Abstract

The use of computer technology has spread among workers and companies. Therefore researchers recommend a system that can overcome the problem of assessing the conditions of transformer insulation at PT. Electricity System Cemerlang uses a computer system. The system that researchers use is a decision support system. Decision Support System or often called Decision Support System (DSS) is a model-based system that consists of procedures in data processing and consideration to assist managers in making decisions. In order to succeed in achieving its objectives, the system must be simple, robust, easy to control, easily adaptable to important things and easy to communicate with. Implicitly also means that this system must be computer-based and used as an addition to someone's problem solving capabilities. But to be able to use a decision support system properly, a method or an appropriate method is needed to get the right results. Therefore researchers recommend the method of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is often also known as the weighted sum method. The basic concept of the method of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) is to find a weighted sum of performance ratings on each alternative on all attributes.

Abstract

The use of various devices that can work automatically so that they can help alleviate human activities which will certainly use a lot of power if their use is not controlled properly and optimally according to needs such as those used in the study room, namely lighting and air conditioning (fans, air conditioners). lights, etc.). So with the existence of a system of controlling electricity usage in the study room that can work independently, it is hoped that it can save more power usage. Automation of power consumption in microcontroller-based learning rooms is a tool used to detect and display human capacity and temperature in the study room and to regulate the active or inactivity of air conditioners equipped with smoke sensors and sound sensors. The air conditioner will turn on when there are people in the room and the room temperature exceeds the set point (set value) temperature that has been set as desired.  This tool consists of a microcontroller as the main controller, a photodiode to detect people entering and leaving the room, LM35 as a temperature detector in the room, LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) as a display of the number of people and the temperature in the room

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi memberikan pengaruh besar terhadap berbagai sektor, termasuk industri kuliner yang membutuhkan pelayanan cepat, akurat, dan efisien. Pada Only One Coffee sebagai objek penelitian, proses pemesanan masih dilakukan secara konvensional sehingga menimbulkan berbagai kendala, seperti antrean panjang, keterlambatan penyajian, serta kesalahan pencatatan menu. Kondisi ini sering menyebabkan pesanan pelanggan yang datang lebih awal tertunda dan didahului oleh pelanggan lain, sehingga menurunkan tingkat kepuasan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini mengusulkan penerapan sistem Service E-Order berbasis QR Code dengan metode First In First Out (FIFO) dalam pengelolaan antrean. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan model Waterfall yang mencakup tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, basis data MySQL, serta pemodelan UML. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan pemilik usaha, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem E-Order berbasis QR Code memudahkan pelanggan melakukan pemesanan langsung dari meja, sementara metode FIFO efektif dalam mengatur urutan pemesanan sehingga pesanan yang masuk lebih awal diproses terlebih dahulu. Uji coba sistem juga memperlihatkan penurunan waktu tunggu, peningkatan akurasi pencatatan, dan minimnya kesalahan penyajian. Selain itu, sistem membantu kasir dan dapur dalam mengelola pesanan melalui pencatatan otomatis pada basis data. Dengan demikian, penerapan QR Code dan metode FIFO terbukti mampu meningkatkan kualitas layanan, efektivitas manajemen antrean, dan kepuasan pelanggan.
