Abstract

Background : The spread of the COVID-19 pandemic has entered a transitional stage after the COVID-19 pandemic. The phenomenon of increasing active use of social media among the public during the COVID-19 pandemic can be an opportunity for creative economy sector actors. With the COVID-19 pandemic which has caused all activities to be carried out in a limited way only at home, this has changed business activities towards digitalization using social media. The use of social media by creative economy actors (ekraf) is the main focus during the COVID-19 pandemic because it is able to increase the innovation performance of creative economy sector actors with the support of altruistic knowledge donating and knowledge creation. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine more deeply the concept of social media orientation towards innovation performance through altruistic knowledge donating and knowledge creation among creative economy actors in the Grobogan district after the COVID-19 pandemic.. Methods: This research is a quantitative research using the sampling method is using purposive sampling technique. The population in this study were 187 creative economy actors, while the sample in this study was 135 samples. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. Conclusion: From the results of the study it can be concluded that social media orientation has a significant effect on altruistic knowledge donating, social media orientation has a significant effect on knowledge creation, altruistic knowledge donating has a significant effect on innovation performance and knowledge creation has a significant effect on innovation performance. Suggestion: For future agendas,this research can still be developed further for further research agendas by developing a model by adding the absortive capacity variable that can influence social media orientation and altruistic knowledge donating.

Abstract

Background : The rapid development of technology and information such as the current industrial scope is pushing the business environment into a disruptive era. Efforts to improve employee performance can be done through leaders who are able to provide change and provide information, which is called transformational leadership. Apart from leadership style, improving employee performance can be done by paying attention to the work environment and employee motivation so that employee performance runs optimally and satisfies the company. With this research, it is hoped that employee performance will improve in order to achieve company goals. Purpose: To determine the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance at Mitra Swalayan Purwodadi, To determine the influence of the work environment on employee performance at Mitra Swalayan Purwodadi, To determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at Mitra Swalayan Purwodadi Methods: This research uses quantitative. Determining the sample size used the census formula with an overall sampling technique from a population of 95 respondents. Analyzed using analytical techniques Statistical Program For Social Science (SPSS 24.0 version) for windows. Conclusion: Transformational leadership, work environment, and work motivation influence and play an important role in employee performance Suggestion: It is hoped that further research will develop the variables to be studied to provide a broader relationship in the field of management, and use new methods for academic development, for example employee commitment, employee experience and employee involvement, which can help provide insight into how employees view organization, and in particular also their attitudes towards the organization.

Background : Lifestyle changes are driven by technology and influenced by generation Z (millennials) who have the habit of using cosmeticproducts to care for or beautify the skinand support the appearance of both women and men, improving their appearance and self-confidence. The first thing that needs to be considered when shopping online is looking foran official site that can be trusted, so that business people can build trust. This can be achoice according to their desire to behave. The importance of electronic word of mouth,online customer reviews and brand trust can influence purchasing intentions.Purpose:To purpuse the influence of electronic words of mouth, online customer reviews,and brand trust on purchase intentions(Case Study of Purchasing Scarlett in PurwodadiGrobogan District)Methods:This research uses a quantitative approach which aims to test the hypothesisformulated. Determining the number of samples used the Slovin formula with a purposivesampling technique. The sample was 94 respondents. statistical analysis techniquesStatistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) version 25.Conclusion: Electronic word of mouth has no influence on purchase intention, while onlinecustomer reviews and brand trust play a role in purchase intention.Suggestion: Researchers can expand the sample to obtain more accurate and varied data.Researchers are expected to be able to develop research not only in Purwodadi District butmore widely to Grobogan Regency or within the scope of Central Java.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Industri garmen siap pakai memerlukan inovasi tingkat tinggi dari para pelakunya agar dapat terus menarik konsumen untuk membeli berbagai macam produk pakaian yang tersedia dalam berbagai model. Pakaian seolah menjadi buruan wajib saat berbelanja, selain untuk melindungi diri, manusia membutuhkan pakaian untuk eksistensinya di dunia fashion. Meningkatnya jumlah model pakaian menjadi tantangan bagi para pelaku bisnis, bagaimana memastikan keputusan pembelian terus meningkat. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 95 responden dengan menggunakan teknik probabilitas sampling termasuk teknik random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis statistik Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa in store display, impulse buying, dan personal selling memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase decision. Kesimpulan : Sehingga, in store display, impulse buying dan personal selling berperan dalam meningkatkan purchase decision. Kata Kunci : In Store Display, Impulse Buying, Personal Selling, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract Latar Belakang : Perkembangan industri ritel saat ini mengalami kemajuan yang begitu cepat, kemajuan tersebut didukung oleh beberapa faktor yaitu berkembangnya ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, sehingga untuk dapat mempertahankan kemajuan industri ritel agar berjalan dengan kompetitif maka perusahaan perlu mengelola sumber daya manusianya dengan sebaik-baiknya. Metodologi : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 65 responden dengan teknik sampling probabilitas yang termasuk sampling jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis statistik Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 4.0. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work discipline berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee performance, time management skill berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee performance, dan self efficacy berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee performance. Kesimpulan : Dapat disimpulkan bahwa work discipline, time management skill dan self efficacy berperan dalam meningkatkan employee performance. Kata Kunci : Work Discipline, Time Management Skill, Self Efficacy, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Background: Millennial employees, as a productive age group that currently dominates the workforce, exhibit different characteristics and levels of loyalty compared to previous generations. This demographic shift requires organizations to better understand what drives loyalty among millennials to maintain performance and ensure long-term business sustainability. Purpose: Based on the background and problem formulation, this study aims to describe and analyze the influence of transformational leadership, financial extrinsic reward, and perceived organizational support on employee loyalty among millennial employees in Grobogan Regency. Method: This research uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study consists of 83 respondents selected through a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) statistical technique.. Conclusion: The results indicate that transformational leadership, financial extrinsic reward, and perceived organizational support shows a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Suggestion: This study found a gap between the research results and the actual conditions in the field regarding employee loyalty. Therefore, it is suggested that future research be conducted using the same model and topic but with different research objects. In addition, the questionnaire used in this study was still in the form of a closed-ended questionnaire; thus, future research agendas could add open-ended questionnaires to obtain answers with a broader scope. Latar Belakang: Karyawan milenial, sebagai kelompok usia produktif yang saat ini mendominasi angkatan kerja, menunjukkan karakteristik dan tingkat loyalitas yang berbeda dibandingkan generasi sebelumnya. Pergeseran demografis ini menuntut organisasi untuk lebih memahami faktor-faktor yang mendorong loyalitas di kalangan milenial guna menjaga kinerja dan memastikan keberlanjutan bisnis jangka panjang. Tujuan: Berdasarkan latar belakang dan rumusan masalah, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh transformational leadership, financial extrinsic reward, dan perceived organizational support terhadap employee loyalty pada karyawan milenial di Kabupaten Grobogan. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 83 responden yang dipilih melalui metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik statistik Partial Least Squares (PLS). Kesimpulan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformational leadership, financial extrinsic reward, dan perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee loyalty. Saran: Penelitian ini menemukan adanya kesenjangan antara hasil penelitian dengan kondisi nyata di lapangan terkait employee loyalty. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar penelitian selanjutnya dilakukan dengan model dan topik yang sama, tetapi dengan objek penelitian yang berbeda. Selain itu, kuesioner yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini masih berupa kuesioner tertutup sehingga penelitian berikutnya dapat menambahkan kuesioner terbuka untuk memperoleh jawaban dengan cakupan yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Background:. Stunting is a condition of failure to grow and develop in babies (0-11 months) and toddlers (12-59 months) who experience chronic malnutrition, especially in the first 1000 days of life, which can be characterized by height that is not appropriate for their age (Arnita et al., 2020 in Panigoro 2020). Stunting is one of the nutritional problems in children globally, and around 161 million children under five in the world are stunted, of which half of the number of stunted children live in the Asian region (Valeriani et al. 2022). Children who experience stunting can be characterized by the height or length of the child being less than -2 SD based on the Z-Score table (Damanik et al., 2021 in Panigoro 2020).Method: Activities are carried out by providing empowerment to the community to be active in local food processing in the context of stunting prevalenceResults: Providing community empowerment related to local food processing can improve children's nutrition in Ngrandah village and the community has added value to local potential advantagesConclusion: From these efforts, we chose to carry out a stunting management program by using local food with a source of vegetable protein in the form of processed tempeh. We chose this because it was considered more affordable and could be practiced by mothers of toddlers, the preparation was in the form of tempeh nuggets. The choice of this program was because from the data we obtained there were still many children experiencing stunting. The first activity we carried out was to survey several hamlets in Ngrandah Village and collaborate with the Village Midwife in searching for data which was also assisted by Posyandu cadres and local food security was maintained.

Abstract

Background: In the development of the home industry, it has experienced various kinds of problems which have hampered the process of developing micro businesses that have been run by the residents of Ngrandah Village. Meanwhile, Runtuwene (2017) explains that businesses that can survive in the market competitively, improving quality and productivity are priorities for every line of the company. However, people who have a cracker rambak micro business in Ngrandah Village have not fully focused on their business because they are busy and have limitations in managing and understanding how to manage their micro business. Method: Activities are carried out in several stages, namely first, the observation stage looking for problems faced by partners, the design stage looking at community conditions. Second, the implementation stage takes the form of outreach to partners so that the business develops well. Results: The activity provides material about the quality of products that will be managed and marketed by rambak cracker businesses so that their products can attract consumers by paying attention to clean production and safer packaging. The material is also about various kinds of marketplace and social media applications by assisting partners to create application accounts and assisting with techniques for operating these applications. Conclusion: Community service activities in the outreach program for partners who own rambak cracker businesses. Counseling and training were carried out smoothly and participants were enthusiastic about these activities.

Abstract

Background: Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran diri dan pemahaman kepribadian ( self awareness) siswa SMK di Kabupaten Grobogan melalui pelatihan Mengenal Diri dan Kepribadian. Pelatihan dilaksanakan di SM Kabupaten Grobogan dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak ± 60 siswa kelas XII. Metode kegiatan meliputi penyampaian materi, diskusi kelompok, simulasi, refleksi diri, serta evaluasi menggunakan pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pemahaman siswa, ditunjukkan dengan kenaikan skor rata-rata dari 62,5 pada pre-test menjadi 82,3 pada post-test. Selain itu, siswa tampak lebih terbuka dalam menyampaikan pengalaman, mampu mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan kelemahan diri, serta lebih dari 75% peserta berhasil menyusun personal development plan sederhana. Pelaksanaan refleksi di masjid sekolah memberikan suasana kondusif yang mendukung penguatan karakter spiritual dan emosional siswa. Temuan ini memperkuat teori bahwa self-awareness merupakan aspek penting dalam emotional intelligence yang berpengaruh pada pembentukan identitas, regulasi emosi, dan kesiapan menghadapi dunia kerja. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pelatihan ini terbukti efektif dalam membantu siswa mengenali potensi diri dan mempersiapkan pribadi yang lebih matang untuk menghadapi tantangan masa depan.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the concept of soul education in Kimiya as-Sa'adah by Imam Al-Ghazali and its relevance to the phenomenon of burnout and emptiness of life in the modern generation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a type of library research through analysis of primary and secondary texts. The results of the study show that soul education in Kimiya as-Sa'adah focuses on the purification of the soul, the control of passions, and the achievement of true happiness through the integration of knowledge, charity, and spiritual awareness. This concept is not only normative but also has a practical dimension in shaping character and mental health. In the contemporary context, Al-Ghazali's teachings have proven relevant in responding to burnout and emptiness in life, by offering solutions based on spiritual values and inner balance. Thus, Kimiya as-Sa'adah makes an important contribution to the development of soul education that is able to answer existential crises in the modern era.
