Abstract

Abstrak: Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) merupakan pasar modal yang ada di Indonesia. Peranan Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) sangat penting diantaranya bagi masyarakat sebagai sarana untuk berinvestasi dan bagi perusahaan go public sebagai sarana mendapat tambahan modal dengan menerbitkan saham sebagai tanda kepemelikannya. Daya tarik bagi investor salah satunya terletak pada Return  saham. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengaruh Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Dan Return  On Equity Terhadap Return  Saham Pada Perusahaan Farmasi Yang Terdaftar Di Bei (Periode 2014-2016) baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Dan Return  On Equity berpengaruh terhadap Return  Saham, tetapi secara parsial Current Ratio tidak berpengaruh. Sebaiknya untuk Perusahaan-perusahaan farmasi agar lebih meningkatkan  laba yang diterima, sehingga akan menarik lebih banyak investor ke perusahaan guna meningkatkan Return  saham yang akan di terima oleh perusahaan. Kata Kunci : current ratio, debt to equity, return  on equity, return  saham

Abstract

Abstract: The continuously growth of business world of retail industry can’t be separate by how consumer react towards their private local brand that’s why the purpose of this study is to analyze consumer perception on Retailer Private Local Brand Product at Alfamart and Indomaret mini market in Manado area. using in-depth interview result show that most of respondents already buy private local brand of Alfamart and Indomaret mini market in Manado area but only certain kind of private local brand product (PLB) like mineral water, dry and wet tissue, under wear for man and woman, lighter, snacks and envelop. There are many more PLB products but only those products that dominantly purchased by consumers. By this, retailer like Alfamart and Indomaret mini market company need to maintain the selling of most purchased PLB products and hold the true identity of PLB product itself and able to compete with other famous brand not just by the price but also the quality of the product with lower and affordable price.Keywords: marketing, private local brand, consumer perception, perceived price, perceived quality, perceived risk, perceived value.

Abstract

Abstract: This research titled: The Influence Of Change Management And Organizational Culture To Employee Performance Study At Sam Ratulangi University Rectorate. This study aims to determine the impact of change management and organizational culture on employee performance simultaniously and partially. Total sample are 75 respondents. The research was conducted at Sam Ratulangi University Rectorate office in Manado City North Sulawesi Province. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test. The results showed that, change management has significant and positive impact on employee performance, change management become the highest impact factor to employee performance compare other variable in this research. Organizational culture has significant and positive impact on employee performance, organizational culture become the lowest impact factor to employee performance compare other variable. Suggestion of this research is Sam Ratulangi University in order to improve the employee performance of this organization should focus first of all on the change management also the organizational culture as the proxy of employee performance. Keywords: change management, organizational culture, employee performance

Abstract

Abstract: Wuling Motors is a newcomer in the Indonesian car market. The purpose of this study is to provide insight into the Wuling automobile product and effects of its brand origin. This is done by interviewing 30 consumers to provide their insight and review of the brand origin and the quality of the product itself, from the perspective of owners as well as non-owners. This research is a qualitative research using case study approach. The results show that Chinese brand origin is still a disadvantage in attracting potential buyers, because the stigma and negative stereotypes are still evident. There is still doubt regarding the product’s build quality and serviceability. Consumers perceive that Wuling’s strongest points are its features and its luxuriousness. Performance and exterior toughness are also strengths of the Wuling automobile. The weaknesses are in its firm reputation which is still unsettled, and the maintenance and repair service is still found to be lacking, both in scale and quality of service. The company is advised to grow its service capabilities in order to provide more satisfaction for the consumers, create more trust in the product and at the same time improve its reputation.                                                                                                                               Keywords: brand origin and perceived quality

 Abstract: The Electronic commerce or E-commerce is one form of development in the field of technology, it looks promising, e-commerce makes economic actors especially micro small and medium enterprises to compete and start utilize the technology, many micro small and medium enterprises that implement e-commerce systems in running their business, but from the number of transactions e-commerce in Indonesia still shows the number of transactions that are classified as low. apart from e-commerce, social media and mobile devices is also a form of world development, it used to communicate and many others, MSMEs involving social media and mobile devices in running a business, From the data there are two objectives to be achieved is what is the role of social media and mobile devices on e-commerce in MSMEs, and to ensure that the intended objectives can be achieved, qualitative methods used as a research method, as well as conducting in-depth interviews. From the interview found that the results of social media into the media in promoting and also interact with buyers and mobile devices into a tool to carry out payment transactions. Abstract

Abstract: Usually consumer must use transportation like bus, mikrolet, taxi and motor taxi,, but now consumer have freedom to choose a transportation model with more convenience, cheaper, faster, more reliable, and very accessible only with smartphone application.. The online transportation businesses in Manado City that are operating right now are Gojek, Grab, and Uber. As the traffic jam at this city is increasing day by day, it’s helps people so much. It also has an affordable price. This study is to investigate the influence of corporate reputation on the brand loyalty of Gojek. This research use a quantitative method and simple regression analysis with total sample 50 university student. The result shows that the corporate reputation has a significantly influence the brand loyalty at Gojek Manado. The customer choose Gojek as their priority in choosing an online transportation because of several causes which are: Gojek always give the customer a good service and always take a good responsibility to the customers. The management of Gojek Manado should stabilize the system in the working place to create a greater corporate reputation in purpose to get the consumer loyalty and lead the online transportation business. Keywords: brand loyalty, corporate reputation

Abstract

Turnover phenomenon is the last option for employees in company when they find the working conditions are no longer suitable as expected. However, most of the turnover brought an adverse influence on the organization, both in terms of cost and in loss of time and chance to take advantage of opportunities. If the turnover occurs in a company, ompany will lose a number of employees and should replace them with the new ones. Some negative affect such as uninterested to the job, a lack of concern for the organization, or a loss of responsibility can occur. It may cause a decrease in job satisfaction of employees and this condition will certainly lead to job stress. Present study is focused to analyis the effect of among Job Stress, Work Environment and Workload on Employee Turnover Intention. This research used quantitaitve method. The sample of this research is all of the employee in PT. Wika Realty Manado consist of 56 employees. This research used probability sampling and the date filled by the questionaire. The result of this research shows that there is a significant effect of Job Stress, work environment and workload on employee turnover intention. PT. Abstract

Abstract: This research designed to analyze the impact of Instagram in-app advertising to consumer awareness of the new mobile games using the Simple Linear Regression analysis. The variables are Instagram in-app advertising as independent variable and consumer awareness as the dependent variable. The object of this research is the adolescents in Tomohon. The respondents are the young people 17 years old until 19 years old, those people are still in adolescents category. The finding is Y =  0.209 + 0.819 (X). The coefficient of determination is defined by R2 =0.544, or R square is 54.4% which means Consumer Awareness is able to be explained by Instagram in-app advertising and the rest 45.6% are caused by the other factors. Based on the hypothesis testing by F-Test and T-test, the result has proven that there is linear relationship between the variables partially and simultaneously. The F-Test and the T-test also shows that the Instagram in-app Advertising significantly influences the Consumer Awareness. Keywords: Instagram, in-app advertising, Consumer Awareness, Adolescent

Abstract

Abstract: Changes in lifestyle that demand easiness in meeting the needs and wants of every individuals are one of the reason for the development of retail business in Indonesia. There are two major retailers, which is Indomaret and Alfamart, both competing in their marketing mix and retail service quality scale. The purpose of this research is to compares the marketing mix and retail service quality scale indicators between Indomaret and Alfamart. The population is the customers of Indomaret and Alfamart in Tataaran 2 with the sample of 100 respondents and analyzed using the Independent Sample T-Test analysis. The result shows that there are no significant difference in terms of the marketing  mix. Meanwhile, it shows that there are difference in terms of the retail service quality scale based on the physical aspect and policy. Keywords: retail corporate image, alfamart, indomaret

Abstract

Abstract: The role of the physical environment in influencing customer behaviors and in creating a provider’s image is especially pertinent in a service industry such as the restaurant industry. What appeals to consumer preferences is not just food and drink, but also a pleasant dining environment. Increased attention is paid not only to the price and the merchandise itself, but also to providing a pleasant and possibly exciting shopping atmosphere. This research aims to identify how the Physical Environment at Sumoboo Restaurant and Dessert House. Type of this research is descriptive with quantitative approach and IPA used as the measurement tool. The sample size will be 100 customers. The result for service quality shows, There are two attributes that perceived important to the customer which are Cleanliness and Equipment. Those attributes was performed well by Sumoboo then placed in Quadrant 2. In Quadrant 1, the attributes are Scent. In Quadrant 3, the attributes are Temperature, Music, and Symbol. In Quadrant 4, the attributes are Lighting, Colors, Layout, Furnishing and Decoration. From the result the researcher suggests that Sumoboo Restaurant and Dessert House must have to keep up with the performance that they already given and continuously developing each day. ­­Keywords: importance and performance Analysis, physical environment.
