Abstract

Previous research shows that digital learning media can increase student learning motivation, facilitate interaction between teachers and students, and encourage educational innovation. Student participation in the learning process is a key factor in improving the quality of learning. In the context of PAK, student participation can be measured through their level of involvement in discussions, assignments and other activities related to the lesson material. In this paper, the method applied by the author is a qualitative descriptive method with a focus on literature study. where books and other literature are the main focus of his research. Teachers play an important role in integrating digital media in the development of the PAK curriculum. Digital media technology that can be used in developing the Christian Religious Education (PAK) curriculum includes various types of tools and platforms that can improve the quality of learning. The use of digital media in developing the PAK curriculum has shown a significant increase in student participation. Canva is a graphic design tool that allows users to design creative designs online. This is a graphic design platform that can be used to create various types of graphics for social media, presentations, posters, documents and other visual content. Guru also makes it easy to create teaching materials and create Bible text games or create Bible verse quizzes. Even though there are several weaknesses that must be taken into account, this is not a problem that cannot be resolved by presenting material interactively and responsively. Therefore, the use of information technology or digital media is very influential in improving the quality of student learning.

Abstract

Teaching biblical principles to elementary school children plays a significant role in shaping their faith and character, as childhood represents a formative stage for spiritual, intellectual, and moral development. This study aims to examine developmentally appropriate Bible teaching tactics and emphasize the role of Christian Religious Education teachers in the faith-learning process. The approach used is a literature review that combines theological insights, developmental psychology, and Christian didactics. The findings of this analysis indicate that effective teaching methods include the use of storytelling, visual and creative aids, interactive activities, spiritual music, and the teacher's life example. These methods enhance children’s understanding of biblical teachings in a concrete and contextually relevant manner. This research confirms that Bible teaching should not be seen simply as conveying information, but rather as a holistic process of faith formation. The results of this study provide both theoretical and practical benefits, especially for Christian Religious Education teachers, Christian schools, churches, and families in supporting children's holistic faith development.

Abstract

To address the moral extremism that often occurs among adolescents, strengthening education is crucial today. Christian Religious Education plays a crucial role in instilling an understanding of character, ethics, spiritual values, and noble moral habits. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, with thorough literature exploration and data analysis. The study of Christian Religious Education is expected to be a companion that provides understanding, appreciation, and honest living based on Christian duties and values. This task is drawn from sources such as the Holy Scriptures, the life of Jesus Christ, and the ethical values ​​contained in Christianity. In this context, Christian Religious Education aims to produce a generation that is obedient to God and grows in faith and good moral values. Therefore, Christian Religious Education has a significant, very complex, and interconnected role. Its task is not only to provide spiritual understanding, but also to shape the character and morals of the younger generation so that they can face the challenges of the times with strong and sustainable moral values.

Abstract

Historiografi gerejawi secara struktural didominasi sumber tertulis institusional sehingga pengalaman iman komunitas akar rumput, khususnya gereja-gereja lokal di wilayah misi Indonesia yang minim infrastruktur pengarsipan, nyaris tidak terwakili dalam narasi sejarah gereja. Namun demikian, belum ada kajian yang secara sistematis membahas posisi epistemologis oral history dalam kerangka penelitian eklesiologi dengan mempertimbangkan secara serentak dimensi historis, teologis, dan metodologisnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi kepustakaan dengan instrumen lembar pencatatan data literatur dan matriks perbandingan konseptual, dianalisis melalui model historis-kritis dan analisis konseptual. Tujuannya mengkaji posisi epistemologis oral history dalam historiografi gerejawi serta merumuskan rekomendasi metodologis bagi peneliti eklesiologi di konteks keterbatasan sumber tertulis. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada pembedaan tegas antara oral history dan oral tradition, penelusuran preseden historis sejak era patristik, serta integrasi perspektif dekolonisasi historiografis dalam kerangka penelitian eklesiologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa oral history merupakan sumber primer yang epistemologis sah dan instrumen metodologis yang bersifat konstitutif bagi rekonstruksi sejarah komunitas gereja yang tidak terdokumentasikan, dengan prasyarat kritik sumber yang ketat, triangulasi metodologis sistematis, dan pertimbangan etika penelitian yang cermat.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi di era digital membawa tantangan sekaligus peluang bagi dunia pendidikan, terutama dalam membangun generasi yang tidak hanya cakap secara akademik tetapi juga memiliki karakter yang kuat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas Edutech Kristen dalam membentuk karakter dan meningkatkan kompetensi akademik Generasi Z dan Alpha. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana integrasi nilai-nilai Kristen dalam teknologi pendidikan dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar, membangun kesadaran etika, serta mengembangkan keterampilan generasi Z dan Alpha seperti berpikir kritis, komunikasi, sosial dan kolaborasi atau kerja sama. Hasil penelitian menjadi bukti yang mengkonfirmasi bahwa penerapan Edutech Kristen secara signifikan berkontribusi terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa melalui pembelajaran berbasis nilai, meningkatkan pemahaman akademik, serta memperkuat keterampilan sosial dan kognitif sehingga siswa yang hidup di kedua generasi ini lebih bijak dalam mengunakan perkembangan digital. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan dan penyempurnaan platform Edutech Kristen yang kreatif serta menarik secara berkelanjutan sangat diperlukan agar dapat diterapkan lebih luas dan memberikan manfaat yang optimal bagi dunia pendidikan. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi metode pembelajaran holistik berbasis teknologi iman yang bukan hanya berfokus pada transfer pengetahuan, tetapi juga secara aktif membangun kesadaran spiritual dan kecakapan sosial melalui pengalaman belajar yang imajinatif, adaptif, dan relevan bagi Generasi Z dan Alpha. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan platform Edutech Kristen yang progresif dan berkelanjutan sebagai solusi strategis dalam membangun generasi yang unggul secara akademik, berkarakter kuat, dan bijak dalam menghadapi arus transformasi digital.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Christian Religious Education (CRE) program in enhancing the quality of classroom learning through a qualitative approach. The main focus of this research includes the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the CRE program, as well as its contribution to improving students' understanding of Christian values, character formation, and active participation in the learning process. Data were collected through direct classroom observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and document analysis of learning tools and the curriculum used. The findings indicate that a contextually designed CRE program that aligns with students' needs can create a more reflective and participatory learning environment. Teachers with both pedagogical and spiritual competence play a crucial role in effectively communicating Christian values through teaching methods, exemplary behavior, and daily interactions with students. Furthermore, the integration of learning content with real-life situations encourages students to internalize Christian teachings in their attitudes and behaviors, both in school and in their daily lives. However, the study also identified several challenges, such as limited instructional time, a lack of value-based learning media development, and difficulties in motivating students with weak spiritual backgrounds. Therefore, strengthening teacher capacity, developing more creative teaching methods, and institutional support from schools are essential to optimize the role of CRE in fostering a holistic and transformative learning experience.

Abstract

The story of the "Good Samaritan" inspires many people to do good, help, and make sacrifices for anyone, regardless of ethnicity, religion, race, social class, or nation. The moral message contained therein is beneficial in many dimensions of human life, even though the story was recorded in the Bible. On the other hand, the Republic of Indonesia has a state foundation with values ??that have proven resilient in facing opposition from the past to the present. The combination of Pancasila values as the State Foundation and the story of the "Good Samaritan" will be strengthened by support from Christian Religious Education. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collected from the literature were selected according to the variables and objectives of the study. The elaboration of Pancasila Values, Christian Religious Education, and the Story of the "Good Samaritan" in Luke 10:30-37 shows the strength of the Indonesian State in realizing the spirit and practice of doing good, helping, and sacrificing for anyone, regardless of ethnicity, religion, race, social class, or nation. With the realization of these humanitarian values, harmony between religious communities, equitable social justice, and bonds of brotherhood are no longer just dreams. The equality of social justice values ??for all Indonesian people is a strength in itself in creating a prosperous and godly society in accordance with teachings and daily practices.
