Abstract

Abstrak   Air Susu Ibu (ASI) merupakan nutrisi penting bagi bayi, namun ada beberapa ibu mengalami masalah dalam produksi ASI yang mencukupi. Salah satu penyebab yang memengaruhi lancarnya produksi ASI adalah hormon oksitosin, yang memiliki peran penting dalam proses pengeluaran ASI. Tujuan untuk mengkaji sejauh mana pengaruh perlakuan masase oksitosin bagi peningkatan pengeluaran Air Susu Ibu. Pemijatan oksitosin salah satu cara memijat dengan lembut pada daerah punggung serta bahu sehingga bisa merangsang hormon oksitosin terlepas. Metode ini memakai rancangan kuasi-eksperimental serta melakukan mekanisme tes awal-evaluasi akhir control group design. Sample yang digunakanadalah seluruh i u menyusui di TPMB Yeny sebanyak  sebanyak 20 responden, kemudian dibagi menjadi dua kelompok: kelompok perlakuan (n=10) yang mendapatkan pijat oksitosin dan kelompok mendapatkan pijat oksitosin (n=10). Pengeluaran Air Susu Ibu  diukur sebelumnya dan setelah melakikan masase oksitosin. Analisa data menggunakan  uji t- test berapasangan untuk melihat apakah ada ada perbedaan sebelm dan sesudah mendaptkan perlakuan. Hasil diperoleh (p=0,000) dengan kesimpulan pijat ositosin dengan peningkatan produksi ASI.Asi mengalami peningkatan dari 68,5 mll naik menjadi 125,3 ml pada ibu menyusui yang dilakukan pijat oksitosin sedangkan ibu yang tidak dilakukan pijat oksitosin hanya mengalami sedikit kemajuan dari produksi ASI 70,4 ml naik menjadi 78,2 ml. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa pijat oksitosin efektif dalam meningkatkan produksi ASI. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pijat oksitosin sebagai salah satu terapi non-farmakologis yang dapat diterapkan secara rutin di fasilitas kesehatan untuk mendukung keberhasilan program menyusui eksklusif.   Kata kunci: Pijat oksitosin, produksi ASI, Ibu Menyusui

Abstract

Background: The percentage of exclusive breastfeeding decreases with increasing age groups of infants. The desire for exclusive breastfeeding is not supported by maximum milk production and the main reason is time constraints due to work so that it is not possible to provide breast milk directly or by way of pumping breast milk. The more nutrients that enter the mother, the more the hormone prolactin, and the more milk production. Moringa contains phytosterol compounds that work to increase and facilitate the production of breast milk (lactagogum effect).Purpose: This research was conducted to analyze the effect of Moringa Moringa to increase prolactin as a supporter of the 1000 HPK movement with the UNICEF concept framework approach.Methods: The research design uses pre-experiment research design with one group pre-post tests design. Data were collected using purposive sampling with a total sample of 10 respondents. Data were analyzed using non-parametric data analysis techniques with the Mann Whitney test with ? = 0.05, to see the effect of Nastar Moringa increasing Prolactin as a Supporter of the 1000 HPK Movement With Increased Unicef Conceptual Framework.Result: The results of the study with the Mann Whitney test showed that the influence of Moringa nastar to increase prolactin levels was pvalue = 0.047. Before given Moringa nastar, the mean was 37.06 and after given Moringa nastar increased to 56.51.Conclusions: it is concluded that there is an influence of Nastar Moringa to increase prolactin as a supporter of the 1000 HPK movement. Based on the results of this study it is recommended that mothers consume Moringa nastar to increase levels of Prolactin

Abstract

This study aims to develop an ethnomathematics-based teaching module for the topic of composite functions. The research employed the ADDIE design model, limited to four stages: Analysis, Design, Development, and Implementation. Data were collected through questionnaires completed by four certified teachers who served as expert validators, as well as through student response questionnaires used to assess the practicality of the module. The questionnaire data were analyzed quantitatively and interpreted using predetermined assessment criteria to determine the quality of the product. The validation results indicated that the module achieved an average score of 81.25%, demonstrating a high level of validity. Moreover, the practicality test yielded an average score of 89.3% from students, indicating that the module is highly practical for classroom use. Based on expert evaluations and student responses, the ethnomathematics-based teaching module on composite functions meets the criteria of being both valid and practical.
