Abstract

AbstractThe study was made with the purpose of comparing the six Securities website service quality at the Galeri Investasi Yogyakarta. so give recommendations to web developers in building a website. As for the website is www.danareksa.com, www.valburysecurities.co.id, www.sucorinvest.com, www.phintracosecurities.com, www.firstasiacapital.com, and www.oso-securities.com. The measurement of the quality of service the website best of criteria Ease of use, Content, Accuracy, Timeliness of response, Privacy and determine the best Securities website of each criterion based on user presepsi service website in the Gallery of the investment. To get the best quality websites that use a combination of methods of Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) Technique and method for Order Preference by Similitary to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS).The end result of this research shows from the five criteria, a securities website has the best quality of service is www.valburysecurities.co.id. Abstract

Despite Indonesia's implementation of teacher certification programs to enhance educational quality, gaps persist between certification objectives and actual teacher performance outcomes. This study investigates the influence of organizational factors on certified teacher performance in Indonesian junior high schools. A quantitative survey was conducted among 50 certified teachers from four public junior high schools in Tanah Miring District, Merauke. Data were collected using validated questionnaires measuring principal leadership, school committee role, school climate, and teacher performance on 4-point Likert scales. Statistical analysis employed simple and multiple linear regression following classical assumption testing. All variables demonstrated high mean scores (range: 33.18-67.32). Principal leadership showed the strongest individual effect on teacher performance (β = 0.758, R² = 0.574, p < 0.001), followed by school climate (β = 0.695, R² = 0.483, p < 0.001) and school committee role (β = 0.612, R² = 0.374, p < 0.001). The simultaneous model revealed significant combined effects (F = 34.67, p < 0.001), with all three variables collectively explaining 69.5% of variance in teacher performance (adjusted R² = 0.675). In the multiple regression model, principal leadership remained the most influential predictor (β = 0.412, p < 0.001), followed by school committee role (β = 0.268, p < 0.05) and school climate (β = 0.251, p < 0.05). Principal leadership, school committee role, and school climate significantly influence certified teacher performance both individually and collectively. The findings provide a validated framework for understanding organizational factors affecting certified teacher effectiveness, with practical implications for educational management and policy development in Indonesian schools.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penyuluhan ini adalah untuk mengenalkan budidaya cabai merah ke kelompok tani Subur Tani Desa Payabakal Kecamatan Gelumbang Kabupaten Muara Enim dan penyerahan bibit cabai merah ke kelompok tani. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan yaitu Cabai merah cocok dibudidayakan, baik di dataran rendah maupun dataran tinggi, pada lahan sawah atau tegalan dengan ketinggian (0–1000) m dpl. Tanah yang baik untuk pertanaman cabai adalah yang berstruktur remah atau gembur, subur, kaya akan bahan organik, pH tanah (6-7). Kandungan air tanah juga perlu diperhatikan.Hal tersebut berhubungan dengan tempat tumbuh tanaman cabai (sawah atau tegalan). Tanaman cabai yang dibudidayakan disawah sebaiknya ditanam pada akhir musim hujan, sedangkan di tegalan ditanam padamusim hujan. Dengan pemilihan musim tanam yang tepat, diharapkan pada saat pertumbuhan tanaman, kandungan air sawah tidak berlebihan dan ditanah tegalan masih cukup air untuk pertumbuhan cabai.

Abstract

Banyaknya perburuan liar terhadap satwa-satwa langka membuat populasi satwa langka tersebut berkurang. Salah satunya adalah orang utan Kalimantan Tengah. Maka dibuatlah permainan (game) Android “Save Orang Utan” yang melibatkan satwa langka orang utan Kalimantan Tengah sebagai pusat dari game yang dibuat, agar para pemain bisa belajar memahami betapa pentingnya melindungi satwa langka agar dikemudian hari tidak terjadi kepunahan pada satwa langka seperti orang utan. Game ini merupakan game 2D (dua dimensi) dan dibuat menggunakan software Unity 3D dengan bahasa pemrograman C# (C sharp). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan multimedia yang terdiri dari 6 tahap yaitu concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing dan distribution. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penyusunan penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan model karakter beserta suara, penambahan script pada model karakter orang pertama/pemain untuk mengontrol karakter agar dapat berjalan sesuai yang diharapkan, dan pengisian suara. Dari hasil pengujian dengan black box testing menghasilkan game berjalan dengan benar dan tidak terdapat kesalahan.

Abstract

Pelaksanan pendidikan di sekolah menengah atas tidak terlepas dari terjadinya pelanggaran-pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh siswa. Pencataan pelanggaran siswa yang dilakukan secara manual selain tidak praktis juga sulit untuk ditelusuri rekam jejaknya. Agar pencataan pelanggaran siswa tersebut dapat  dilaksanakan lebih mudah dan menelusuran rekam jejak pelanggaran lebih efisien perlu dikembangkan sistem pencataan pelanggaran siswa berbasis web, sehingga dapat membantu sekolah dalam melakukan tindakan selanjutnya. Di dalam makalah ini, sistem pencataan pelanggaran siswa dirancang untuk Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Kuala Pembuang. Penerapan sistem ini di sekolah melibatkan admin, kepala sekolah dan guru. Admin bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola sistem berupa tindakan menambah, mengubah, menghapus data kategori pelanggaran, daftar pelanggaran, kategori kebaikan, daftar kebaikan, data guru, data kelas, data siswa dan data pengguna. User  Guru BK hanya memiliki kewenangan mengelola data daftar pelanggaran, daftar kebaikan dan daftar siswa, sedangkan  Kepala Sekolah hanya dapat mengakses dan mencetak data.

Abstract

The development of information and computer technology has simplified various aspects of life, including transportation, particularly in the area of bus ticket reservations. The manual ticket reservation system still in use has several drawbacks, such as low efficiency, the risk of running out of tickets, and data entry errors. This study aims to design and develop a web and mobile-based bus ticket reservation information system for PT. Po. Logos. By using the waterfall method, this system is expected to improve operational efficiency and customer service. The system developed utilizes PHP programming language and MySQL database to manage ticket data, schedules, and reservations in real-time. Through user-friendly interface design and secure transaction processes, the system aims to address the issues present in the manual reservation system. This research also contributes to the advancement of technology in the transportation sector and opens up further opportunities for innovation in digital-based transportation services.

Abstract

USB Flash Drive is one of the most widely used storage media today, with its small shape, large capacity, and easy to carry anywhere, making USB Flash Drive the most widely used media in data exchange, along with its development, a security system is needed that can protect data stored on USB Flash Drive. The problem of this study is how to create a data security application on USB Flash Drive media? This system aims to provide data protection stored in USB Flash Drive using encryption methods, the system is created using the Delphi XE2 programming language, utilizing two Rijndael cryptographic algorithms and SHA-1 hash. The methods used in writing include data collection methods (Literature Study) and analysis methods, namely system analysis (system weaknesses, system requirements, and system feasibility). This study has succeeded in implementing a data security system for USB Flash Drive media, and testing has been carried out on the results of the implementation. Based on the results of the respondents that have been collected, it produces good response values, thus the system can provide data protection on USB Flash Drive media.

Abstract

Advances in technology and computer surveillance systems at this time have made a significant positive contribution in all fields to support and improve the performance of an order. One of the technological advances in the field of computers is the existence of a system of supervision and control of computer use in a network-based laboratory. At the Isen Mulang Palangkaraya Vocational School, there is still no computer system for monitoring and control of computer use, so students cannot supervise and control computer use during practical activities. Therefore to oversee the use of all computers in the SMK Isen Mulang Palangkaraya laboratory, it is necessary to apply an application system that functions to supervise and control the use of existing computers so that their use is only for practicum subjects not other needs.

Abstract

Decision-making is an essential process, especially for middle school students in selecting extracurricular activities that match their interests and talents. SMPN 1 Kahayan Hilir requires every student to participate in at least one extracurricular activity. However, many students struggle to make the right choice. To address this issue, this study develops a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method, which provides recommendations based on specific criteria. This research was conducted through observation, interviews with school officials, and literature studies. The criteria used in this system include talent, interest, experience, achievement, facilities, and travel distance, with respective weights of 30, 26, 18, 13, 9, and 4. The collected data is processed using the SMART method, where each extracurricular alternative is assigned a score based on normalized criterion weights. The system is developed as a web-based application using PHP and MySQL and is designed with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) to help users better understand the system workflow. The results show that this system can provide objective and efficient extracurricular recommendations. With this system, students can more easily determine extracurricular activities that align with their preferences, while school administrators can utilize it as a tool for managing extracurricular programs.

Abstract

Permendiknas No. 16/2007 concerning Academic Qualification Standards and Teacher Competence, Pedagogical Competence of 5th / Senior High School teachers says that "High School / Vocational Teachers must utilize information and communication technology for the benefit of learning". Reinforced in Permendiknas No. 41 of 2007 concerning Process Standards, in accordance with Graduates Competency Standards and Content Standards, the learning principle used in point 13 states that "Utilization of information and communication technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of learning". But now when the world is entering the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. or the fourth world industrial revolution where technology has become the basis in human life the use of information and communication technology for learning must begin at the Early Childhood Education level (PAUD) in order to be more interesting and interactive and increase children's interest and curiosity in what is taught . The method of applying science and technology used is mobile technology which is very popular at the moment, namely the Android-based children's learning application as an effort to increase knowledge and understanding as well as increase the learning interest of students in grades 2, 3 and 4 of Bereng Kajang Elementary School I. The purpose of this program is to increase knowledge and understanding and increase learning interest of students in grades 2, 3 and 4 of Bereng Kajang I Elementary School on various things including letters, numbers, colors, vegetables, animals, fruits, jobs and vehicles. Both in Indonesian and English pronunciation through the implementation / dissemination of learning applications for children based on Android.
