Abstract

This research is motivated to create a pleasant learning atmosphere or situation and create a productive learning process and change the teaching paradigm into learning, with this change the educational process into a process of how to learn together between teachers and learners and apply the right learning methods. Based on the results of the initial survey conducted by researchers showed that the quality of writing learning in Indonesian subjects in class XI students has not reached the minimum completion criteria (KKM) limit, this can be seen from the results of writing test scores that have not reached the target and the average grades of students obtained during the paragraph or essay writing test. In accordance with the development of science and technology have also emerged several new learning methods that are breakthroughs such as quantum writing methods in writing essays. This research uses action research methods focused on classroom situations, commonly known as classroom action research. Data collection techniques that are carried out include observations / observations, namely activities carried out by researchers and collaborators to observe students in Indonesian learning. As for the results of recapitulation of data or grades of students of grade XI IPA 3 in writing exposition essays using quantum writing models in cycle I obtained an average of 74 and cycle II obtains an average score of 79, with the minimum completion criteria specified by the basic competence of writing exposition which is 78. So the target of achievement of the goal in the writing skills of the exposition essay is 90% achieved or successful means that students are able to write well.

Abstract

This study examines the deixis phenomenon in the novel Si Anak Strong by Tere Liye by using a pragmatic study. One of the reasons the author examines the novel Si Anak Strong as the object of research, is because it has various forms of deixis and has its own characteristics, making it interesting to study. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, namely a description of a situation that takes place not only collecting data but also analyzing, interpreting, and concluding. Based on the results and discussion of research that has been carried out on data from sentences in the dialogue of Tere Liye's novel Si Anak Strong containing deixis, it is found that there are forms of person deixis, space/place deixis, and time deixis. In this regard, the researchers used the results of the research as teaching materials for learning Indonesian Language and Literature at the XII grade high school level by referring to the 2013 revised 2017 curriculum syllabus. In addition, the researchers used novels as teaching materials for Indonesian Language and Literature learning in high school from grade level. XII in improving language skills.

Abstract

Analysis of language errors is a process of investigating the use of language in both speech and writing. Analysis of language errors can be carried out by analyzing in the areas of refined spelling errors, word formation and choice errors, sentence construction errors, paragraph errors and discourse errors. The purpose of this study is to find out and describe language errors at the syntactic level in outdoor media in zone five Pandeglang district. In addition to the research objectives above, the authors also make efforts to find improvements so that they can obtain common understanding and views so as to avoid misinterpretation. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research was conducted based on observations of places with outdoor media in the Pandeglang district, namely the districts of Menes, Patia, Sukaresmi, Panimbang, and Labuan. Concrete steps in this research include collecting error samples, identifying errors, explaining errors, classifying types of errors, analyzing errors, and evaluating errors. As for the results obtained in general, there are errors in writing words in phrases, mistakes in writing foreign words in phrases, and ambiguity errors in phrases.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (a) jenis majas sindiran dan kritik sosial yang terdapat pada tayangan Somasi Deddy Corbuzier; (b) mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan hasil analisis gaya bahasa sindiran dan kritik sosial sebagai bahan ajar di SMA Fase F. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa frasa, klausa atau kalimat yang mengandung jenis-jenis majas sindiran dan kritik sosial dalam tayangan Somasi, dan data tambahan tangkap layar sebagai dokumen. Sumber data yang adalah tayangan Somasi Deddy Corbuzier edisi Januari sampai Februari 2024. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik simak dan catat menggunakan tabel bantu untuk mengklasifikasikan jenis-jenis majas sindiran dan kritik sosial. Analisis data melalui tahap deskripsi data, klasifikasi data, analisi data, interpretasi data dan evaluasi data. Hasil analisis didapatkan lima jenis majas sindiran yaitu ironi, sinisme, sarkasme, satire, innuendo, dan lima jenis kritik sosial yaitu politik, norma, moral, etika, budaya. Hasil analisis dapat diimplementasikan sebagai alternatif bahan ajar bahasa Indonesia di tingkat SMA fase F pada materi debat dengan domain keterampilan berbicara, dengan tujuan peserta didik mampu menyampaikan pendapat dengan logis dan kritis melalui kegiatan debat dengan menanamkan sikap saling menghormati dan menghargai pendapat orang lain. Kontribusi penelitian ini dalam pemanfaatan platform YouTube dapat dijadikan sumber bahan ajar inovatif karena mudah diakses, konten bervariatif, dan paling banyak diminati masyarakat terutama Gen Z. Simpulan dari penelitian, tayangan Somasi membantu mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan literasi peserta didik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of diction and style of language in Bantenese folk song lyrics and explore their use in literature learning at the Junior High School (SMP) level. The specific objectives of this study are: (1) to describe the use of diction in Bantenese folk song lyrics, (2) to describe the use of style of language in Bantenese folk song lyrics, and (3) to describe the use of elements of diction and style of language in literature learning at SMP. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with text analysis techniques to identify and categorize the use of diction and style of language in Bantenese folk song lyrics. The results of the study indicate that Bantenese folk song lyrics are rich in distinctive diction that reflects local cultural values, as well as diverse styles of language such as personification, metaphor, and repetition. In addition, the results of the analysis indicate that these linguistic elements can be utilized effectively in literature learning at SMP, especially to increase students' appreciation of literary works based on local culture. This study recommends the integration of folk song lyrics into learning materials as an effort to preserve culture while strengthening students' language competence.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of differentiated learning using the discovery learning model in Indonesian language subjects with the theme of local wisdom in the culinary field in each city or region in Banten Province. The research approach and method determined is qualitative description with the aim of describing and explaining the phenomena that are occurring in detail. The research results show that there are positive changes for both teachers and students when implementing differentiated learning. This can be proven by: 1) the emergence of teacher innovation and creativity in preparing learning, 2) being able to map students' abilities based on learning styles, learning readiness and learning environment by carrying out cognitive diagnostics through website-based applications. 3) obtain a thorough understanding of the material mastered by students even though the presentation of the content is different in each group. 4) increased self-confidence, motivation and collaboration have proven that students play an active role in learning so that the development of the Pancasila Learner Profile has emerged. 5) creating good cooperation between teachers and students

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan jenis tindak tutur asertif dan ekspresif dalam tayangan debat calon gubernur dan wakil gubernur Pilkada Banten 2024 serta menjelaskan pemanfaatannya sebagai bahan ajar Bahasa Indonesia di SMA. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan data berupa tuturan lisan yang mengandung tindak tutur asertif dan ekspresif. Sumber data berasal dari tiga tayangan debat Pilkada Banten 2024 yang diunggah di YouTube oleh Kompas TV, Metro TV, dan Metro TV Jabar dan Banten. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik simak dan catat, kemudian dianalisis melalui tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan enam jenis tindak tutur asertif, yaitu menyatakan, mengusulkan, mengeluh, membual, mengemukakan pendapat, dan melaporkan; serta lima jenis tindak tutur ekspresif, yaitu memuji, mengucapkan selamat, berterima kasih, meminta maaf, dan mengkritik. Hasil analisis dapat diimplementasikan sebagai bahan ajar materi debat pada fase E karena bersifat kontekstual, mudah diakses, dan relevan dengan perkembangan digital. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa tayangan debat dapat mendukung pengembangan keterampilan berbicara, berpikir kritis, dan literasi digital peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginventarisasi cerita rakyat di kabupaten pandeglang sebagai upaya pelestarian yang pada akhirnya menjadi kumpulan cerita rakyat berbentuk buku cerita serta pemanfaatannya sebagai bahan pembelajaran apresiasi sastra. Penelitian ini terdiri atas tiga tahap yaitu tahap prapenelitian, tahap penelitian, dan tahap pengelolaan data.Tahap prapenelitian digunakan untuk membuat rancangan mengenai berapa dan cerita apa yang akan diteliti. Tahap penelitian menggunakan dua cara, pertama langsung melakukan observasi ke seulurh wilayah Kabupaten Pandeglang dan cara kedua adalah dengan menggunakan teknik studi pustaka. Teknik pustaka dilakukan untuk mencari informasi dan sumber pustaka resmi, seperti Perpustakaan Daerah dan perpustakaan perguruan tinggi di Banten. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori dunia foklor dan cerita rakyat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan model inventarisasi sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analitik. Hasil penelitian pelestarian cerita rakyat di Kabupaten Pandeglang adalah kumpulan cerita rakyat di Kabupaten Pandeglang yang berisi empatbelas cerita rakyat yaitu Cerita Rakyat Pangeran Pandeglang dan Putri Cadarasi,, Legenda Tanjung Lesung, Cerita Rakyat Batu Tulis Citaman, Cerita Rakyat Syekh Maulana Mansyurudin Cikadueun. Cerita Rakyat Prasasti Batu Tulis Munjul, Cerita Rakyat Sungai Cisajir, Cerita rakyat Asal Mula Desa Mekarjaya Kec Cikedal, Cerita Rakyat Regen Boncel Caringin, Cerita Rakyat Situ Cikedal, Cerita Rakyat Ki Mintul dan Nyi Mintul, Cerita Rakyat Ki Ipuh Raja Buhaya Ti Ciliman, Cerita Rakyat Nyi Jompong, Cerita Rakyat Leuwi Lamot dan Belut Raksasa dan Cerita Rakyat Sumur Cidewata. Kumpulan cerita rakyat tersebut digunakan sebagai bahan pembelajaran apresiasi sastra untuk semua jenjang pendidikan seperti SMP, SMA bahkan Perguruan Tinggi serta bahan bacaan untuk para akademisi dan masyarakat umum lainnya di Kabupaten Pandeglang pada khususnya dan Banten serta Indonesia pada umumnya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the values of nationalism and the use of deixis in the film Buya Hamka Vol. 1 directed by Alim Sudio, as well as to explore its potential as learning material in Indonesian language classes at junior high school. Nationalism is reflected through characters’ attitudes, behaviors, and dialogues that emphasize patriotism, unity, and cultural appreciation. Meanwhile, deixis is observed as an important linguistic aspect in understanding the context of communication between characters. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method with data collected through documentation and note-taking techniques. The findings indicate that the film contains various forms of nationalism values, such as love for the homeland, unity, religiosity, and willingness to sacrifice for the nation. In addition, the film presents different types of deixis, including personal, spatial, temporal, and social deixis, which function to clarify the meaning of dialogues and strengthen the narrative. The integration of nationalism values and deixis analysis in the film can be utilized as teaching material in Indonesian language learning, particularly in developing students’ character and linguistic competence. This research highlights that films with historical and cultural contexts, such as Buya Hamka Vol. 1, are not only entertaining but also educational, providing meaningful contributions to both language learning and character education in schools.

Abstract

Lagu daerah merupakan bagian dari sastra lisan yang tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai hiburan, tetapi juga sebagai media penyampaian makna bahasa dan nilai-nilai kehidupan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan makna kata dan nilai moral dalam kumpulan lagu daerah Banten serta menganalisis pemanfaatannya sebagai bahan ajar Bahasa Indonesia di SMP. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode dokumentasi dan teknik baca-catat terhadap teks lirik 21 lagu daerah Banten. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil yang ditemukan meliputi makna leksikal, gramatikal, referensial, nonreferensial, denotatif, konotatif, konseptual, asosiatif, idiomatikal, dan peribahasa, sedangkan nilai moral mencakup nilai ketuhanan, sosial, individual, universal, serta hukum dan keadilan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa lagu daerah Banten tidak hanya mencerminkan kekayaan linguistik, tetapi juga mengandung nilai moral yang relevan dengan kehidupan masyarakat. Selain itu, lagu daerah memiliki potensi pedagogis sebagai bahan ajar kontekstual dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia karena dapat meningkatkan pemahaman makna bahasa, menanamkan nilai moral, serta memperkuat identitas budaya peserta didik. Dengan demikian, pemanfaatan lagu daerah dalam pembelajaran dapat menjadi alternatif inovatif yang sejalan dengan prinsip pembelajaran kontekstual dalam Kurikulum Merdeka.
