Abstract

Effective population administration management is an important foundation in community development. Rukun Tetangga (RT) has a strategic role in managing data and providing administrative services. In Kereng Bangkirai Village, 23 Neighborhood Units are serving around 6,845 residents. However, administrative governance still shows shortcomings, such as low levels of education and understanding of administration as well as limited facilities and infrastructure. Urbanization triggered by the tourism potential in this area adds to the complexity of managing valid and up-to-date population data, especially in emergencies. Therefore, increasing the capacity of human resources at the level of RT is crucial. This community service program aims to provide training and assistance to the Chairman of the Neighborhood Units in population administration governance. This activity began with socialization about the importance of population data management, where the Population and Civil Registration Office provided material related to administrative services and digitalization. Furthermore, training on the use of Internet media and file storage in Google Drive was conducted, allowing participants to organize administrative files efficiently. The application of this technology is expected to improve partners' ability to manage documents, both physically and online. The results of this activity include a better understanding of population administration governance regulations and organized storage systems. This all contributes to improving community services and transparency in data management. In addition, support for facilities and infrastructure is also needed to improve administrative efficiency. Through collaboration between academics and the community, there will be an increase in public services and mutually beneficial synergy.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to analyze user behavior towards Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) usage, employing the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) methods. Methods: Online surveys were conducted among QRIS users, focusing on factors influencing adoption intention and usage behavior in Indonesian society. Sampling was random, with a sample size determined for a 95% confidence level and 5% margin of error. Data analysis employed Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) for validity and reliability testing, followed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to assess model fit. Result: The research results indicate the validity and reliability of the structural model, with Performance Expectancy significantly impacted by Effort Expectancy. However, Effort Expectancy insignificantly affects Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior, consistent with previous research. But when Effort Expectancy and Performance are used as mediating variables between Perceived Trust and Behavioral Intention, they have a significant impact on this relationship. Social Influence also insignificantly affects Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior. Facilitating Condition, Perceived Trust, Hedonic Motivation, Price Value, and Habit demonstrate significant impacts on Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior, reaffirming prior findings. Some variables also have a big influence on other variables, such as Perceived Trust has major impact to Effort Expectancy, and Habit which has a major impact on Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior as a whole. Additionally, Behavioral Intention significantly affects Use Behavior. Novelty: Effort Expectancy insignificantly affects Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior. However, when Effort Expectancy and Performance are used as mediating variables between Perceived Trust and Behavioral Intention, they have a significant impact on this relationship. Some variables also have a big influence on other variables, such as Perceived Trust has major impact to Effort Expectancy, and Habit which has a major impact on Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior as a whole. This study contributes to understanding QRIS adoption and usage behavior, offering insights for policymakers and practitioners in the digital payment sector.

Abstract

The development of information and computer technology has simplified various aspects of life, including transportation, particularly in the area of bus ticket reservations. The manual ticket reservation system still in use has several drawbacks, such as low efficiency, the risk of running out of tickets, and data entry errors. This study aims to design and develop a web and mobile-based bus ticket reservation information system for PT. Po. Logos. By using the waterfall method, this system is expected to improve operational efficiency and customer service. The system developed utilizes PHP programming language and MySQL database to manage ticket data, schedules, and reservations in real-time. Through user-friendly interface design and secure transaction processes, the system aims to address the issues present in the manual reservation system. This research also contributes to the advancement of technology in the transportation sector and opens up further opportunities for innovation in digital-based transportation services.

Abstract

Penurunan hasil panen padi sering kali disebabkan oleh serangan penyakit pada tanaman padi. Identifikasi dini terhadap penyakit padi menjadi langkah penting untuk mengurangi dampak kerugian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis metode Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) yang dapat mendeteksi penyakit pada tanaman padi dengan memanfaatkan dataset dari Roboflow yang berisi 11.110 gambar. Model yang digunakan adalah Rice Plant Leaf Disease Classification, yang telah dilatih menggunakan dataset tersebut. Aplikasi ini dirancang agar petani dapat dengan mudah mengunggah gambar daun padi untuk mendapatkan diagnosis penyakit secara cepat dan akurat. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa model CNN yang digunakan mampu mencapai akurasi tinggi dalam mengidentifikasi penyakit padi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi praktis bagi petani untuk mengelola dan mencegah penyakit padi, sehingga meningkatkan produktivitas hasil panen.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has significantly transformed the education sector, particularly in digital-based learning processes. This study aims to develop and implement a web-based e-learning system to support blended learning at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Palangka Raya. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the Waterfall model, consisting of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and evaluation stages. The system was tested by 10 teachers and 60 students as primary users. The results indicate that all system functions operated effectively based on Black Box Testing, with an effectiveness rate of 88.7% (categorized as very effective) and an average student learning improvement of 15.4%. The developed e-learning system is considered user-friendly, efficient, and capable of enhancing both teaching management and learning outcomes in secondary education.

Abstract

Decision-making is an essential process, especially for middle school students in selecting extracurricular activities that match their interests and talents. SMPN 1 Kahayan Hilir requires every student to participate in at least one extracurricular activity. However, many students struggle to make the right choice. To address this issue, this study develops a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method, which provides recommendations based on specific criteria. This research was conducted through observation, interviews with school officials, and literature studies. The criteria used in this system include talent, interest, experience, achievement, facilities, and travel distance, with respective weights of 30, 26, 18, 13, 9, and 4. The collected data is processed using the SMART method, where each extracurricular alternative is assigned a score based on normalized criterion weights. The system is developed as a web-based application using PHP and MySQL and is designed with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) to help users better understand the system workflow. The results show that this system can provide objective and efficient extracurricular recommendations. With this system, students can more easily determine extracurricular activities that align with their preferences, while school administrators can utilize it as a tool for managing extracurricular programs.
