Abstract

Literasi digital adalah salah satu inovasi pengetahuan dan kecakapan dalam menggunakan mediadigital, alat komunikasi, atau jaringan secara tepat dan bijak, yang sangat bermanfaat padapembelajaran di masa Covid-19 saat ini. Literasi digital dapat memberikan nilai lebih terhadappeningkatan kompetensi tutor PKBM sebagai tenaga pendidik yang akan mengembangkan potensipeserta didik secara maksimal. Untuk itu diperlukan kegiatan pelatihan literasi digital bagi TutorPKBM se-Bandung Raya. Latar belakang perlunya diselenggarakan pelatihan literasi digitaldiantaranya: pertama, Tutor PKBM di wilayah Bandung Raya umumnya direkrut dari tokohmasyarakat sekitar maupun tutor dengan kualifikasi akademik yang kurang relevan dengan bidangkeilmuan yang diajarkannya. Kedua, metode dan variasi pembelajaran yang relatif kurang inovatif.Ketiga, keterampilan literasi digital belum dikenal banyak dan dipelajari secara konsisten oleh paraTutor. Solusi atas permasalahan tersebut adalah melalui pelatihan literasi digital untuk para TutorPKBM di Wilayah Bandung Raya. Tujuan akhir pelatihan literasi digital adalah peningkatankompetensi Tutor PKBM di Wilayah Bandung Raya dan mengembangkan media podcastpembelajaran, sehingga proses pembelajaran pada program kesetaraan di masa pandemi lebihinovatif, kreatif dan dapat meningkatkan proses dan mutu pembelajaran.

Abstract

Keberhasilan usaha kecil tergantung pada kemampuan dinamis, karena memberikan peluang untuk tetap kompetitif dan berkinerja baik di lingkungan bisnis yang dinamis. Menerapkan pandangan kemampuan dinamis, penelitian ini menyelidiki peran kapasitas penyerapan dan kewirausahaan perusahaan. Sejumlah 121 data responden dapat dikumpulkan dari usaha sektor manufaktur skala kecil dengan metode convenience sampling. Hipotesis penelitian telah dianalisis melalui metode persamaan struktural dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak AMOS. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa infrastruktur teknologi informasi (TI) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kapasitas penyerapan dan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kewirausahaan perusahaan. Sedangkan kapasitas penyerapan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan dan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kewirausahaan perusahaan. Usaha kecil skala kecil tidak dapat selalu mengikuti perubahan infrastruktur TI yang cepat. Hal ini disebabkan oleh keterbatasan finansial yang dimiliki. Kapasitas penyerapan pada studi ini tidak dapat menjembatani kesenjangan pengetahuan untuk kewirausahaan perusahaan, kurangnya inisiatif para pengusaha usaha kecil sektor kecil untuk menciptakan suatu inovasi yang mengakibatkan lemahnya pengetahuan eksternal sebagai input infrastruktur TI yang canggih.

Abstract

This study discusses "Edupreneurship-based Community Empowerment through Cucumber Food Creations" conducted by researchers in Cirawamekar Village, Cipatat District, West Bandung Regency. This study aims to explain how edupreneurship-based community empowerment is carried out by a student team from the Pendidikan Masyarakat UPI Laboratory through a Holistic Village Development and Empowerment Program grant (PHP2D) funded by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. This study uses qualitative methods, data collected by interview, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that community empowerment programs can run well if community participation is built, so that it has an impact on people's skills and income. The environment is an asset that can be utilized, so that it will create local wisdom products that have a selling value. Cucumber chips processed food product, as a creative product of an empowerment program that can be an alternative income if the price of cucumber drops.

Abstract

Prenatal stimulation is an adult's conscious effort to develop all of each person's potential to develop optimally, in sync with the development of each child. Ideally both parent and mother can implement child stimulation within the womb. However, parents have been found to have a roadblock to application of prenatal stimulation, a lack of family social support. Benefits derived, along with parents knowing information related to stimulating children in prenatal times, parents may also become cadres that can eventually cross one another. A common goal in this study is to analyze the behavior of core family members in stimulating the development of children made by both father and mother. The study used a quantitative descriptive method using the survey method using a targeted sample of 150 domestic heads (KK). Research indicates that most parents have prenatal child stimulation behaviors, especially with 100% or total parental physical stimulation. Much of the behavior that has been done is religious and immoral by 97%, mothers' health stimulation by 80%, 61% cognitive stimulation, and a small percentage go through art of 41%. The medical condition of an expectant mother is affected by the emotional social condition of 59% of cravings and stress.

Abstract

The use of ICT in education has evolved into distance education management in the field of training, it aims to provide the widest possible access to education and training for trainees who do not have the opportunity to attend face-to-face education due to various problems. Based on Dapodik data, most playschool educators or teachers in Indonesia do not have an educational background that can support their competence. Thus, education and training services are one of the efforts that can be made to encourage the improvement of the competence of playschool educators. Through e-training with a blended approach, it is expected to be a solution because it has advantages including 1) affordable and efficient costs; 2) unlimited quota; 3) can be accessed via the internet; 4) flexible time. The approach taken is a qualitative research approach with a descriptive method using purposive sampling technique which representing training activities in Bogor Regency, Karang Regency, and Bekasi Regency, West Java, Indonesia. The results of the research on the application of e-training with a blended approach for playschool educators show a new model in the implementation of learning, namely combining face-to-face learning with online. Adaptation to e-training with a blended approach must be carried out following the changes and developments of an increasingly rapid era without compromising the objectives and learning outcomes in the training program.

Abstract

Implementation of learning at the Community Learning Center (PKBM) during the Covid 19 pandemic faced challenges, this was due to the diversity of backgrounds of students in PKBM. The majority of students in PKBM are adults, due to the nature of PKBM which is flexible and oriented to community needs. The use of applications in learning during a pandemic is an option that must be used. However, adults who were born as digital immigrants need to adapt to this new technology. This research was carried out by applying a quantitative approach, using a survey method, namely research examining large and small populations (universe) by selecting and studying selected samples from that population, so as to find the relative incidence, distribution, and interrelation of variables and located in the city Bandung. Data collection through observation, interviews, documentation studies, and questionnaires. The population of this study amounted to 77 PKBM institutions, obtained a sample with the slovin formula totaling 43 PKBM institutions, with a total of 200 PKBM students representing each institution. The results of the study show that the most widely used learning media is WhatsApp, The use of the whatsapp application is more applicable and familiar how to use it.

Abstract

Masih terdapat beberapa UMKM di Kabupaten Kuningan yang belum memiliki legalitas atau izin usaha, serta menimbulkan dampak menurunnya terhadap akses pasar dan pertumbuhan usahanya. Namun, penerapan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) melalui Online Single Submittion (OSS) seringkali masih menjadi kendala bagi pelaku usaha, terutama pelaku UMKM yang kurang memahami proses dan persyaratan yang diperlukan. Tujuannya pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan solusi melalui bimbingan teknis mengenai pengelolaan dan pembuatan NIB berbasis OSS. Metode implementasi melibatkan 40 pelaku UMKM yang merupakan binaan Rumah Pintar Provinsi Jawa Barat, dengan kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Kamis, 3 Agustus 2023, di Graha Wisesa, Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Kuningan. Metode bimbingan teknis, melalui tahap perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi diterapkan untuk mengoptimalkan pemahaman mengurus NIB dan izin usaha melalui platform OSS. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman para pelaku UMKM tentang pentingnya NIB, memperluas akses pasar, dan mengurangi hambatan birokrasi. Program inimengurangi rintangan birokrasi, membuka peluang pasar yang lebih luas, serta meningkatkan kredibilitas dan potensi pertumbuhan UMKM di wilayah Kabupaten Kuningan.
