry atau industri bahan kimia seperti parfum, hand sanitizer dan lain-lain, dan perusahaan saat ini sudah memiliki sekitar 40 pegawai dimana pegawai melakukan absensi dengan menggunakan mesin absensi manual dan bagian admnisitrasi setiap bulannya harus merekap ulang semua data absensi pegawai secara manual lalu kemudian melakukan perhitungan gaji pegawai dengan Microsoft Excel dengan menggunakan sistem seperti ini, dengan cara seperti rentan akan terjadinya kesalahan perhitungan data yang juga dapat berpengaruh pada gaji karyawan tersebut, dimana perhitungan gaji menjadi lebih lama yang bisa meyebabkan keterlambatan dalam memproses dan penerimaan gaji pegawai. Dan terdapat juga permasalahan lainnya yaitu kurangnya kecepatan dan ketepatan dalam mencari data gaji pegawai dalam periode tertentu atau periode tahunan. Dari permasalahan tersebut memunculkan gagasan untuk membuat sistem informasi absensi dan penggajian agar mempermudah dalam melakukan proses pencatatan data absensi, perhitungan gaji pegawai melalui data absensi yang didapat setiap hari kerja, dan akan mempermudah dalam hal mencari data-data tersebut. Pengujian sistem informasi absensi dan penggajian dilakukan dengan metode black box testing untuk mengetahui sistem telah menghasilkan output yang diharapkan.Kata Kunci: Sistem informasi, absensi penggajian, web

Abstract

Sebagai salah satu SMP negeri di Kabupaten Bangli, SMPN 2 Bangli ingin menyiapkan tenaga pendidiknya agar siap untuk pembelajaran secara daring akibat pandemi saat ini. Tenaga pendidik di SMPN 2 Bangli tidak semuanya mampu menggunakan dan mengoperasikan Google Form karena faktor usia dan karena belum terbiasa. Selain itu Google Form merupakan salah satu aplikasi yang disarankan oleh dinas terkait untuk digunakan dalam proses belajar mengajar pada pembelajaran daring saat ini. Dengan Google Form diharapkan setiap guru dapat memberikan tugas, kuisioner, ulangan harian atau pun ujian secara daring. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat STIKI Peduli ini, SMPN 2 Bangli bekerja sama dengan STMIK STIKOM INDONESIA (STIKI) untuk melakukan pelatihan pemanfaatan Google Form untuk para tenaga pendidik. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah pemberian pelatihan dengan menggunakan metode Presentasi, metode Praktek Langsung, Tanya Jawab (Diskusi), dan pemberian Pretest dan Posttest kepada peserta pelatihan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan dilakukan. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan di sekolah dengan penerapan protokol kesehatan yang ketat. Kegiatan ini dilakukan selama 2 hari agar jumlah peserta dalam ruangan tidak terlalu banyak. Harapannya semua tenaga pendidik di SMPN 2 Bangli dapat ikut berpartisipasi dan mendapatkan pemahaman tentang Google Form.

Abstract

Kemampuan literasi yang dimiliki seseorang perlu dikembangkan sejak dini. Siswa sekolah dasar merupakan fase dalam menanamkan pondasi dasar yang nantinya akan dijadikan sebagai kebiasaan ketika dewasa nanti. Salah satu pondasi dasar yang perlu ditanamkan pada siswa sekolah dasar adalah kemapuan literasi. Banyaknya informasi yang beredar saat ini dan akan lebih banyak dimasa depan, membutuhkan kempuan literasi yang baik. Pada kegiatan ini dilakukan implementasi teknologi QR-Code untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi siswa sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Badung. Kegiatan pelatihan diikuti oleh siswa sekolah dasar. Materi yang diperkenalkan pada kegiatan ini adalah pengenalan hewan yang ada disekitar siswa untuk mata pelajaran IPAS. Siswa melakukan pemindaian pada Papan QR-Code, yang selanjutnya diarahkan ke website pengenalan hewan baik dalam bentuk teks, gambar, dan video untuk memenuhi gaya belajar siswa. Hal implementasi menunjukkan bahwa siswa mampu menggunakan Papan QR-Code secara mandiri baik melakukan pemindaian, akses website, dan membaca informasi baik berupa teks, gambar, maupun video.

Abstract

The ring mold storage rack created is equipped with a ring mold search system as an alternative for the automatic ring mold search process. This system is built with several supporting components such as ESP32 microcontroller, Servo Motor, L9110 Motor Driver, DC Gearbox Motor, 16x2 LED. The result of this service activity is the creation of an automatic ring mold storage rack which is able to simplify and reduce the time of the ring mold searching process at CV. Ayuna Silver. The final results obtained from several testing processes carried out contained 3 invalid results from 10 system tests, this shows that the system has a system success percentage of up to 70%. The time needed to search for rubber molds before the automatic ring mold storage rack was around 20 minutes, after the automatic ring mold storage rack was installed using a mobile system, it was only take 0.20 minutes or 12 seconds.

Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) menjadi salah satu pilihan perusahaan untuk membantu memasarkan atau memperkenalkan produk mereka. CV. Wiradi Jaya Konstruksi adalah salah satu perusahaan pengembang rumah yang memiliki pelanggan dengan kebutuhan berbeda-beda. CV. Wiradi Jaya Kontruksi belum secara maksimal menggunakan teknologi sebagai media yang membantu saat melayani pelanggan mereka. Kendala yang dihadapi saat ini adalah pelanggan kurang maksimal mendapatkan informasi tentang rancangan arsitektur yang dimiliki. AR digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut karena merupakan sebuah teknologi yang menggabungkan objek virtual ke dunia nyata sehingga pengguna dapat merasakan objek virtual seperti nyata. Membangun media AR ini berbasis android tujuannya adalah untuk mempermudah pelanggan untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang produk yang dimiliki. Fitur dalam aplikasi ini AR camera, panduan, rotasi, desain interior, perubahan warna dan exit. Pengujian user experience menggunakan metode kuesioner dengan 8 pertanyaan mendapatkan hasil sebesar 81,25% menyatakan aplikasi termasuk kriteria sangat baik serta pengujian blackbox testing dimana semua fitur berjalan sesuai harapan.

Abstract

In the course of the lecture period, each student is different, various factors can affect the mental and academic achievement of students which have an impact on their graduation period. This things also impact on the campus of the Indonesian Institute of Business and Technology, until now there is no system that can determine the graduation period of students at the campus, therefore it is necessary to build a decision support system to determine the graduation period of students, especially students in the Informatics Engineering Study Program and Program Study of Computer Systems at the Indonesian Institute of Business and Technology (INSTIKI) using the Naïve Bayes algorithm that utilizes parameters, namely student academic data consisting of work status, Semester Achievement Index (IPS) scores semesters one untill four, and Grade Point Average (IPK). The system designed by using the GaussianNB library in python and website based. From the results of this study, the accuracy of the model made on the system produces an accuracy value of 87.5% with a dataset rule of 800 data and the data is divided and used as test data by 20%, while the accuracy value of classifying 250 test data on the system is 80.8%.

Abstract

Computer networks are essential for modern life, enabling efficient global information exchange. However, as technology advances, network security challenges grow. To enhance security, honeypots are used alongside firewalls, mimicking legitimate systems to attract hackers and analyze their attack methods. In this research, Cowrie and Dionaea honeypots are implemented. Cowrie targets brute force attacks on SSH, while Dionaea detects port scanning and denial of service (DoS) attacks. These honeypots effectively capture and log malicious activities, providing insights into attack patterns. The collected data is analyzed using the ELK Stack, which offers real-time visualization of attack trends, frequency, and methods. This analysis helps security teams quickly identify and mitigate threats. The integration of honeypots with the ELK Stack significantly enhances network defense by improving detection, analysis, and response to cyber threats. The analysis of the results shows that both honeypots effectively capture and record malicious activities entering the network, providing critical insights into the attack patterns employed by attackers. Within just minutes of deployment, the honeypots logged over 1,000 attacks, predominantly originating from botnets attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities. The captured log data is processed through the ELK Stack, allowing for real-time visualization of attack patterns, including geographic origins, attack frequency, and methods used. This enables security teams to proactively identify trends, assess risks, and implement targeted mitigation strategies more efficiently.

Abstract

In ensuring the effectiveness, efficiency and user satisfaction of the website, it is necessary to evaluate and evaluate the website.  This study aims to analyze the Usability Testing Website Using the System Usability Scale (SUS) Method.  The method used in this study is the SUS (System Usability Scale).  Data collection techniques in this study were interview techniques, observation techniques or questionnaire techniques.  The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire.  The subjects in this study consisted of 30 respondents.  The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis.  The results of the evaluation in this study, namely the results of the assessment of the respondents, obtained a total value of the SUS score of 2012.50 with the resulting average value of 67.08, this shows that the total SUS score on the STIKI Indonesia website is 67.08, which means the level of user Acceptability Range  is Marginal High, Grade Scale level is category D, user Adjective Rating level is OK category and SUS Score Percentile Rank is grade D. The website still needs to be evaluated and developed further so that its use can be more optimal.

Abstract

Many government programs have been created to overcome poverty in an area. However, the assistance provided is not on target so it has not reached the hands of the people who really need it. This happened because the determination of prospective poor families to receive BLT was not optimal. Seeing this, the author helped the Head of Social Welfare by creating a Decision Support System for Determining Poor Families Using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method. Case Study: Batubulan Village Perbekel Office so that it could provide two categories namely poor and not poor. The SAW method was chosen because it can determine the weight value of each criterion and then continue with the ranking process which will select a number of alternatives, in this case families that are categorized as poor families. With this ranking process, correct assessments and accurate results are obtained both in manual calculations and system calculations.
