Abstract

This Research is a type of quantitative research, namely research that uses data in the form of number analyzed using statistic analysis. This study aims to determine the influence of free shipping, live streaming, and affiliate marketing on purchasing decisions on Shopee e-commerce in Bogor Regency. The variables of Free Shipping, Live Streaming, and Affiliate toward the purchase decision resulted in an F calculated value of 21.724 with an F table value of 2.14. Therefore, 21.724 ≥ 2.14 and the significance value of 0.000 ≤ 0.1. The coefficient of determination shows the extent of the role or contribution of the independent variables, namely Free Shipping, Live Streaming, and Affiliate, in explaining the dependent variable, Purchase Decision, at 38.6%. The remaining 61.4% is explained by other variables that were not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of product quality, price, promotion, and brand image on purchasing decisions for Heaven Lights brand Muslim clothing in Bogor City. The result show that : 1) The product quality variable affects the purchase decision of Heaven Lights Muslim clothing in Bogor City with a tcount value of 3.802 ≥ t table (1.660) and a significance value of 0.000 ≤ 0.1. (2) The price variable has no effect on the purchase decision of Heaven Lights Muslim clothing in Bogor City with a tcount value of 1.067 ≤ t table (1.66) and a significance value of 0.289 ≥ 0.1. (3) The promotion variable has no effect on the purchase decision of Heaven Lights Muslim clothing in Bogor City with a tcount value of 1.558 ≤ t table (1.66) and a significance value of 0.122 ≥ 0.1. (4) The brand image variable affects the purchase decision of Heaven Lights Muslim clothing in Bogor City with a tcount value of 5.095 ≥ t table (1.66) and a significance value of 0.000 ≤ 0.1. (5) The variables of product quality, price, promotion, and brand image jointly influence the purchasing decision of Heaven Lights Muslim clothing in the city of Bogor with an Fhitung value of 94.561 ≥ Ftabel (2.00) and a significance value of 0.000 ≤ 0.1.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of service performance and consumer expectations as well as service indicators that are the company's priorities. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The number of samples is 100 samples with data analysis including service quality analysis, CSI analysis and IPA analysis (Importance Performance Analysis). The research results show that: (1) Based on the results of the gap analysis, it can be seen that almost all indicators have negative values. There is 1 indicator that has a positive value, namely indicator number 7, namely: "Negro Car Repair Mechanics in Palembang, South Sumatra provide accurate information regarding workshop services" with a percentage value of 102.47%, which means that for this indicator consumers feel very satisfied. Meanwhile, other indicators have a negative sign, which means that services related to these other indicators have not 100% met consumer expectations. (2) The results of the CSI analysis show that the CSI value is 70.67%. Based on the CSI analysis assessment criteria, this figure is in the quite satisfied criteria, this shows that consumers or service users at the Negro Palembang South Sumatra workshop feel quite satisfied with the service performance provided by the company, in this case the Palembang Negro South Sumatra workshop. (3) Service performance indicators that are a priority for improvement are indicators that are in quadrant I on the Cartesian diagram of IPA analysis (Importance Performance Analysis).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality, brand image, price, and promotion on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products among customers in Bogor Regency. This research uses quantitative methods and a type of causality research using data in the form of numbers and analyzed using statistical analysis, to determine the influence of variables (X), namely product quality, brand image, price and promotion on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products as variable (Y). The population of this study are consumer who have used at least on purchase of Scarlett Whitening products in Bogor Regency, with sample size of 100 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire, while for data analysis using SPSS version 22 to test, namely the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple analysis T test (Partial Test), and F test (Simultaneous test). The results of this research show that the variables product quality, brand image, price, and promotion simultaneously influence the decision to purchase Scarlett Whitening product. Meanwhile, in the T test, product quality has no influence on the decision to purchase Scarlett Whitenin product. Brand image, price, and promotion influence the decision to purchase Scarlett Whitening product.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of marketing mix variables partially or simultaneously on purchasing decisions for Martabak Pizza Orins Pondok Gede Jakarta Branch. The results showed that: (1) The results of hypothesis testing partially proved that product quality and promotion variables had an effect on purchasing decisions with a calculated t value of product quality variable of 2.938 > t table of 1.984 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Meanwhile, price and location variables have no effect on purchasing decisions with a calculated t value of the price variable of 0.154 <t table 1.984 with a significance value of 0.878 > 0.05 and a calculated t value of the location variable of 1.743 <t table 1.984 with a significance value of 0.085 > 0 ,05. (2) The results of the simultaneous hypothesis test prove that simultaneously the variables of product quality, price, promotion and location influence purchasing decisions with a calculated F value of 35.767 > F table 2.310, with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 (3) Test results for the coefficient of determination an adjusted R² value of 0.601 is obtained, this proves that in this study purchasing decisions are simultaneously influenced by product quality, price, promotion and location variables by 60.1%, while the remaining 39.9%.

Abstract

Reusing AC wastewater is a potentially limited water resource. This research aims to: determine the quality of AC wastewater, estimate the availability of AC wastewater in Bogor Regency government offices, and analyze the economic value of the availability of AC wastewater in Bogor Regency Government Offices. The method used in this research is a technical analysis of water quality tests, quantitative descriptive tabulation calculations to obtain the amount of AC wastewater in each SKPD, and WTP (Willingness To Pay). This research shows that AC wastewater can be used as a water resource because the raw water parameters are good for household purposes such as for toilet use, cleaning services, watering plants, and washing. The estimated AC wastewater produced by 33 SKPDs of the Bogor Regency Government in 1 year is 4,118,400 liters. Water requirements by employees for 1 year are 25,877,601.30 liters. In this case, if AC wastewater can be used, it will cover 15.91% of employee water needs in 1 year. The economic value of AC wastewater is IDR 3.57/liter. If multiplied by the amount of AC wastewater that has not been utilized, the total value of AC wastewater in 1 year is IDR 14,702,688.00. The value of AC wastewater is only 44.6% of the PDAM price per liter. This value is still low because AC waste water is known as waste.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, location, and product quality on purchasing decisions at Warung Makan Pecel Lele Pakde Kumis Alfalah Cibinong. This type of research is quantitative causality. The sample in this study was 100 customers who visited and bought at Warung Makan Pecel Lele Pakde Kumis Alfalah Cibinong. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the F test shows that the price, location, and product quality simultaneously or simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the t-test (partial) that the price variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, the location variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and the product quality variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the adjusted R-square value, it can be seen that the variable price, location, and product quality have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions of 0.339 or 33.9% while the remaining 66.1% is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied by the researcher.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify how the management of PT Saung Pinus Sentosa manages human resources, specifically in job analysis, salary distribution, benefits, recruitment, appraisal and labor unions which are then compared with the theories obtained from references. The method used to investigate and identify this is through interviews with management which were held at the PT Saung Pinus Sentosa office. Based on these interviews, it can be concluded that PT Saung Pinus Sentosa has implemented the theory of Human Resource Management in its company, even though some have not been implemented, but overall this company has been running effectively.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of business location and length of business on the income of traders in Cibinong Market, Bogor Regency. The results of the study proved that: (1) The results of the hypothesis test partially proved that business location affected the income of traders in Cibinong Market, Bogor Regency, this was shown by the value of t calculating the variable business location of 2.625 > t table 1.660 with a significance value of 0.010 < 0.10. (2) The results of the hypothesis test partially prove that the length of business affects the income of traders in Cibinong Market, Bogor Regency, this is shown by the value of t calculate the variable business location of 3.484> t table 1.660 with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.10. (3) The results of the hypothesis test simultaneously prove that the location of the business and the length of business simultaneously affect the income of traders in Cibinong Market, Bogor Regency, This is indicated by the calculated t value of the business location variable of 62.794 > 2.001 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.10. (4) The most dominant variable affecting business income is the length of business variable, this can be seen from the value of the regression coefficient of the brand image variable of 0.546.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of service performance of Indomaret Delivery Cikaret Toko Kode TA5P, Cibinong District, Bogor Regency as well as to determine customer satisfaction with service quality and to find out what factors must be improved in order to become consumer satisfaction for Indomaret Delivery Cikaret Toko Kode TA5P, Cibinong District, Bogor Regency. . The results of the study show that: (1) The level of service quality is very good in meeting consumer satisfaction Indomaret Delivery Cikaret Toko Kode TA5P is at indicator 14, the total value is 429 from the total maximum value of 500 (5 x 100). (2) The level of customer satisfaction is very good in the quality of service provided by Indomaret Delivery Cikaret Toko Kode TA5P in indicator 2, a total value of 443 is obtained from the total maximum value of 500 (5 x 100). (3) Overall the highest level of conformity in indicator 4 obtained a level of conformity of 106.23%. While the smallest level of conformity is on indicator 8, which is 92.63%. (4) The level of service quality that is a top priority and must be maintained is in quadrants I and II, especially quadrant I.
