Abstract

The success of the company is strongly influenced by the performance of its employees. Good performance is the optimal performance, that is, performance that conforms to the organization's standards and supports the achievement of organizational goals. Each company will strive to always improve the performance of its employees in order to achieve the goals set by the company.The purpose of this study are: 1) To determine the effect of motivation on employee performance Wangaya Denpasar Hospital; 2) To know the influence of leadership on employee performance of RSUD Wangaya Denpasar City; 3) To know the influence of work discipline on employee performance of Wangaya Hospital Denpasar City; and 4) To find out whether the motivation, leadership and work discipline affect together on the performance of employees of Wangaya Hospital Denpasar City. Data Analysis Method used in this research is quantitative data analysis and analyze by using program of SPSS ( Statistical Package for Social Science) for windows version 21.The result of this research is that the motivation has no significant effect to the employee performance at RSUD Wangaya Kota Denpasar of 0,111 or 11% where significant value 0,106 or bigger than level of significant (α) 0,05 Leadership significant to employee performance at RSUD Wangaya Denpasar city sebersar 0,210 or 21% where significant value 0.000 or smaller than level of significant (α) 0,05. Work discipline has no significant effect on employee performance at RSUD Wangaya Kota Denpasar of 0,051 or 5% where significant value 0,477 or bigger than level of significant (α) 0,05. Motivation, leadership and work discipline together affect the performance of employees of Wangaya Hospital Denpasar City of 0.67 or 67% of the rest by 33% influenced by the variable not examined in this study. Where the significance value is 0.000 or smaller than the 0.05 level of significant (α)  0,05.

Abstract

The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

Abstract

Studi kelayakan bisnis penting dilakukan sebelum perusahaan membuka cabang baru dengan tujuan dapat menghindari resiko kegagalan yang akan terjadi di masa mendatang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan pembukaan cabang baru pada PT Monsieur Spoon di sanur di tinjau dari aspek finansial dan nonfinansial. Aspek nonfinansial terdiri dari tiga aspek yaitu, aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek teknis dan teknologi, dan aspek manajemen. Sedangkan aspek finansial dianalisis dengan menggunakan tiga metode yaitu, Payback Periode (PP),NPV(Net Present Value) dan PI (Profitability index). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptip kualitatif- kuantitatif. Penelitian kualitatif di gunakan untuk menganalisis aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek teknis dan teknologi, dan aspek manajemen. Sedangkan metode penelitian kuantitatif di gunakan untuk menganalisis aspek finansial. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dilihat dari aspek nonfinasial yaitu aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek teknis dan teknologi, dan aspek manajemen, pembukaan cabang baru pada PT Monsieur Spoon layak untuk di dirikan. Di karenakan faktor – faktor dan kriteria penilaian kelayakan untuk menilai aspek nonfinansial dapat terpenuhi. Dari aspek finansial pembukaan cabang baru pada PT Monsieur Spoon juga layak di dirikan, karena alat yang di gunakan untuk menilai aspek finansial sesuai dengan ketentuan yang di gunakan yaitu metode Payback Periode (PP) lebih kecil dari umur maksimum proyek yang telah ditetapkan, NPV(Net Present Value) posotif dan PI (Profitability index) 1

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menjelasakan model pelayanan yang dipakai standar operasional pengelola pada target kepuasan Bali mandara Tol   . Dalam penelitian menggunkan sampel 98 responden dengan teknik purpossive sampling, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi responden terhadap masing-masing variabel. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi Uji Statistik Deskriptif, Uji Instrumen Data (Uji Validitas, dan Uji Reliabilitas), Uji Asumsi Klasik (Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas), Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, Koefisien Determinasi, dan Uji Hipotesis (Uji t dan Uji F). Dari hasil analisis menggunakan regresi berganda dapat diketahui bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan, dan kinerja karyawan, secara simultan  berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Dari uji t diperoleh hasil bahwa kualitas pelayanan, dan kinerja karyawan berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil uji F diperoleh hasil kualitas pelayanan, dan kinerja karyawan berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

The purpose of this study is to increase the competitive advantage of Abian Salak Agro Tourism in Karangasem Regency . Bali is famous for its cultural tourism . Bali is also developing Agro-tourism as an alternative tourism . To be superior and compete , in the development of this tourism industry   can not be separated from the creativity and innovation of the managers . Abian Salak Agro Tourism has made innovations in creating coffee  products from Salak beans given the brand Salacca Coffee Bean . Research carried out by the method of qualitative descriptive . Abstract

The development of modern retail market today makes unplanned purchases or unplaning purchase dicisionsincreasing in society. This study aims to examine the effect of retail marketing mix on unplanned purchase desicions at Minimart shop in Ubud Village of Gianyar Bali Regency using sample of 86 people through slovin method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of the analysis prove that retail marketing mix consisting of location, merchandise, pricing, promotion, atmosphere of outlets and retail service have a positive and partially significant effect on unplaning purchase dicisionsat Minimart shop in Ubud Village of Gianyar Bali Regency. Retail marketing mix consisting of location, merchandise, pricing, promotion, atmosphere of outlet and retail service have positive and significant influence simultaneously to unplaning purchase dicisionsat Minimart shop in Ubud Village of Gianyar Bali Regency.Suggestions that can be recommended to the management of Minimart in Ubud Village Gianyar regency of Bali to pay attention to matters related to retail marketing mix such as location, merchandise, pricing, promotion, atmosphere of outlets and retail service better in attracting visitors to do unplaning purchase dicisionsat Minimart in Ubud Village, Gianyar Regency, Bali. Locations provided for easily accessible visitors and ample parking. Merchandise provided to be more diverse in accordance with the needs of consumers. The price set to see the market competition so that consumers are willing to shop at Minimart. Providing attractive advertising and promotions to influence consumer purchases. The atmosphere in the booth is expected Minimart in Ubud Village Gianyar regency of Bali can provide wider space for visitors. Implementation of the maximum service in the service, ease of payment so as to attract unplaning purchase dicisionsin Minimart in Ubud Village Gianyar regency Bali.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the gap in research resultsPreviously (research gap) and the different focus of discussion on Service Quality and ProductQuality on Savings Customer Satisfaction at PT. BRI Denpasar Branch Renon. In addition, there are also research problems about not achieving targets at PT. BRI Denpasar Branch Renon .This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of service quality and product quality on satisfaction of savings customers at PT. BRI Denpasar Branch Renon. This research was conducted at PT. BRI Denpasar Branch Renon with a population of 14,250 and the sample of this study amounted to 100 respondents calculated using the Slovin formula All data obtained from the questionnaire distribution are worthy of use, thenanalyzed using SPSS 24.0. The results showed that (1) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and (3) service quality and product quality have an effect on customer satisfaction.The implication of this study is that the quality of service can be improvedby observing tangible indicators, reliability, responsiveness, guarantees andcertainty and empathy to increase.

Abstract

Bali is famous for cultural tourism, guests visiting Bali throughout the year show an increasing trend. Conditions triggered the community to build business ventures in the tourist village area. The study was carried out in the coastal village area of Tababan district, Bali. The study population is the Small and Medium Industry (IKM) actors covering three sub-districts of Kediri, Tabanan District and Kerambitan District. Respondents in this study were selected using purposive sampling. The sample criteria are small and medium industries (IKM) with a five-year business activity period. From this study the results obtained are (1) socio-demographic factor factors such as age and education do not significantly influence Entrepreneurial intention (2) Attitudes, economic opport and ovoid respobility factors have a significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions and (3) Contextual factors namely social support, education and training proved to have a significant and positive effect. towards entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Digital Marketing on the Purchase of Sukla Food Products, to determine the effect of Brand Awareness on the Purchase of Sukla Food Products and to determine the effect of Digital Marketing and Brand Awareness on the Purchase of Sukla Food Products at Satyagraha SMEs in Denpasar City. The type of research used is survey research and uses a quantitative approach. This research was conducted on three Satyagraha SMEs in Denpasar City, namely Babi Guling Golden SMEs, Babi Guling Nojas SMEs and Babi Guling Ocha SMEs. The number of samples as many as 83 respondents, determined by non-probability sampling method and purposive sampling technique. Respondents from this study were consumers or Hindu communities who had bought Sukla Babi Guling food at Satyagraha SMEs in Denpasar City. Sources of data using primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique uses Descriptive Analysis, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Coefficient of Determination and t test and F test. Data processing uses SPSS software program.The results of this study indicate that partially digital marketing has a positive and significant influence on the purchase of sukla food products and brand awareness has a positive and significant influence on the purchase of sukla food products. Simultaneously digital marketing and brand awareness have a positive and significant influence on the purchase of sukla food products.

Abstract

Increasing competitive advantage, product quality and the use of digital marketing is very important to pay attention to in improving the economy at Culinary MSMEs in Denpasar City. Especially in the absence of a decline in the level of the economy during this pandemic. This study aims to determine the influence of product quality on increasing competitive advantage through the use of digital marketing on Culinary MSMEs in the city of Denpasar. This research was conducted quantitatively and used questionnaires as a data collection method. The population used in this study was the owners of Culinary MSMEs in Denpasar, with the number of samples in this study being 50 culinary MSME owners in Denpasar. The sample used in this study was a saturated sample.  This research was conducted quantitatively and used questionnaires as a data collection method. Using IBM SPSS 25 analysis, the results were obtained that the first product quality has a positive and significant effect on the use of digital marketing in Culinary MSMEs in Denpasar. The second is the use of digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on increasing competitive advantages in Culinary MSMEs in Denpasar. Product quality directly affects the increase in competitive advantage in Culinary MSMEs in Denpasar. And the results of the analysis using Path Analysis (Path Analysis) to test the influence of variable intervening, it can be known the use of digital marketing which is an important variable as a mediator on competitive advantages and product quality.
