Abstract

This research aims to determine internal and external factors and formulate strategies used in business development and find out what strategies are used in developing palekko duck processing businesses. The data analysis used is qualitative descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. The results of the research show that the analysis of internal factors and external factors is as follows: strengths: long experience in managing a business, large number of available workers, prioritizing the quality of raw materials and products, distinctive taste of palekko duck, providing good service, well-organized business premises neat and attractive, weakness: processing technology still uses simple equipment, the processing process takes quite a long time (30-40 minutes) in one production, sales promotions do not yet have standard operational procedures (SOP); opportunities: improving economic conditions, increasing interest in palekko ducks, increasingly developing patterns and lifestyles; threats: competition from similar businesses, changes in consumer tastes, fluctuations in the price of palekko ducks, the existence of other types of palekko. A supportive strategy to be implemented in the palekko duck business is the SO strategy, which improves product quality by looking at open market opportunities. and application of communication technology by related agencies, Increasing more innovative products by optimizing the use of quality raw materials to face competitor products,

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melatih kemandirian mahasiswa dalam penggunaan manajemen referensi Mandeley yang akan diaplikasikan pada pembuatan karya ilmiah dalam bentuk Skripsi dengan menyesuaikan kaidah etika publikasi ilmiah. Pengabdian ini melibatkan seluruh mahasiswa Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan Institut Agama Islam Yasni Bungo yang akan dihadapkan dengan pembuatan tugas akhir guna menyandang gelar sarjana dengan metode observasi yaitu kegiatan pre test, metode ceramah yaitu penyampaian materi mealui power point, dan  metode praktek yaitu pemberian pelatihan secara langsung, serta evaluasi yaitu kegiatan pos tes. Hasil dari pengabdian yang telah dilakukan yaitu dalam peenggunaan manajemen referensi mandeley bagi mahasiswa dapat dinyatakan bahwa 100% mahasiswa mampu mengoprasikan aplikasi mendeley baik berbasis Mendeley Web dan Mendeley Desktop dalam melakukan sitasi dan membuat daftar pustaka otomatis pada Skripsi. Oleh sebab itu perlu diadakan kembali pembinaan lebih lanjut dan berkesinambungan seperti instansi mewajibkan kepada mahasiswa untuk menggunakan aplikasi mendeley dalam pembuatan sitasi dan daftar pustaka secara otomatis dalam penulisan karya ilmiah, selanjutnya instansi memberi pelatihan terjadwal persemester atau pertahun.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efforts of Akidah Akhlak teachers in fostering religious moderation at MTsN 2 Jambi City. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed descriptively-qualitatively to describe strategies and challenges in fostering religious moderation. The research findings show that efforts to foster religious moderation are carried out inside and outside the classroom. In the classroom, teachers insert moderation values such as tolerance, justice, balance, deliberation, middle ground, and equality, all of which are related to students' daily lives. Outside the classroom, coaching focuses on strengthening national values and local culture through extracurricular activities and national moments. The obstacles faced include students' lack of understanding due to an unsupportive environment and the influence of social media that spreads extreme information. Strategic efforts involve all elements of the madrasah, including the principal, through synergy, role models, and integration of moderation values in activities and curriculum.

Abstract

This study investigates the significant contribution of youth in fostering non-formal Islamic education within Rimbo Bujang District, Tebo Regency, Jambi Province. It specifically focuses on the activities of youth organizations such as IPNU, IPPNU, Karang Taruna, and Pemuda Masjid At-Taqwa Muhammadiyah in expanding educational opportunities beyond formal schooling. Using a qualitative approach, the research delves into the key activities undertaken by these organizations. IPNU and IPPNU, as Islamic student associations, play a pivotal role in cultivating the character of young people, promoting moral values and knowledge acquisition through leadership training programs. Karang Taruna empowers youth to develop their potential and serve their communities by initiating productive economic ventures. Meanwhile, At-Taqwa Mosque Youth, being a mosque-centered group, strategically nurtures religious values among the youth through various religious activities, including weekly religious discussions. The findings of this study underscore the substantial and active roles played by youth at different levels in the development of non-formal Islamic education.
