Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the factors that influence the dividend policy and its impact on future earnings growth. Variable used include size, leverage¸ lagged dividend policy, growth, and profitability. This study uses a quantitative approach to the analyze and use two stages least square as a model. This study used a sample of firm in the sector of consumer goods industry that distribute the minimum dividend 2 times on 2010-2014. The results showed that variable size, dividend payment of the previous period, and profitability has a positive and significant impact on dividend policy. While variable growth leverage and significant negative effect on dividend policy. For the second model variables profitability have a significant negative effect on the future earnings growth. While the variable leverage has significant negative effect on the future earnings growth. Other variables such as dividend policy, size, and growth have no significant effect on future earnings growth.

Abstract

The results of observations by the Alma Ata University Thematic KKN team showed that in the hamlets of Krebet, Sendangsari, Panjangan, and Bantul there were no guidance or study assistance facilities for children yet. The Thematic KKN team took the initiative to provide tutoring facilities for children through the learning house program. The objectives of implementing learning assistance through learning houses include raising public awareness about the importance of knowledge, producing quality, creative, innovative, and character human resources, and motivating children to be passionate about learning and achieving. The method used begins with the delivery of material, followed by questions and answers on material that has not been understood, then a discussion of the material that has been studied. The results of learning assistance activities show that these activities can help motivate children in learning, increase understanding, foster learning awareness, and increase children's activeness in discussing and asking questions regarding material that is not yet understood.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa job description yang tepat bagi CV. Dian Jaya di bagian operasional, karena ada beberapa kendala karyawan di bagian operasional perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik wawancara terhadap tiga narasumber yang berbeda yang bertujuan agar mendapatkan jawaban dari tiga orang yang berbeda. Teknik wawancara yang digunakan secara semi terstruktur dengan panduan dan pedoman yang baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yaitu CV. Dian Jaya sebaiknya lebih tegas lagi dalam mengelola karyawan-karyawan terutama pada karyawan baru. Job description yang diberikan CV. Dian Jaya kepada karyawannya pun cukup ringkas dan jelas sehingga apabila karyawan tersebut masih kurang dalam tugas dan kewajibannya, sebaiknya CV. Dian Jaya lebih kooperatif lagi dalam mengelola karyawan-karyawannya.

Abstract

Daerah irigasi Merowi merupakan irigasi terbesar di Kalimantan barat yang terlertak di Desa Semayang, Kecamatan Kembayan, Kabupaten Sanggau. D.I Merowi saat perencanaannya memiliki luas lahan potensial 1.660 Hektare mengalami perubahan fungsi lahan produktif hanya tersisa tersisa 499,88 Hektare. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui luasan lahan yang berfungsi sebagai lahan pertanian dan mengetahui penyebab air dari Bendung Merowi tidak dapat mengaliri jaringan D.I Merowi. Hasil Analisis kondisi saluran menunjukan kondisi Saluran mengalami kerusakan parah dengan indeks kerusakan 48 % dan hasil analisis elevasi dasar saluran menunjukan saluran mengalami kenaikan elevasi pada saluran yang berjarak 1898,2 m dari intake dengan elevasi 43,846 mengalami kenaikan sebesar 2,158 m pada saluran yang berjarak 1981,2 m dari intake dengan elevasi 46,004. Kenaikan elevasi terjadi pada pengukuran saluran terakhir, kenaikan elevasi berpengaruh dengan kondisi elevasi mercu 47,000 dan posisi muka air pada elevasi 46,892 sedangkan elevasi dasar saluran tertinggi terjadi pada saluran yang berjarak 2558,2 m dari intake dengan elevasi 50,798 yang dimana posisi ini berada diatas mercu dengan beda tinggi 3,798 m dan berada diatas elevasi muka air, kondisi ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap aliran air dikarenakan posisi dasar saluran berada diatas elevasi mercu bendung. Hasil analisis pengukuran luas lahan yang berfungsi sebagai lahan pertanian seluas 80,10 Hektare. Kata Kunci: Bendung Merowi, Kondisi Jaringan, Elevasi dasar saluran, Luas lahan fungsional.

Abstract

Abstract Massive developments in technology and social media have encouraged all aspects of life to adapt, including education. Teachers as the main driving force in education play a major role in creating quality education services for students. Unfortunately, the environment around students such as teachers who are still not in detail understand and are aware of the good use of technology and social media. Therefore, this community service was carried out to provide psychoeducation on technology and social media to increase digital awareness among teachers. Psychoeducation was conducted for 14 teachers at Sekolah Indonesia Johor Baru (SIJB) Malaysia. The implementation of psychoeducation by providing material, pre-test and post-test consisting of 23 questions about digital awareness and social media use. Results were analyzed by paired sample t test using Jamovi software. The results showed a significant increase in the understanding of digital awareness with a pre-test and post-test difference value of 8.07 (á = 0.019). This shows that this psychoeducation has an impact on significant changes in the understanding of digital awareness of technology and social media before and after psychoeducation in teachers. Keywords: digital awareness; teacher; psychoeducation; Sekolah Indonesia Johor Bahru Abstrak Perkembangan masif pada teknologi dan media sosial turut mendorong semua aspek kehidupan untuk beradaptasi, termasuk dalam aspek pendidikan. Guru sebagai penggerak utama dalam pendidikan berperan besar dalam menciptakan pelayanan pendidikan yang berkualitas bagi siswa. Sayangnya, lingkungan di sekitar siswa seperti guru yang masih belum secara detail paham dan sadar tentang penggunaan teknologi dan media sosial yang baik. Maka dari itu, pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk memberikan psikoedukasi teknologi dan media sosial guna meningkatkan digital awareness pada guru sekolah. Psikoedukasi dilaksanakan kepada 14 guru di Sekolah Indonesia Johor Baru (SIJB) Malaysia. Pelaksanaan psikoedukasi dengan memberikan materi, serta pre-test dan post-test yang terdiri dari 23 pertanyaan tentang digital awareness dan penggunaan media sosial. Hasil tes dianalisis dengan uji t sampel berpasangan menggunakan bantuan software Jamovi. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan pada pemahaman digital awareness dengan nilai perbedaan pre-test dan post- test sebesar 8,07 (á = 0,019). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa psikoedukasi ini memberikan dampak perubahan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman digital awareness teknologi dan media sosial sebelum dan sesudah psikoedukasi pada guru. Abstract

The constraints of learning management skills and environmental adaptation are often faced by new students, including students who are in the international class program. But sometimes, students are not given psychological assistance to be able to overcome their problems. This research aims to produce a training model to improve Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) for international class students to be able to adapt and survive in undergoing high academic demands. Using the 4-D development (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate), the SRL improvement training model for international class students of the Faculty of Education, Surabaya State University has been validated by 2 experts and 3 lecturers as potential users and tested its effectiveness through a quasi-experiment with 40 students. The results found that the SRL improvement training model for international class students has met the aspects of acceptability and is empirically proven to improve SRL skills. This finding can be followed up by disseminating to all faculties that have international class programs at Surabaya State University and adapting it to the campus's Learning Management System (LMS) to make it more accessible. Abstract

The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SD LabSchool UNESA since the 2022/2023 academic year has presented new challenges in classroom management and instructional practices. As a reference school for curriculum implementation and teacher development, SD LabSchool UNESA continues to prioritize the enhancement of teacher capacity to create learning environments that are student-centered, adaptive, and conducive. In response to these needs, a classroom management training program was conducted by the Community Service Team (PKM) from the Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA). This training aimed to strengthen teachers’ understanding and practical skills in managing classrooms effectively in alignment with the demands of the Merdeka Curriculum. The program consisted of three main phases: material presentation, collaborative group work on designing classroom management strategies, and presentation with facilitator feedback. The training content included student behavior management, classroom layout organization, differentiated instruction approaches, and communication techniques that foster a positive teacher-student relationship. The results indicated a significant improvement in teachers’ ability to design and implement contextually appropriate classroom management strategies. This activity serves as a concrete support effort to reinforce the quality of curriculum implementation at the primary school level.
