This study aims to determine the application of the Qira'ah method in Arabic Language Learning at senior High School Muhammadiyah of Makassar, knowing the inhibiting factors and the teacher's efforts to improve Arabic learning. This research uses qualitative methods and using survey methods in data collection. To complete the data, in this researchdata collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the application of the qira'ah method in learning Arabic at senior High School Muhammadiyah of Makassar. Students need to be combined with other methods, such as the Gramatika Tarjamah method, the Lingual Audio method or the direct method. Caused by the inhibiting factors such as students who do not know hijaiyah letters, lack of interest in learning Arabic, and the weak ability of students to master mufradat, so the application of the Qira'ah method needs to be combined with other methods. And as for the efforts made by the teacher in improving the learning of Arabic students by providing additional learning, giving special attention and the need for emphasis on students in memorizing vocabulary.Keywords: Application, Qira'ah method, Arabic

AbstractIn every learning process, there is always a concept or planning that has been planned by the teacher, because the concept is a guide to move forward to get results which appropriate with what we expect. In the Arabic Language teaching process, the basic concept is the initial idea / planning that has been prepared to teach the Arabic language in accordance with the activity or teaching process between the educators and the learners. The teacher is the main role in Arabic Language teaching process. But it does not mean that it only depend on active teachers , while the learners are accepted to be passive in this teaching process. Teaching requires the activeness of both parties who are both subjects of teaching. In other words, the concept of teaching plays an important role in guiding educators to carry out their duties as educators in serving the learning needs of their students. Lesson plan is also intended as a first step before the learning process takes place. Dalam pengajaran bahasa Arab konsep dasar adalah gagasan/perencanaan awal yang sudah disiapkan untuk mengajar bahasa arab sesuai dengan aktivitas atau proses pengajaran antara pendidik dan peserta didik. Kunci pokok pengajaran bahasa arab itu ada pada seorang guru. Tetapi ini bukan berarti dalam dalam proses pengajaran hanya guru yang aktif, sedangkan peserta didik pasif. Pengajaran menuntut keaktifan kedua pihak yang sama-sama menjadi subyek pengajaran. Dengan kata lain bahwa konsep pengajaran memainkan peran penting dalam memandu pendidik untuk melaksanakan tugas sebagai pendidik dalam melayani kebutuhan belajar anak didiknya. Perencanaan pengajaran juga dimaksudkan sebagai langkah awal sebelum proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Sehingga konsep pengajaran bahasa Arab dapat diartikan sebagai proses penyusunan materi pelajaran, penggunaan media pengajaran, penggunaan metode pembelajaran dan penilaian dalam suatu alokasi waktu yang akan dilaksanakan pada masa tertentu untuk mencapai kompetensi penguasaan bahasa Arab yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya.Kata kunci: Konsep, Pengajaran, bahasa Arab

The purpose of this study was to find out the role of the government in empowering porang farmers in Sinjai Regency. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study consisted of 7 (seven) people who were determined by purposive sampling. The results of this study showed 4 (four) indicators of the role of the government of the Department of Horticulture and Plantation in Sinjai Regency, namely: 1) As a facilitator, the presence of the government in empowering porang farmers was very important because it could provide information to farmers about porang plants and the government also facilitating farmers 2) As an innovator, the government provided innovation to farmers about porang cultivation techniques and the government cooperated with banks and CV companies. Celebes 3) As a Modernizer, the Government led farmers towards modern life, namely the ability to master science and technology as well as the ability to process natural wealth 4) As a Pioneer, the Government became a role model for farmers, for example managing materials that used to only pollute the environment and could be processed and utilized by farmer.

This study aimed to explain the role of the government in developing technopark innovations in Bantaeng Regency. The identification process was carried out by documentation, interviews and direct observation through qualitative methods. The theory used by researcher in analyzing the government's role in developing technopark innovation was using the theory proposed by La Pas and Seo (2009) with data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion making. The results of this study showed that the Government's Role in Developing Technopark Innovations in Bantaeng Regency which included 1) Needs and Solutions, 2) Production and Commercialization Development, 3) ICT Learning, 4) Market Creation and Regulation, was not yet optimal due to several related UPTDs. with the technopark not working properly as a result of the lack of human resources and the procurement of tools and materials that were not equivalent to the existing local government budget.

This study aimed to find out the influence of the service quality variable on the restaurant taxpayer satisfaction variable at the Makassar City Regional Revenue Agency. This study used quantitative research methods. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics with a simple linear regression formula. The data was explained in the form of tables, frequencies, images, and narration by using IBM SPSS Version 21. The results of this study at the Makassar City Regional Revenue Agency showed that the influence of service quality on taxpayer satisfaction was not significant. From the results of the analysis, it could be concluded that service quality had a strong influence on taxpayer satisfaction. This seen from the results of the determination test, it was known that the R2 value was 0.065, which meant 6.5%. It indicated that service quality was influenced by employee performance and the rest was influenced by other variables. Values on service quality such as: efficiency, effectiveness, fairness, and responsiveness do not contribute to taxpayer satisfaction.

This study aimed to find out the form of government and community cooperation in the development of Paria Village. The research method used a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Research informants were 10 people by using purposive sampling technique. The data validation technique used source, technique, and time triangulation. Data analysis techniques used data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusions making. The results of the study showed that the form of cooperation between the government and the community of Paria Village used spontaneous cooperation, during the implementation of community service; direct cooperation, the implementation of the seminar. The inhibiting factor was the government and the community were not able to apply traditional forms of cooperation due to the lack of awareness of the importance of traditional cooperation in village development and there were differences of opinion when the implementation of a cooperation was underway. Meanwhile, the supporting factors were the level of community and government participation in village development was very high, due to the level of concern between the community and the government towards the conditions and directions of future village development and the emergence of a sense of mutual support for each other, impartial and fair to all. an activity related to village development.

Public service is a form of service provided by the government to the community. Because in essence the government has the obligation and responsibility to provide good public services and can satisfy all parties. However, there are still people who complain about the services provided by SAMSAT in Tana Toraja Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the service quality of the SAMSAT office in Tana Toraja Regency based on tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy dimensions. This study uses a quantitative method that is descriptive. The data collection method used in this research is using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used descriptive data analysis with the sampling method using the incidental sampling technique, namely anyone who happened to meet the researcher. The number of samples taken in this study were 89 people. The results showed that the service quality of the SAMSAT office in Tana Toraja Regency was based on tangible dimensions (90.7%), reliability (86.2%), responsiveness (87.2%), assurance (88.5%), and empathy (84). , 2%) obtained from the responses of 89 respondents were in the good category with a percentage of 87.5%.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan untuk permasalahan guru dalam penggunaan metode pembelajaran sehingga berpengaruh terhadap hafalan kosakata pada mata pelajaran bahasa Arab di MTsS Taman Pendidikan Islam Makassar dengan permasalahan; 1) Bagaimana penerapan metode make a match dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menghafal kosakata bahasa Arab siswa kelas VII MTsS Taman Pendidikan Islam Makassar?. 2) Bagaimana peningkatan hafalan kosakata bahasa Arab melalui penerapan metode make a match pada siwa kelas VII MTsS Taman Pendidikan Islam Makassar?.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang terdiri dari II siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII MTsS Taman Pendidikan Islam Makassar. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi , wawancara, dokumentasi dan tes.Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan penerapan Metode Make A Match dapat meningkatkan Hafalan Kosakata Bahasa Arab mulai dari hasil Sebelum dilaksanakannya Metode Make A Match yaitu dengan rata-rata 69,3%, setelah melakukan Metode Make A Match pada siklus I dimana hasil belajar siswa rata-rata 74,7% yang masih dalam kategori cukup, sedangkan pada siklus II hasil belajar siswa memiliki rata-rata 90% yang termasuk kategori sangat baik. Dengan demikian membuktikan bahwa Penerapan Metode Make A Match dapat meningkatkat hafalan kosakata bahasa Arab siswa kelas VII MTsS Taman Pendidikan Islam Makassar.Kata Kunci: Metode Make A Match, Hafalan Kosakata Bahasa Arab

This study aims to determine the political participation of people with disabilities in the general election of the mayor of Makassar in 2018 and to determine the factors supporting and inhibiting political participation of people with disabilities in the election of the mayor of Makassar. The type of research is descriptive qualitative, which describes the political participation of people with disabilities in the general election of the mayor of Makassar in 2018 descriptively. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. In this study, there were ten primary informants. Data analysis techniques by analyzing the results of the processed data are interpreted in the form of narration. While the validation of the data using triangulation. The results showed that the participation of people with disabilities in the Makassar mayoral election in 2018 was quite good because their participation was increasing from year to year. The supporting factors of political participation are the community environment and political awareness, and the completeness of the ballot. At the same time, the inhibiting factor is the lack of relevant data regarding the number of people with disabilities who take part in the election.

Sampah merupakan salah satu masalah lingkungan yang menjadi perhatian Pemerintah Kota Makassar. Melalui Kegiatan Bank sampah diharapkan partisipasi aktif dari warga masyarakat yang berimplikasi pada tereduksinya sampah yang sampai ke TPA. Bank sampah merupakan sistem pengelolaan sampah non organik yang dikembangkan oleh Pemerintah Kota Makassar sejak tahun 2015 dengan membentuk UPTD Daur Ulang Sampah atau Bank Sampah Pusat (BSP) Kota Makassar. BSP berperan melakukan pendampingan dan fasilitasi terhadap pembentukan dan pengelolaan Bank Sampah Unit (BSU) yang menjadi mitra kerjanya. Saat ini telah terbentuk sekitar 800 BSU yang tersebar di 14 kecamatan di Kota Makassar, namun yang aktif hanya sekitar 200 BSU. Padahal kalau semua BSU ini aktif, maka jumlah sampah yang bisa direduksi akan semakin besar karena terjadinya peningkatan pemanfaatan sampah dengan adanya pengolahan sampah melalui konsep 3R (reduce, reuse, dan recycle). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kinerja pelayanan BSP Kota Makassar dilihat dari indikator produktivitas, kualitas layanan, responsivitas, responsibilitas, dan akuntabilitas Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara triangulasi, sumber data/informan dalam penelitian ini diambil dari unsur pimpinan/pejabat berkompeten pada UPTD Bank Sampah Pusat Kota Makassar, pengelola Bank Sampah Unit (BSU) yang ada di Kota Makassar serta masyarakat sekitar keberadaan BSU. Analisis data bersifat kualitatif, dengan menggunakan model analisis interaktif yang dikembangkan oleh Miles dan Hubermann. Hasil penelitian tentang kinerja pelayanan bank sampah pusat Kota Makassar, di mana indikator keberhasilan atas kinerja dari pelayanan Bank Sampah Pusat adalah bergantung pada kinerja Bank Sampah Unit, maka penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja UPT Bank sampah pusat masih rendah jika dibandingkan dengan jumlah sampah yang seharusnya tereduksi. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh kurangnya peran serta masyarakat pengelola Bank Sampah unit dan kurang tersosialisasinya eksistensi keberadaan bank sampah unit pada masyarakat. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah Bank Sampah Pusat Kota Makassar perlu fokus pada aspek pendampngan terhadap pengelolaan Bank Sampah Unit dengan menerapkan Model Bank Sampah Unit Berbasis Kawasan. Hal ini sesuai dengan amanah regulasi UU No. 18 tahun 2008 dan Kepmen LH No. 13 Tahun tahun 2012.
