Abstract

Blood donation activities play an important role in ensuring the availability of blood for various medical needs, both for surgery, accidents, and dengue fever cases. Through this community service activity, the Community Service Team of the Indonesian Science University in collaboration with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) of Bandung City held a blood donation activity at H&H Cafe, Bandung, on February 8, 2025. The main objective of this activity is to increase public awareness of the importance of blood donation, introduce the application of strategic management in social activities, and increase community participation in blood donation. This activity managed to collect 63 blood bags, exceeding the initial target of 50 bags. The success factors of this activity include effective promotion through social media, efficient resource management, and clear target setting. The principle of strategic management was applied to optimize the planning, implementation, and evaluation of activities, so that they can achieve long-term success. Despite facing obstacles such as limited space and lack of volunteers, solutions such as donor scheduling and additional volunteers managed to overcome these obstacles. This activity not only meets the need for blood in Bandung City, but also increases public awareness of the benefits of regular blood donation. Recommendations for the future are to carry out blood donation activities routinely with a broader strategic management approach to increase efficiency and participation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Live Streaming and Flash Sale on the Impulse Buying behavior of The Originote skincare products on the TikTok platform. Along with the rapid growth of social commerce, interactive marketing strategies and time-based promotions have become crucial factors in triggering spontaneous purchasing decisions. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires from 100 respondents who are TikTok users and consumers of The Originote in the Sukabumi area. The results of the partial test (t-test) show that Live Streaming has a very dominant and significant influence on Impulse Buying. Similarly, Flash Sale is proven to have a significant effect on impulsive purchasing. Simultaneously (F-test), both variables together have a significant effect on the dependent variable. These findings confirm that the synergy between direct visual interaction and the urgency of limited promotion is an effective strategy in driving impulsive shopping behavior on social media.

Abstract

Digital transformation has encouraged organizations to adopt Artificial Intelligence (AI), which has important implications for employees’ working conditions and performance. This study aims to analyze the effects of AI adoption, work pressure, and psychological resilience on job satisfaction and its implications for employee performance in Bekasi, Indonesia. The study uses a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data were collected from 200 employees who are involved in AI-based organizational systems. The results show that AI adoption has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (β = 0.134; t = 1.856) and employee performance mediated through increased task efficiency and more accurate decision-making. In contrast, work pressure has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (β = 0.372; t = 4.614), indicating that excessive job demands can reduce job satisfaction and performance. Psychological resilience emerges as an important factor in maintaining emotional stability and employees’ ability to adapt to stress, which positively affects job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction has a direct effect on employee performance, showing that more satisfied employees tend to perform better. This study concludes that successful AI integration requires a balance between technological innovation and employee well-being, supported by resilient development programs and supportive organizational policies.
