Abstract

Inventory management (stock) is an important factor for business operational continuity. The Suti Water bottled water business unit, managed by the Indonesian Islamic Boarding School Cooperation Agency (BKsPPI), was facing serious constraints where the manual recording system often resulted in delays and data inaccuracies, which had a significant impact on operational efficiency. This study aimed to overcome these challenges by designing and developing an inventory application prototype with a focus on optimizing the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX). The User-Centered Design (UCD) methodology was adopted to ensure that the application design was centered on the real needs of the Suti Water Main Distributor warehouse staff. Following development, the application's usability was evaluated using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The testing results showed a SUS score of 93.0, which placed the application in the 'Acceptable' category with an "Excellent" rating. These findings demonstrate that the developed prototype is an effective and highly accepted solution by the users. Furthermore, the application proved to reduce transaction recording time and significantly minimize data errors..

Abstract

Information technology supports the company's operational activities in recording incoming goods, outgoing goods, and existing inventory. PT. Mitraniaga Distribusindo is a company engaged in food distribution, which includes supporting aspects for smooth operations, such as stock availability of office stationery. The Tsukamoto fuzzy method aims to calculate the estimated stock of office stationery needed to provide recommendations for deciding the estimated stock. The estimated target variable is more numerical, with models built using complete records providing the variable value of the target as a predictive value. Testing the accuracy of the calculation results of the office stationery stock estimation system was conducted using the Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) to get a value of 5.9 to make the decisions more precise. In application development, using the waterfall model, which provides a sequential or sequential software life flow approach starting from design analysis, coding, and up to application testing using black box testing that is produced, each test form produces an appropriate status, according to the expected results.

Abstract

In the digital age, information technology is crucial to human existence. The combination of digital and long distance communication methods can make it easier for people to interact through information technology without having to physically present in a location that is frequently inhospitable. PT. Bino Mitra Sejati is the sole subsidiary of the holding company, PT. Perma Plasindo, Tbk, which operates as a trading company and a stationery or ticket printing business. The information held by PT. Bino Mitra Sejati is still not entirely accurate, and there are insufficient stakeholder requests to assist in implementing a more thoroughly integrated system. In this regard, asset management is necessary to increase operational efficiency and risk that occurs.

Abstract

Sensus Pajak Daerah merupakan sebuah kegiatan mengenai kewajiban perpajakan yang diadakan dalam rangka memperluas basis pajak. Di daerah Jakarta, Bapenda DKI Jakarta menyelenggarakan Sensus Pajak Daerah guna mengetahui kondisi objek pajak di Jakarta. Dalam pelaksanaannya, Bapenda DKI Jakarta menugaskan surveyor untuk melakukan survey dan pendataan ke berbagai daerah di Jakarta dengan tujuan untuk mengumpulkan dan memutakhiran data objek pajak mengenai kewajiban perpajakan. Perlu adanya rancangan UI/UX pada aplikasi Sensus Pajak Daerah DKI Jakarta berbasis mobile yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan survey serta dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam melakukan pendataan objek pajak. Metode User Centered Design merupakan sebuah pendekatan guna menemukan solusi baru dari permasalahan yang berpusat pada pengguna. Hasil penelitian ini rancangan prototype dengan tampilan visual yang sudah disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan surveyor Sensus Pajak Daerah menggunakan metode UCD. Sehingga metode UCD berhasil memberikan solusi dalam merancang sebuah UI UX sesuai dengan permasalahan yang dialami oleh surveyor dalam melakukan tugasnya pada kegiatan Sensus Pajak Daerah DKI Jakarta, dengan mempertimbangkan aspek kebutuhan sampai ke tahap usability testing.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi, terutama internet telah mempengaruhi UMKM seperti Dusty Room yang saat ini memiliki proses bisnis manual. Untuk tetap bersaing, Dusty Room perlu mengadopsi penjualan online. Oleh karena itu, perlu dikembangkan sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web untuk mengatasi masalah ini. Dengan sistem ini, Dusty Room dapat mengelola data penjualan dengan lebih baik, memfasilitasi pemesanan online, dan memperluas jangkauan pemasaran. Solusi ini akan membantu mengatasi kendala dalam proses penjualan manual yang menghambat pertumbuhan Dusty Room. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode waterfall yang terstruktur dari analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi sistem, dan pengujian sistem. Sistem ini membantu Dusty Room dalam mengelola penjualan, meningkatkan efisiensi, dan mengurangi risiko kesalahan. Selain itu, sistem ini memudahkan pelanggan dalam berbelanja online dan memungkinkan Dusty Room untuk mencapai pelanggan potensial di berbagai lokasi, mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis dan peningkatan penjualan.

Abstract

A PT. Astra Components Indonesia manufactures injection plastic goods to be sent to customers, in the production process the machines used are capable of producing several types of injection plastic goods, so that products can be provided regularly and there is a process of changing products or better known as the Dandory process. Found an obstacle that is an error in determining the order of dandory for production. Consequently, the condition of goods in the warehouse is irregular. It is detrimental to the company with the time, material and labour that has been expended for production so that an Information System is needed to determine the priority schedule for the replacement of injection plastic goods in this study taking the case at machine number A36. The system development uses the Waterfall method; the system description will be described by the Unified Modeling Language Modeling (UML) method. Data collection is done by observing directly observing production activities in the company as well as interviews with relevant parties, and for solving problems, the system will be assisted by Priority Scheduling method. The results of the research get an information system that will provide recommendations for items that will first be produced appropriately.
