Abstract

This article explores the relationship between God, man, and nature in the Quran in Toshihiko Izutsus view. Using semantic analysis, this Japanese scholar used the analytic principle to get the Quran interprets its own concepts and speaks for itself. For that reason, the use of Arabic poetry to understand the basic meaning of an important word and in turn, the relational meaning needs to be presented by knowing the semantic field of the researched dilemma. From a hermeneutic point of view, Izutsus thought shows parallels with the Muslim scholars interpretation of the theme. By looking at the relationship between God and man in the four skeletons, ontologies, masters, ethics, and communicative, Izutsu asserts that the holy book of the Quran is not only ethical but also practice.

Abstract

The various companies, organizations, and institutions certainly want to get good employee performance in each of their respective fields. In the maintenance and management of human resources, they must receive more attention. A person's performance was influenced by the level of employee education, motivation and work experience. The aim of this artilce was to describe the assessment and measurement of employee performance, the benefits of employee performance appraisal, and the factors that influence the performance of employees of PT MNC Skyvision (INDOVISION). This research was a descriptive analysis, which was done through collecting data, compiling or it’s grouping, and then interpreting the data. The results showed that the provision of incentives had a contribution to change employee attitudes and behavior towards better performance. Employee performance was a very important role and its meaning in the decision making process in the future such as identification of all organizational program needs, program introduction, training, selection, recruitment, placement, reward systems,and promotions. Abstract

Along with the times, the study of the Qur’an continues to experience developments in the context of the study area, from what was originally only a text study to a socio-cultural study, which made Muslim society the main object of study known as the study of the living Qur’an. One of the living Qur’an phenomena is the rokat pandhabah tradition of the people of Jenangger Village, Batang Batang District, Sumenep Regency. It is a tradition inherited from our ancestors, preserved and maintained until now. In addition, rokat pandhabah manifests the Jenangger people’s endeavour to resist the coming of bad things that will happen. The purpose of this study is to photograph a tradition that is in dialogue with the Qur’an within the framework of the rokat pandhabah tradition in Jenagger Madura. This study uses a qualitative method of phenomenological type, a research flow that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from the people observed. For the presentation of data based on the results of interviews and literature review (library research). In the end, this research resulted in a conclusion that the rokat pandhabah tradition is categorized as a living Qur’an phenomenon because there are several factors, namely 1) the rokat pandhabah tradition as a form of endeavour for one’s salvation, 2) the rokat pandhabah tradition as a prayer to predecessors who are gone, 3) the rokat pandhabah tradition as a form of charity to relatives and neighbours, and 4) the rokat pandhabah tradition as a medium in cultural propaganda.

Abstract

  Explores the application of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) in the school setting and its impact on student academic achievement and emotional well-being. The findings of this study provide in-depth insight into the benefits of implementing REBT in the school setting and provide a basis for developing more effective intervention approaches to improve student well-being and academic achievement. As a cognitive-based therapeutic method, REBT was implemented to identify and manage emotional and behavioral tendencies that might affect students academic achievement and emotional well-being. The research method involved applying REBT in an educational context and collecting data through surveys, interviews, and literary achievement analysis. The results of this study provide an in-depth look at the benefits of implementing REBT in a school setting and provide a basis for further development in understanding the relationship between emotional well-being, academic achievement, and psychological interventions in education. The practical implications of the findings can assist schools in designing programs that focus on student well-being and improving academic achievement through an integrated psychotherapeutic approach.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and explore the role of superior strategies in improving the educational management of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Hasanuddin in Satrean Maron Probolinggo. The main focus of the research is continuous evaluation as a critical element that can stimulate progress in educational management at MI Hasanuddin. This research analyzes sustainable evaluation practices implemented and involves a contextual approach to local dynamics in Satrean Maron Probolinggo. This research uses a qualitative case study type method by conducting research aimed at describing problems and analyzing the issues that occur. Researchers collected data through several stages, such as observation and direct observation at the research site. Interview interviewing several informants at the research location. Observation, visiting research locations. Documentation study, analyzing documents related to research. The research was conducted at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Hasanuddin institution in Satrean Maron Probolinggo. Based on the results of the research undertaken show that several innovations have been adopted by MI Tarbiyatul Islam, including (1) MI Hasanuddin in Satrean Maron has become a research center as a representative of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in that environment. The continuous evaluation method here is an assessment tool and a dynamic process that focuses on continuous monitoring and improvement that is responsive to change. This aims to achieve adaptive and quality-oriented educational management. (2) Implementation of continuous evaluation as the main instrument in improving madrasa education management. In addition, this research explores the potential of technology integration as a support for continuous evaluation processes.

Abstract

Instilling an attitude of tolerance in students is a strategic step in creating a learning environment that is inclusive, harmonious and supports diversity. This article discusses the importance of tolerance as an effort to build harmony amidst the diversity of society, avoid conflict, and strengthen unity. Using library research methods, this article identifies strategies that teachers can implement, such as integrating diversity in the curriculum, implementing cross-cultural activities, and developing class discussions. The role of teachers as role models, mediators and facilitators is very important in encouraging students to understand diversity as richness. Apart from that, collaboration with parents and the community can strengthen the value of tolerance outside of school. This article concludes that education based on tolerance can create a generation that is ready to live side by side peacefully amidst plurality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus untuk mengetahui implementasi pendidikan Islam dalam pembentukan akhlak di asrama Syekh Nawawi Al-Bantani. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, siswa, dan keluarga yang terlibat dalam proses pendidikan, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif melalui langkah-langkah reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan, serta dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi untuk memastikan keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan Islam di asrama ini berfokus pada aspek spiritual dan mengembangkan toleransi dan karakter yang baik melalui berbagai metode, seperti keteladanan guru dan kegiatan asrama yang memperkuat nilai-nilai Islam. Ditemukan pula faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam implementasi pendidikan, yang meliputi motivasi siswa, kualitas guru, dan lingkungan sosial yang mendukung. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang kontribusi pendidikan Islam dalam membentuk akhlak pada siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic religious education in improving character by adapting teaching methods to the student's cultural context. This study uses qualitative methods with a case study at PDF Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo, involving interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that applying Islamic religious education can train students to have good character. Family involvement also contributes significantly to students' academic achievement and social development. Overall, using Islamic religious education has great potential in improving the development of students' good character development. This approach not only meets academic needs but also considers the social and emotional aspects of the student learning experience, as well as positively contributing to diversity and preserving local culture.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the public relations management strategies implemented by Islamic educational institutions to improve their image in the digital era. The development of information technology, especially social media and digital platforms, has brought significant changes in the way educational institutions communicate with the public. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study method, focusing on the implementation of public relations strategies in an Islamic educational institution. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with the madrasa head, deputy head of the madrasa for public relations, students' parents and alums. The research results show that the use of social media and websites as the main communication channels, quick response to negative issues through transparent clarification, and collaboration with stakeholders through digital technology are the main strategies implemented to improve the image of the institution. Public relations management in Islamic educational institutions also focuses on building close relationships with parents, alums and the community to obtain greater support. Overall, this research finds that digital technology-based public relations management strategies can significantly improve the image of Islamic educational institutions as long as they are carried out with effective communication, transparency and ongoing collaboration.
