Abstract

Keragaman dalam masyarakat majemuk merupakan sesuatu yang alami yang harus dipandang sebagai suatu fitrah. Hal tersebut dapat dianalogikan seperti halnya jari tangan manusia yang terdiri atas lima jari yang berbeda, akan tetapi kesemuanya memiliki fungsi dan maksud tersendiri, sehingga jika semuanya disatukan akan mampu mengerjakan tugas seberat apapun. Untuk menyadari hal tersebut, Bhinneka Tunggal Ika memiliki peran yang sangat penting. Pengembangan multikulturalisme mutlak harus dibentuk dan ditanamkan dalam suatu kehidupan masyarakat yang majemuk. Jika hal tersebut tidak ditanamkan dalam suatu masyarakat yang majemuk, agar kemajemukan tidak membawa pada perpecahan dan konflik. Indonesia sebagai bangsa yang multikultural harus mengembangkan wawasan multikultural tersebut dalam semua tatanan kehidupan yang bernafaskan nilai- nilaikebhinekaan. Membangun masyarakat multikultur Indonesia harus diawali dengan keyakinan bahwa dengan bersatu kita memiliki kekuatan yang lebih besar.

Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas tentang pentingnya menempatkan pegawai pada sebuah lembaga pendidikan, secara jelas tujuan penempatan SDM ini adalah untuk menempatkan orang yang tepat dan jabatan yang sesuai dengan minat dan kemampuannya, sehingga sumber daya manusia yang ada menjadi produktif. Penempatan yang tepat merupakan cara untuk mengoptimalkan kemampuan, keterampilan menuju prestasi kerja yang baik bagi pekerja itu sendiri. Sehingga dalam posisi jabatan yang tepat akan dapat membantu perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan yang di harapkan. Kriteria-Kriteria yang harus dipenuhi dalam Penempatan pegawai dalam pelaksanaannya antara lain: pengetahuan, kemampuan dan sikap. Sedangkan Penempatan pegawai menurut ayat al-Qur’an dan Hadits meliputi: pengetahuan, kemampuan/ keahlian, tidak meminta jabatan (Hadits), kuat, satu kalangan/golongan, etos kerja tinggi, dan amanah.

Abstract

The implementation of premarital provision has been regulated in Director General of Islamic Community Guidance Regulation No. DJ.II/542 of 2013. This study discusses the effectiveness of premarital provision as a family resilience effort based on the concept of al-maṣlaḥah al-mursalah, especially at the KUA of the Kepulauan Riau Province. This study uses qualitative research methods in the form of field research. The approach used is empirical and juridical. The sources of data in this study are divided into two categories, namely primary and secondary. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this study show that the premarital training that took place at the KUA in the Kepulauan Riau Province has not been effective as an effort for family resilience. Based on al-maṣlaḥah al-mursalah, premarital provision is included in al-maṣlaḥah al-hajiyyah because it is not part of the pillars and conditions of marriage. Premarital training is actually very effective as an effort to maintain family resilience, because with premarital training, it makes perfection for the prospective bride and groom, namely to gain knowledge about marriage for the sake of creating a family sakinah, mawaddah, and warahmah.

Abstract

As the digital revolution continues to redefine global education, Islamic Higher Education (IHE) institutions in Indonesia face the dual challenge of integrating modern technology with traditional religious instruction. This study explores how digital learning environments can harmonize with Islamic pedagogical values to shape student satisfaction in online learning. Guided by Albert Bandura’s social cognitive theory, this research investigates the psychosocial and contextual factors influencing satisfaction and perceived learning outcomes among students in faith-based online education. A total of 3,270 undergraduate students from four IHE institutions participated in this study. Using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), we developed a novel integrative model that incorporates conventional online learning dimensions—such as teacher support, content adaptability, student interaction, and perceived ease of use—alongside embedded Islamic values. The analysis reveals that Islamic values are the most dominant factor influencing student satisfaction, surpassing even technological usability. Teacher support significantly enhances metacognitive skills, reinforces faith-based values, and increases overall satisfaction. Additionally, the availability of virtual laboratory resources and adaptive content was found to moderate the relationship between psychosocial factors and learning outcomes. This research contributes a faith-integrated theoretical framework for understanding online learning in religious educational settings, a relatively underexplored domain. It explains 72.8% of the variance in student satisfaction, offering robust insights for curriculum designers, educators, and policymakers aiming to optimize Islamic online education. The study opens new pathways for cross-cultural research at the intersection of technology, pedagogy, and religious values in digital learning environments.
