Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of customer satisfaction and loyality by examining variable that effect the identification of customer satisfaction and loyality with Koperasi Artha Prima Jatisari Semarang. After a review of lerated literature, in this study determined significant variables that allegedly effect customer satisfaction and loyality, which is variables quality of service that includes dimentions of physical evidance, reliability,security, responsiviness and empathy and variable customer value can be seen as a basis of the development strategy of customer satisfaction leads to loyality. Respondents were selected using purposive sampling technique. With a total sample of 100 customer Koperasi Artha Prima cabang Jatisari Semarang. The data were analyzed using factor analysis to tes validity of the item in question, and the formula Cronbach’sAlpha to test the reability of the instrumen. The data analysis technique used in this study was SPSS 19. Which is used to test the 5 (five) hypotheses that have been developed. The test result showed that the (1) quality of service to customer satisfaction showed a positive and significant, (2) customer value to customer satisfaction showed a positive and significant, (3) customer satisfaction to customer loyality showed a positive and significant,(4) quality of service to customer loyality showed a positive and significant, (5) customer value to customer loyality showed a positive and significant.Keyword : Service Quality, Costumer Value, Costumer Saticfaction and Costumer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, service quality, location and price perceptions of customer satisfaction (Study on customer Waroeng Steak and Shake Branch Ngaliyan Semarang). The population in this study is all customers who have bought more than one product Waroeng Steak and Shake Branch Ngaliyan Semarang. Sampling using purposive sampling technique and the number of samples processed into research data as much as 100 respondents. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression model. Based on the results of research that has been done shows the product quality, locations and price perception have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction . Abstract

Along with the growth of the culinery business in Temanggung, causing the increasingly high level of competition faced by Cangkir House of Coffee and Tea. This research tests there independent variables they are product quality, service quality and perceived price that can affect variable dependent it is consumer satisfaction. Population of this research are consumers of Cangkir House Of Coffee and Tea. Samples were taken of 100 respondents by using non-probability sampling technique with the purposive sampling approach. Data was collected by using a survey method through quetionnaires which were filled out by consumers. Then the data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that the variables product quality, service quality and price perception had a positive influence on customer satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of each variable of Brand Image, Price Perception, And Product Quality To Customer Satisfaction And Its Impact On Android Smartphone User Loyalty In Semarang. The population in this study is the consumers of all citizens in Semarang. The sample is determined by using purposive sampling with criteria: aged over 17 years and have used Samsung brand android smartphone. Data analysis method used is through multiple linear regression analysis, instrument test, model test and hypothesis test. The test instrument is tested with validity test and reliability test. Test model used is Test F (Goodness of Fit) and test Adj R2 (coefficient of determination). Furthermore, the hypothesis test in this study using regression analysis with t test with standard beta coefficient and significance level <0.05.Based on the results of hypothesis test concluded: 1. Brand Image have positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. 2. Price Perceptions has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. 3. Product Quality has positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. 4. Customer Satisfaction has positive and significant impact on purchasing decision. 5. Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on Samsung android smartphone user loyalty. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of price perceptin, prouct quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at warunk upnormal Semarang. The research location was at warunk upnormal Semarang, with a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis tool used is multiple regression, as for testing the hypothesis using the t test. Data collection through questionnaires wisth measurement using a scala likert 5 (five) alternative answers. On probability sampling technique with purposive sampling data collection method. The purposive sampling criteria is respondents who have visited and bought in Semarang Upnormal Warunk at least 2 (two) times and have income. The result of the study show that: Price perception has a postive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, product quality has a postive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The main goal of every company is to maximize the firm value. The firm value is a reflection of the good or bad performance of the company.Good firm value can be achieved maximally when a company can implement a good corporate governance system. Good corporate governance system mechanisms include managerial ownership, institutional ownership, independent board of commissioners and audit committee. This study aims to examines and analyze the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, independent board commissioners and audit committees to the firm value. The population of this research are financial services companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2013-2015. The study uses secondary data such as financial report period 2013 until 2015, Indonesian Capital Market Directory period 2014 and 2015, also IDX Monthly Statistic period 2016 and obtained as many 20 companies. The technique of data analysis is used multiple regression analysis. The results of this study shows that managerial ownership and audit committees have a negative effect on firm value, independent board of commissioners have a positive effect on firm value, while institusional ownership does not affect with the direction of negative relationship on firm value. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Human Resource Competence, Technology utilization and Internal Control to the timeliness of reporting of local financial statements. In this study researchers used a quantitative approach, using primary data through questionnaires. Respondents in this research are employees in the finance section of SKPD Kabupaten Grobogan (103 Responden). Variables in this research are human resource competence, technology utilization, and internal control as independent variable, and accuracy of reporting time of local financial report as dependent variable Data analysis used statistic method of multiple regression analysis. The result of hypothesis testing shows that the competence of human resources has no effect on the accuracy of reporting time of local financial report but the utilization of technology and internal control significant to the accuracy of reporting time of local financial report at SKPD Kabupaten Grobogan. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of strategic orientation, sales manager control, and salesperson reliability on sales effectiveness through salesperson performance. This research was conducted at PT. TELKOM Witel Semarang which is one of state-owned companies.The sampling method used sampling saturated or census and the sample size as much as 90 respondents. The relationship or influence between variables is explained by using multiple regression analysis.The result of the research shows that strategic orientation has significant positive effect to salesperson performance. Sales manager control has a significant negative effect on salesperson performance. Abstract

The research had an intention to examine the influences of  celebrity endorser, brand image, price perception of purchasing decision.  The population of this research is the customer of white curry noodle product with the total sample of 100 correspondents that has been taken by purposive sampling technique.The research study of this final project proposes three hypothesis that been tested using linier regression with data processing program spss. Based on that statistical experimentation, I got a result that :celebrity endorser have positive and significant impact on purchasing decision, brand image have positive and significant impact on purchasing decision, price perception have positive and significant impact on purchasing decision .
