Abstract

Sekolah merupakan tempat untuk belajar. Salah satu indikator keberhasilan siswa dalam belajar dapat ditunjukan dengan tingkat partisipasi siswa banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi siswa diantaranya ketersediaan fasilitas, pelayanan administrasi, dan kreativitas guru.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) pengaruh ketersediaan fasilitas terhadap partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran di SMK Industri Ngoro Mojokerto. (2) pengaruh pelayanan administrasi terhadap partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran di SMK Industri Ngoro Mojokerto. (3) pengaruh kreativitas guru terhadap partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran di SMK Industri Ngoro Mojokerto. (4) pengaruh ketersediaan fasilitas, pelayanan administrasi, dan kreativitas guru terhadap partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran di SMK Industri Ngoro Mojokerto..Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas 2 yang berjumlah 70 siswa. Semua siswa kelas 2 dijadikan objek penelitian. Analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 22 for windows agar hasil yang diperoleh lebih akurat.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel X1 (ketersediaan fasilitas) secara parsial tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap partisipasi siswa, variabel X2 (pelayanan administrasi) secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap partisipasi siswa, variable X3 (kreativitas guru) secara parsial tidak ada pengaruh yang siknifikan terhadap partisipasi siswa. serta terdapat pengaruh yang secara simultan antara ketersediaan fasilitas, pelayanan administrasi, dan kreativitas guru terhadap paertisipasi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran di SMK Industri Ngoro MojokertoBerdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, tidak ada pengaruh antara ketersediaan fasilitas terhadap partisipasi siswa maka sekolah disarankan agar melakukan evaluasi, memperbaiki pemberian fasilitas kepada siswa. Pelayanan administrasi mempunyai pengaruh yang siknifikan terhadap partisipasi siswa agar terus memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada siswa, dan kreativitas guru tidak berpengaruh terhadap partisipasi siswa diharapkan agar kreativitas guru lebih ditingkatkan..

Abstract

Penelitian memiliki tujuan yaitu agar memahami pengaruh literasi ekonomi, pengelolaan uang saku, dan kontrol diri terhadap rasionalitas perilaku konsumsi Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang berjumlah 87 mahasiswa. Alat pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ditemukan dampak positif dan signifikan dari literasi ekonomi , pengelolaan uang saku dan kontrol diri terhadap rasionalitas perilaku konsumsi mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang.

Abstract

The business of laying hens in Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi, has a very large opportunity, an area that is known as an agriculture-based area as well as a food support area for Kendari City as the provincial capital. This study aims to examine regional characteristics, demography of laying hen breeders, and motivation to raise livestock. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive aim to describe certain conditions or phenomena. Information selection was carried out by purposive sampling, required to have experience in raising laying hens for 2 years and snowball sampling. Data collection was carried out by direct interviews and observations at plantation business locations. During the Covid-19 Pandemic visits to informants carried out strict health protocols. Some additional information for matters deemed important is confirmed and re-validated by telephone. The topography of the land in Konawe Selatan Regency generally has an undulating and hilly land surface. The height of the land above sea level ranges from 0-1000 meters, dominantly at an altitude of 100-500 meters which reaches 39%, with a land slope between 0-36 degrees, the soil type is dominated by grumosol, podzolic and latosol, between these hills, land stretches which are potential areas for the development of the agricultural and livestock sectors. The distribution of land use in South Konawe Regency is as much as 24% (1008.21 km2) which has the potential to be used as agricultural land and livestock. The average temperature, humidity, wind speed, air pressure, and solar radiation in South Konawe Regency throughout 2020 are as follows 26.79°C, 85.25%, 1 m/s, 1009.57 mb, and 47.33%. The main business of laying hens is 76.92% as breeders, the average age of breeders is 49.00 ± 16.65 years with farming experience of 7.49 ± 7.41 years. The education of breeders was dominated by high school graduates (46.15%) and university graduates (38.46%). In general, the motivation to raise laying hens is 92.31% as the main business and 7.69% as a side business.

Abstract

Peneliti ini bertujuan agar memahami i peranan kualitas produk, Harga dan Promosi pada keputusan pembelian prodak Garnier di Kota Malang, Metode yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Jenis riset ekspalanatory research dengan sumber data primer. Riset ini memakai kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai ialah angket. Populasi pada riset ini yaitu konsumen Garnier di Kota Malang dengan jumlah sampel 160 reponden. Teknik analisis data dalam riset ini yaitu memakai regresi linear berganda. Temuan riset menunjukan secara bersama-sama kualitas produk, harga dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Garnier oleh konsumen di Kota Malang. Kualitas produk, harga dan promosi berdampak positif serta signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Garnier oleh konsumen di Kota Malang.

Abstract

Sebelum melakukan pembelian, pembeli terlebih dahulu berniat membeli barang yang dibutuhkannya. Ada kalanya proses pembelian pembeli terjadi begitu saja tanpa persiapan sebelumnya. Pengadaan seperti ini disebut dengan drive purchase. Banyak elemen yang dapat mempengaruhi dorongan pembelian di kalangan pelanggan, salah satunya adalah lingkungan toko, kualitas pelayanan, dan biaya. Maksud dari penjajakan ini adalah untuk menambah konsentrasi terkait dampak iklim toko, kualitas pelayanan, dan biaya tanpa terlalu memikirkan pembelian produk Matos 3Second Kota Malang. Strategi dalam pemeriksaan ini adalah dengan menggunakan eksplorasi kuantitatif, ilmuwan mengambil objek pemeriksaan barang 3Second Matos di Kota Malang dan menjadikan pembeli sebagai subjek pemeriksaan dan masyarakat. Dengan menggunakan prosedur pemeriksaan kebetulan, jumlah contoh adalah 160 responden, yang kemudian diselidiki menggunakan SPSS'22 dengan strategi relaps langsung yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang timbul karena faktor suasana toko(store atmosphere), kualitas pelayanan dan biaya atau yang biasa disebut harga terhadap pembelian impulsif baik secara bersamaan maupun sendiri-sendiri.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the moderation of financial inclusion on the influence of platforms on interest in using online loans. The research sample was 50 SMEs who were members of ABM Preneur using a stratified random sampling technique. The research results show that H1 is supported but H2 is not supported. So the platform has a significant positive effect on interest in using online loans. However, financial inclusion does not moderate the influence of the platform on interest in using online loans.

Abstract

The research aims to investigation the influence of digital marketing on the decision to visit tourist attractions, as well as test the mediating role of visiting intention on the influence of digital marketing on the decision to visit tourist attractions. The research sample was 112 people visiting the paralayang Bukit Waung Pantai Modangan in Malang Regency. Data was collected using a questionnaire, and data was analyzed using path analysis. The results of the analysis reveal that digital marketing influences the decision to visit, apart from that digital marketing also influences the intention in visiting, and the interest in visiting is also proven to influence the decision to visit tourists at the paralayang Bukit Waung Pantai Modangan in Malang Regency. Another finding from this research is that intention in visiting mediates the role of digital marketing on visiting decisions.

Abstract

There have been many studies on social media marketing, but researchers still ignore the role of social media on customer engagement initiatives as well as on brand loyalty. The study aims to investigate the influence of social media marketing on brand loyalty through customer engagement. The study was conducted on customers of culinary centers in Malang City, the sample was selected purposively involving 120 respondent. Data were collected using questionnaires distributed online and analyzed using PLS-SEM. The research findings revealed that social media marketing is able to increase brand loyalty; in addition, this influence is also mediated by customer engagement. Social media marketing is able to increase customer engagement, which will also have an impact on brand loyalty. Further researchers could examine differences in customer engagement across social media marketing channels.

Abstract

Tempe Bagong UMKM is a business engaged in processing soybeans into traditional tempeh. The problems that occur in Tempe Bagong UMKM Partners include not having other tempeh product variations, tempeh bagong product packaging is still absent, and the marketing process is still being sold in small stalls around the village. The community service approach method used to help partner problems is Participatory Learning and Action (PLA). The steps of the Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) approach are characterized by socialization, discussion, and direct training practices. The stages of this community service activity are pre-training, education stage, practice stage, mentoring stage, and evaluation stage. Through this community service, diversification is produced in the form of tempeh bungkil which is a mixture of soybeans, soybean skin, copra, and peanuts. This product is packaged more attractively to increase its selling value. In addition, digital marketing is also carried out through digital marketing

Abstract

This study aims to create a multimedia learning resource for Social Science with a focus on international trade for grade  IX students at YBPK 1 Tirtoyudo Junior High Scholl. The research used the Research and Development (R&D) method,specifically the Borg and Gall developpment model. The developpment process consisted of ten stages, including research, planning, product format development,validation, review, field tests, and final product review. The validation test involved three experts in linguistics, materials, and media. Additionally, field trials were conducted with 5 students from YBPK 1 Tirtoyudo Junior Hight School. The main objective of this study was to produce an effective and efficient multimedia learning resourcethat can enhance understanding of international trade among grade IX students. The types of data obtained are qualitative and quantitative data. The results of this study indicate that the development of audio-visual learning products  based on camtasia audio for social studies subjects in class IX SMP YBPK Tirtoyudo 1 which are practical to use.  This is envidenced by the results of media expert certification getting 90% points so that it is in the very feasible category. The results of validation from material experts with the acquisition of 80% points so that it is in the feasible category. The results of validation from language experts with 85% points so that it is in the very feasible category. Furthermore, the evaluation results from the field trial obtained a score of 88% so that it is in the very good category. Thus the product that has been developed can be concluded to be suitable for use.
