Abstract

The clinic is an implementation functional unit that has authority and responsibility for the maintenance of the public health in the region. The aim of this research is to know the factors that affect the level of satisfaction of outpatient Clinics in Pakis, Malang. This research design is descriptive quantitative that using the approach of cross sectional. This research was obtained as many as 205 respondents in Clinics Fern Malang. This study used two independent variables namely variables ((X 1), Facilities and infrastructure (X 2), human resources (X 3)), and the dependent variable i.e. patient satisfaction (Y). The data collection was done in the primary study. The research results obtained based on the age of the most aged 20-29 years i.e. 24% (50 respondents). Based on the job obtained most of the work as the IRT (Housewife) 42% (87 respondents). Indigo variable significance facilities of clinics of 0.018, variable and infrastructure of 0.000, and variable HR of 0.002. On the health facilities of the variable indicates that significant 0,018 < 0.05, inferred that the Ha received means the positive effect of clinics and facilities significantly to the level of satisfaction of outpatient Clinics in Fern Malang. The satisfaction of patient is a very valuable asset because when patients are satisfied they will continue to make choices against usage of the service, but if the patient did not feel satisfied they will tell to others about the bad experience. In fact, clinic with such good service will influenced the result in the emergence of satisfaction, loyalty, and even supports the implementation of the strategy of clinics as well as the achievement of the vision and mission of the clinic.

Abstract

Benefits of breast milk for babies such as breast milk as a source of nutrition, exclusive breastfeeding increases intelligence, breast milk has beneficial psychological effects. Breast milk is an ideal source of nutrition with a balanced composition tailored to the needs of growing babies (Puspitasari, 2014). The design of this research is quantitative research with cross sectional approach with the focus of the research directed to be analyzing the factors that influence the interest of mothers of children under five in exclusive breastfeeding in Tengger Kidul Village, Pagu District, Kediri District with a sample of 60 respondents taken by Simple Random Sampling technique. The findings found that most respondents had less knowledge as many as 33 respondents (55%). Most respondents have low category husband support of 24 respondents (40%). In addition, the majority of respondents had the role of health workers in the moderate category of 25 respondents (41.7%). While the majority of respondents have moderate interest as much as 28 respondents (46.7%). The results of the study used Linear Regression the influence of the influence of husband's knowledge and support on the interest of mothers of toddlers in exclusive breastfeeding in Tengger Kidul Village, Pagu District, Kediri Regency. And there is no influence of the role of health workers on the interest of mothers of children under five in exclusive breastfeeding in Tengger Kidul Village, Pagu District, Kediri Regency. It is expected that skilled respondents provide exclusive breastfeeding to infants aged 0-6 months and only provide MP-ASI and formula milk to support the growth and development of infants.

Abstract

Performing infant massagers in rural communities is still held in the form of infant doctors. Massage is done not only when a baby is healthy but also in sick and fussy babies. The purpose of this study is writer want to know the factors affecting mothers in giving baby massages in an effort to improve the health of the baby in posyandu sekar wilis I Kediri. The research design was used by the writer is a quantitative research,  with a cross sectional approaches. The focus of the research was analyze the factors affecting mothers in giving baby massage in Posyandu Sekar Wilis I Kediri. The writer used sample random sampling technique which 71 respondents. The result found that almost half of respondents knew less than 34 respondents (47.9%). Almost the half of immediate presence has no more 34 respondents (47.9%). Almost half the respondents have a low cost perception less than 35 respondents (49.3%). Almost half the respondents have a low motivation has no more 34 respondents (47.9%). Most of the respondents had a baby massage for 39 respondents (54.9%). The studies use Linear Regression indicates the effect of knowledge, perceptions and motivation through moms behavior in giving baby massage in Posyandu Sekar Wilis I Kediri. And there is no cultural influence on maternal behavior in baby massage at Posyandu Sekar Wilis I Kediri.It is expected for the respondents to have a baby massage in order to help speed up the baby growth, and to stimulate the baby's psycho induced development.

Abstract

Diarrhea is a disease that is still a public health problem in developing countries, including Indonesia. This is due to the high morbidity and mortality. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the incidence of diarrhea in students at SDN 3 Banjarejo, Pudak District, Ponorogo Regency. The design of this research is analytic quantitative research with cross sectional approach, the focus of the research is to analyze the factors that influence the incidence of diarrhea in students at SDN 3 Banjarejo, Pudak District, Ponorogo Regency. The total sample of 44 respondents was taken with the Simple Random Sampling technique. The results showed that there were 18 respondents (40.9%) who had enough categories of hand washing. Most respondents have defecation behavior enough category as many as 21 respondents (47.7%). Most respondents have the behavior of consuming enough snacks as many as 21 respondents (47.7%). Most of the respondents had diarrhea as many as 26 respondents (59.1%). The results of the Linear Regression Test analysis showed a p-value of 0.009 <0.05 then H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted so it was concluded that there was a significant influence between hand washing behavior on the incidence of diarrhea in students at SDN 3 Banjarejo, Pudak District, Ponorogo Regency. It is expected that respondents like washing their hands with soap before and after doing anything, especially after touching poop, while also having to defecate in the toilet and eat healthy snacks by bringing supplies from home.

Abstract

The behavior of disposing of garbage in the community is not in place, allowing health problems to occur if the waste is not handled properly and can provide a place to stay for vector vectors such as insects, rats, worms, fungi and others. These vectors can cause disease, one of which is the incidence of diarrhea. The design of this research is quantitative analytical research with a cross sectional approach and the focus of the research is directed at analyzing the influence of community behavior in disposing of garbage on the beach with the incidence of diarrhea in the WuringWolomarang region of Sikka Regency. The number of samples was 49 respondents taken by the Simple Random Sampling technique. The results showed that the majority of respondents had less behavior as many as 21 respondents (42.9%). In addition, respondents who had behavior in the sufficient category were 17 respondents (34.7%). While respondents who had behavior in the good category amounted to 11 respondents (22.4%). Most respondents experienced diarrhea as many as 33 respondents (67.3%). While respondents who did not experience diarrhea were 16 respondents (32.7%). The results of the Logistik Regression Test showed that the service of health workers with a p-value of 0,000 <0,05, H0 was rejected so that there was an influence of people's behavior in disposing of garbage on the beach with the incident of WuringWolomarang diarrhea in Sikka Regency. It is expected that respondents will maintain the cleanliness of the environment by making a garbage disposal post to be used as a garbage collection from the community in the Wuring Wolomarang area of ​​Sikka Regency so that the incidence of diarrhea can decrease

Abstract

Increased cases of dengue hemorrhagic fever accompanied by the emergence of resistance to temephos, making the use of natural larvicides begin to be considered. One of the natural ingredients that can be used is the fragrant pandan leaves (Pandanus amaryllifolius Roxb). The purpose of this study was to examine the concentration and effectiveness of Pandanus leaf extract (Pandanus amaryllifolius Roxb.) To kill Aedes aegypti larvae. This research is an experimental research with posttest only control group design where the object is divided into two groups: the control group and the treatment group. Samples were 25 larvae in each group, and it was repeated four times. So the total sample is 800 Aedes aegypti larvae. The results of this study indicate that at a concentration of 0% (negative control) aquades can kill 0 Aedes aegypti larvae, at a concentration of 1% (positive control) can kill an average of 56%, a concentration of 0.5% can kill 16.75 (17) larvae (67%), a concentration of 0.7% can kill 18.75 (19) larvae (75%), a concentration of 0.9% can kill 20.5 (21) larvae (82%), a concentration of 1.0% can kills 22.25 (23) larvae (89%), a concentration of 3.0% can kill 24 larvae (96%), and a concentration of 5.0% can kill 25 larvae (100%). Based on the analysis of the one way ANOVA test, it can be concluded that there is an effect of fragrant pandanus leaf extract on the mortality of Aedes aegypti larvae with a significant p value of 0,000 (p <0.05). Pandan (Pandanus amaryllifolius Roxb.) Fragrant pandan leaf extract (Pandanus amaryllifolius Roxb) at 5.0%concentration is the most effective concentration to kill Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae. Conclusion: Fragrant pandan leaves (Pandanus amaryllifolius Roxb) are effective in causing the death of Aedes aegyti mosquito larvae.

Abstract

Achievement of work performance level is one of the indicators of qualified human resources, where the performance of this work is expected to be able to optimize the professional competence of employees in the workplace    including one of them in the  Public Health Center. The purpose of this study is to Analyze the Relationship of Competency Level and Work Profesion Health Workers To Work Achievement In The Region Of Tirtoyudo Public Health CenterMalang Regency. The research method  used in this study  is quantitative method.   This study uses desain  crosssectional. The population in this study was allhealth workers in Tirtoyudo Public Health Center Malang regency with a sample of  45  respondents. The statistical test used for data analysis in this study was  spearman rank  correlation test  with  significance (p-value)  = 0.05. The results showed that there was a significant relationship  between competency level and work performance of p-value  α  (0.009 < 0.050) with correlation coefficient value  obtained by 0.384. In addition, from this study also found that there is also a significant  relationship between professional work and work performance with correlation of p-value  α  (0.009 < 0.050) coefficient obtained by 0.384. The conclusion of this study there is a significant relationship between the level of competence and professional work to the workperformance of  health  workers in the area  of Tirtoyudo Public Health Center  Malang Regency.

Abstract

Indonesia began to be exposed to corona virus as many as 172 people with the number of deaths as many as 55 people as of March 17, 2020. Health experts propose recommend 3M there are use of masks, keeping a distance, and diligently washing hands with soap and running clean water as the main key to breaking the chain of spreading covid-19 virus. Audiovisual can facilitate audiens and understand the health information presented. The purpose of this study is to know the effectiveness audiovisual about covid-19 prevention as health education on the knowledge and behavior of 3M, teenagers in the village of South Lemper Pademawu, Pamekasan. Research design is Quasi Experimental. There were 43 teenagers as the samples of this research using proportionate stratified random sampling techniques. The data of the research were collected from questionnaires, then analyzed Wilcoxon Rank Test using SPSS program. The result of the Wilcoxon Rank Test showed p (0,000) < alpha (0,05) to the knowledge and behavior. p (0.000) < alpha (0.05) which means that there are differences in knowledge and behavior 3M before and after being given an educated. Health education about covid-19 prevention through audiovisual can be said effective on the knowledge and behavior of 3M, teenagers in the village of South Lemper Pademawu, Pamekasan.

Abstract

Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) lasts for 14 days and is a respiratory infection caused by a virus or bacteria. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of household waste management behavior on the incidence of ARI in Sukowetan Village, Karangan District, Trenggalek Regency.This study used a cross sectional design. The population is all 155 houses in Sukowetan Village, Karangan District, Trenggalek Regency. The sample is 112 houses with simple random sampling technique. The independent variable is the behavior of household waste management, while the dependent variable is the incidence of ARI. The results of this study were analyzed with logistic regression.The results of this study found that most of the respondents had low category household waste management behavior as many as 87 respondents (86.6%). Nearly half of the respondents did not experience ARI incidence, namely as many as 99 respondents (88.4%). There is a relationship between household waste management behavior and the incidence of ARI in Sukowetan Village, Karangan District, Trenggalek Regency (p value 0.003 <0.05).If the management of household waste is better, the lower the incidence of ARIs. The community should better manage waste in a proper and correct way so as to reduce the incidence of ARI.

Abstract

Stunting is an important problem. This is because it is very influential on the future development of the nation starting from the growth of its children. Stunting in children is a chronic nutritional problem due to inadequate nutritional intake in the long term combined with infectious diseases in children and environmental problems. Stunting needs special attention because it can increase the risk of death in children, as well as hinder the physical and mental development of children. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with case control study. The population in this study is all children under five aged 1-5. The research location is in Bangggle Village, Kanigoro District, Blitar Regency. The time of the study was July – August 2021. The sample of this study was 84 respondents using the Purposive Sampling technique with a total of 42 case respondents and 42 control respondents. The statistical test used was the chi square test. family income, mother's occupation, history of basic immunization and history of ARI and diarrhea. Meanwhile, the results of statistical tests for other variables can be concluded that there is a relationship between birth weight, mother's education, history of exclusive breastfeeding, energy and protein intake and the incidence of stunting (p=<0.05).
