Abstract

Practicum taken place in schools is still verification, just to prove a concept or principle  that has been previously studied, resulting in not developing science process skills. Therefore, learning strategy is required to improve the students science process skills by inquiry-based lab methods. This study aimed to obtain information science process skills improvement class X after applying the inquiry-based lab hydrocarbon material. The study used a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. Science process skills were measured using written tests and observation. The results show the value of KPS experimental class better than the control class. Measurements obtained by testing the highest increase in the experimental class and control class in predicting indicators, while the lowest increase in the experimental class and control class hypotheses indicator on the indicator hypothesis. Through observation of KPS, obtained the highest increase in the experimental class and control class observing indicators on communication indicator, while the lowest increase in the experimental class on asking questions and the control class on classification indicator. The results of KPS showed the increase of experimental class higher than the control class. Students give positive response to the inquiry-based learning lab at the hydrocarbon material because it gives students the chance to participate actively, and increase student motivation. Based on studies, it concluded that lab-based inquiry can improve the students KPS. Keywords: Inquiry, Science Process Skills, Practicum

Abstract

Keberhasilan penerapan sistem informasi tidak bisa diukur hanya denganefisiensi dalam hal meminimalkan informasi biaya, namun keberhasilan harus diukurdengan budaya organisasi. Budaya organisasi adalah seperangkat nilai yang diakuioleh semua pemangku kepentingan di perusahaan. Pada dasarnya peranan pentingpengoprasian sistem akan menjadi masalah dalam situasi pengendalian internalseperti kelemahan perangkat lunak, kesalahan dan kelalaian memasukkan data yangakan sulit diprediksi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu sistem informasi akuntansimanajemen yang handal. Dengan budaya organisasi bermutu akan menghasilkansistem informasi akuntansi manejemen yang berkualitas sehingga menciptakanpengendalian internal yang optimal.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan pengendalian internalterhadap kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen sudah baik pada DinasPenanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Bandung. Data yangdiperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 38 responden. Budaya organisasiberpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen danpengendalian internal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas sistem informasiakuntansi manajemen.Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Pengendalian Internal, Kualitas Sistem InformasiAkuntansi Manajemen.

Abstract

Insurance companies in Indonesia, especially sharia insurance, are currently increasingly developing with various strategies. One strategy is through an InsurTech approach to sharia insurance waqf products that will be offered to the public. Based on the background above, how to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of InsurTech Sharia Insurance Waqf Products at PT Asuransi Jiwa Bersama Bumi Putera 1912 Branch Cilegon Prov. Banten. This research aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of InsurTech Sharia Insurance Waqf Products at PT Asuransi Jiwa Bersama Bumi Putera 1912 Cilegon Branch, Banten Province. This type of research is field case study research with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observation and documentation methods. The primary data source in this research comes from interviews with stakeholders. Meanwhile, secondary data in this research comes from books, several journals and the company's official website. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it is known that the condition of the Bumi Putera Muda 1912 Cilegon Branch is in an unfavorable position. However, there are several strategies that can be an alternative choice for companies in developing digital technology. Among them are: First, the SO (Strength Opportunity) Strategy, such as creating various contemporary innovations in modern applications in order to attract digital markets and collaboration.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is the application of the principle of justice in sharia accounting which examines the allocation of profits to stakeholders with the object of Islamic banking research. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive type with the type of data in the form of allocation of company profits referring to financial reports and other data that supports research through interviews with the application of justice principles in sharia accounting. These data are collected and analyzed by comparing the application of the provisions regarding the allocation of profits in Islamic banking with the teachings of Islamic accounting in Islam. The research was conducted at one of the Sharia People's Credit Banks located on Madura Island. The results of the study can be concluded that the financial statements at the Islamic People's Credit Bank (BPRS) have shown a proportional allocation of profits to stakeholders, namely profits have been allocated to owners of funds consisting of customers and shareholders as well as to employees by applying Islamic values ​​in sharia accounting. Implementation refers to education on the principles of justice applied by the BPRS, this can be seen from the allocation of profits to stakeholders who have achieved the value of justice in accordance with Islamic teachings in sharia accounting.

Abstract

Media Pembelajaran merupakan salah satu cara yang digunakan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi proses pembelajaran, mempermudah pemahaman materi, serta menarik minat peserta didik. Pada materi IPA sub topik klasifikasi mahkluk hidup pada tumbuhan sangat diperlukan adanya media pembelajaran yang menarik, sehingga siswa lebih memahami dan mengingat materi yang diberikan dan pembelajaran menjadi lebih bermakna. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan adalah menggunakan spesimen awetan dengan bioplastik resin. Adapun kelebihan dari pembuatan Bioplastik adalah hasil yang diperoleh lebih indah, tahan lama, dan dapat digunakan untuk hiasan berupa gantungan kunci. Tujuan dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah memberikan keterampilan sekaligus memberikan pengetahuan mengenai bioplastik kepada peserta didik dalam membuat spesimen awetan tumbuhan. Pelatihan ini dilakukan di salah satu SMPN Kota Bandung dengan diikuti oleh peserta didik sebanyak 25 orang. Kegiatan pelatihan diawali dengan tahapan persiapan, tahapan pelaksanaan dan tahapan evaluasi. Tahapan pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan pembukaan, sambutan, pemberian materi, praktek pembuatan bioplastik, dan penutup. Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan peserta didik mampu membuat bioplastik resin dengan mengawetkan bagian tumbuhan dari lingkungan sekitar sekolah. hasil angket yang diisi oleh peserta didik menunjukkan 64,7% peserta didik mengatakan sangat setuju dan 35,3% setuju akan pelatihan pembuatan bioplastik ini menyenangkan karena sangat mendukung dalam pemahaman untuk pembelajaran IPA.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika pola komunikasi yang diterapkan oleh orang tua tunggal dalam membentuk kemandirian anak usia dini di Desa Pasir Angin. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi kasus, data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi terhadap tiga ibu tunggal yang memiliki anak usia dini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola komunikasi yang terbuka, empatik, dan dialogis mampu membentuk karakter anak yang mandiri, percaya diri, dan bertanggung jawab. Meski dihadapkan pada keterbatasan waktu dan beban emosional, orang tua tunggal tetap konsisten menerapkan komunikasi yang mendukung perkembangan psikososial anak. Temuan ini memperkuat teori komunikasi antarpribadi, pola asuh demokratis, serta perkembangan psikososial anak. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya komunikasi sebagai alat utama dalam membentuk kemandirian sejak usia dini, khususnya dalam keluarga dengan orang tua tunggal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji ragam model pembelajaran dalam konteks pendidikan anak usia dini. Melalui analisis terhadap berbagai model yang telah dikembangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai pendekatan-pendekatan yang efektif dalam proses pembelajaran anak usia dini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan melibatkan tinjauan literatur terhadap berbagai model, serta analisis komprehensif terhadap keunggulan, tantangan, dan implikasi praktis dari masing-masing model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap model memiliki kelebihan uniknya sendiri dalam mempromosikan perkembangan holistik anak usia dini. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi strategi integrasi model pembelajaran sebagai pendekatan yang potensial untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan anak usia dini. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini mencakup rekomendasi bagi praktisi pendidikan untuk mempertimbangkan keberagaman model pembelajaran dalam merancang program pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada perkembangan anak secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi manajemen sarana prasarana di institusi Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD). Manajemen yang efektif terhadap fasilitas dan sarana prasarana sangat penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif yang mendukung perkembangan holistik anak-anak kecil. Penelitian ini menyelidiki berbagai strategi dan praktik yang digunakan oleh unit PAUD untuk mengelola fasilitas mereka secara efisien. Melalui metode penelitian kualitatif, termasuk wawancara dan observasi, studi ini mengidentifikasi tantangan utama dan pendekatan sukses dalam manajemen fasilitas di lingkungan PAUD. Temuan menegaskan pentingnya perencanaan strategis, alokasi sumber daya, dan protokol pemeliharaan dalam meningkatkan kualitas keseluruhan fasilitas pendidikan untuk para pembelajar muda. Wawasan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengetahuan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan praktik manajemen fasilitas yang khusus disesuaikan untuk institusi PAUD.

Abstract

The phenomenon in the field during the COVID-19 pandemic that restricts students from carrying out activities in schools, conducting online learning which has now begun to do limited face-to-face learning while still carrying out social distancing rules so that there are still teenagers who have not been able to solve their problems correctly. This results in the task of adolescent social development needing to be improved. This study aims to identify whether or not there is a relationship between the application of social distancing and the achievement of adolescent development tasks during the COVID-19 pandemic at SMP Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Medan. This research design is descriptive quantitative using Non-Probability Sampling (Purposive Sampling) technique. That is, the sample is selected according to what the researcher wants. The results were that teenagers who implemented social distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic at Kemala Bhayangkari Junior High School were categorized as obedient as 38 teenagers (57.6 %) and 35 teenagers (53%). The conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between the direction of a positive relationship and a reasonably good strength between social distancing and the achievement of adolescent social development tasks. This means that in the COVID-19 pandemic, teenagers who obediently apply social distancing can achieve their social development tasks quite well. This can mean that some teenagers must still achieve their developmental tasks well. It is recommended that teenagers continue to learn to understand the importance of implementing social distancing and achieving the tasks of adolescent social development that must be realized properly and optimally so that they can adapt to their surrounding environment.
