Abstract

Abstrak : Upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia perusahaan perlu dilakukan secara baik, terarah, dan terencana, sehingga perusahaan pun dapat bersaing secara sehat dengan perusahaan lain, mengingat ke depan persaingan antara perusahaan akan semakin ketat. SDM yang dapat mampu bersaing dengan pesaing ataupun dengan mitra bisnisnya hanyalah perusahaan yang memiliki sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Air Manado. Teknik Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda melalui bantuan software SPSS versi 24. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 234 karyawan dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 70 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Saran untuk PT. Air Manado untuk lebih memperhatikan lingkungan kerja dengan baik agar karyawan dapat bekerja dengan nyaman dan lebih meningkatkan kedisiplinan serta rasa tanggung jawab dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Kata Kunci : lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, komitmen organisasi, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Abstract: Recruitment process has been evolved along with emerging technological innovations. The process of seeking and applying job now can be conduct in two ways, through traditional and through the modern system. In traditional recruitment, applicants are using physical sources and worth of mouth as a source to find vacancies and applied their resume directly to the company. While in modern or what also called e-recruitment applicants could find the information of job descriptions in the internet and applied their resume through the online system as well, such as corporate website and email. This research aims to analyze on the employees’ perception of traditional and modern recruitment. This research is using qualitative research to gain a deeper understanding about the topic and the type of this research is exploratory research. Population in this research are all elements that can be respondent which are the employees which believes had the experiences of seeking and applying for job. The result of this research shows that traditional recruitment is more effective from the employees’ perspective because it bring them higher opportunities get a position in the applied company. Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership, work environment, and discipline on employees’ productivity at PT. Amri Margatama Capital. This research is using descriptive quantitative method using multiple regression analysis techniques and use primary data and secondary data in the data from the survey. Data were collected through questionnaires, sample used in this study were 40 respondents. Then carried out methods that includes classical assumption test, hypothesis Ftest and t test, analysis of determination by analysis through SPSS software 22. Ftest and t test were used to analyse simultaneous and partial influence of Leadership, work environment, and discipline on employee productivity. It was revealed from this research that simultaneously influence of Leadership, Work environment, and Discipline was significant on employee productivity at PT. Amri Margatama Capital. But partially, only discipline has a significant influence on employee productivity at PT. Amri Margatama Capital. Based on the results researcher give advice to leaders for enforce discipline in working, and employees must to obey with the rules of work discipline at PT. Abstract

Abstract: Job Performance becomes the benchmark for every employee in performing their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to them and the work that can be achieved. To achieve good performance, employees also need to have a good job involvement also by knowing the involvement of the employees work will be better and able to perform their jobs well and take responsibility for their respective jobs and more satisfied with their jobs. The good performance was also affected by the emotional intelligence of employees in each organization or institution. The ability to control themselves, solve problems, motivate yourself, to overcome frustration, regulate mood, empathy, and the ability to cooperate is an important factor in the emotional intelligence of employees. This research aimed to analyzed The Effect Job Involvement and Emotional Intelligence on Job Performance. This research was analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. In the multiple regression method, regression procedures must to devide the variable into two variables which are dependent and independent variable. Job Involvement (X1) and Emotional Intelligence (X2) as independents variable and Job Performance (Y) as dependent variable. The data was collected from 100 respondents and the data was taken by simple random sampling. This research showed that Job Involvement and Emotional Intelligence simultaneously influence Job Performance, Job Involvement has significant influence on Job Performance partially and Emotional Intelligence has no significant influence on Job Performance partially. Based on the result, Dishubkominfo should concern about job involvement to job performance in term of develop employess skill about job involvement to job performance.Keywords: Job Involvement, Emotional Intelligence, Job Performance.

Abstract

Abstract: Employees are the most important part of a company, especially in PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero)Tbk Manado with a good performance of employee it can increase the company’s values. With that condition Researcher want to help PT Bank Tabungan Negara Manado to to see is there any significant different in Work Life Balance and Working Environment between Male and Female employees. The researcher analyzes data based on primary data and secondary data by using SPSS software while, primary data is collected by distributing 100 questionnaires to 50 male and 50 female employee of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Secondary data is collected by reading various books, journal and browsing the internet. The researcher uses Independent Sample T-test. By using Independent sample T-test the result shows that there is no significant difference between Male and Female Customer in Work Life Balance and Working Environment. Based on the results, the data is normally distributed and homogenous. The researcher recommends for PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Manado no need to make a different between male and female employee in Work Life Balance and Work Environment. Keywords: work life balance, working environment, independent sample t-test, gender, banking sector.

Abstract

 Abstract: In the global era of competition, the potential employee holds the important role in achieving the company’s goals. Therefore, companies need to build employee engagement, it will drive employee to high performance and work optimally for the company and it will often waste their social and family time. In this case, work-life balance strategies are needed to be implemented. PT. Tirta Investama Airmadidi is one of advanced company that has many employees. This research is aimed to analyze the work-life balance condition of employees and how its role towards employee engagement in PT. Tirta Investama Airmadidi. This research is a qualitative research using case study analysis method that gathering primary data from in-depth interview of 15 informants. The results of this research show that PT. Tirta Investama Airmadidi has employees who have been engaged themselves to the company. The engagement that built of employees have a high level in strength, dedication and absorption aspects due to time balance, involvement balance and satisfaction balance that makes their work life and personal life balance. The researcher recommend that the company build more employee who can engaged themselves with the company by paying attention to employees’ work-life balance. Keywords: work-life balance, employee engagement

Abstract

Abstract: Company and employee are two elements that cannot be separated. Without the employees, the company will not be able to perform to achieve its goals. On the other hand, the employees will not be able to support their welfare without the company as a place to work and make a living. One of the strategies that the company can do to manage the employee performance is by giving the employee a proper welfare program which can support the employee performance. The objectives in this research is to know importance and performance of employee welfare program in PT Tirta Investama (Danone AQUA) Airmadidi. Results based on Importance Performance Analysis, which are: National security for the workforce (JAMSOSTEK/BPJS) Membership and Economic enterprise are located in quadrant I “concentrate here” (high importance, low performance), Outside workplace accident insurance, Life insurance, Place of worship and Recreation are located in quadrant II “keep up the good work” (high importance, high performance), Sport & Art are located in quadrant III “low priority” (low importance, low performance). Abstract

The development function of internet has shown the crucial impact on the changing behavior of consumer where consumer perception of internet not only as communication medium but also becomes transaction medium. It was also shown the influence in Airline Industry that can be seen on from the advanced of e-ticket. Lion Air was known as private airline company that adopted e-ticket to provide easier way of purchasing that useful and trusted. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and trust partially and simultaneously. Data collection method used purposive sampling technique. Sample of 100 questionnaires were distributed to customer of Lion Air in Manado, and multiple regression analysis is used. This research results shows simultaneously influence of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and trust on repurchase intention of Lion Air E-ticket. While, partially only trust shows significant influence on repurchase intention of Lion Air E-ticket. Lion Air management should provide electronic tickets for flights in transit, to improve the ease of purchase and provide benefits for the company. Abstract

Abstrak: Di tengah pilihan yang begitu banyak, pelanggan cenderung memilih tawaran yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan serta harapan masing-masing. Banyak hal yang dapat mempengaruhi maju mundurnya usaha dibidang jasa, salah satunya adalah bagaimana mereka dapat menarik pelanggan dan mempertahankan mereka, salah satunya adalah dengan memberikan kualitas pelayanan yang baik agar calon pelanggan tertarik menggunakan jasa tersebut dan pelanggan akan loyal menggunakan jasa yang diberikan oleh suatu perusahaan.Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga dan  Lokasi  terhadap Keputusan Menginap pada hotel genio Manado, Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan teknik Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, harga dan lokasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan menginap pada hotel Genio Manado. Secara parsial, Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga dan Lokasi berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Menginap Pada Hotel Genio Manado. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah Pihak manajemen Hotel Genio Manado sebaiknya memperhatikan penetapan harga penginapan yang terjangkau dan perbandingan harga dengan hotel yang lain sehingga konsumen dapat mengambil keputusan untuk menginap.  memberikan pertimbangan bagi pihak Hotel Genio Manado agar memperhatikan kemudahan untuk menjangkau lokasi hotel jika pada suatu saat akan berpindah lokasi atau memperluas usahanya dengan mendirikan hotel baru. Kata Kunci: kualitas pelayanan, harga, lokasi, keputusan menginap

Abstract

Abstract: Within the company in order to be able to compete with other companies it is necessary to carry out creativity and innovation continuously. With the creativity that creates new ideas or ideas that are able to produce new products that have not been previously available and can be used by companies. innovation that gives more values to a product with a new idea that is different from other products. This study aims to determine the effect of creativity and innovation employee of  Maqna Hotel Gorontalo. The population is 150 employees and the sample is 60 respondents and researchers use slovin’s formula. The analytical method using multiple regression analysis. The result of this study indicate that simultaneously creativity and innovation on development of Maqna Hotel Gorontalo. It is better for Maqna Hotel Gorontalo employee to improve and development the creativity and innovation that is owned for the development of Maqna Hotel Gorontalo.Keywords: creativity, innovation, development company
