Abstract

Perkembangan Pendidikan Dasar di Indonesia masih banyak yang perlu dibenahi, seperti kekurangan jumlah dan kualitas Guru. Peran dan fungsi guru dalam mencerdaskan siswa sangat dominan dan menentukan, serta mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat besar terhadap perkembangan dan pertumbuhan kualitas pendidikan. Pendidikan yang berkualitas juga ditentukan oleh kreativitas guru untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Karena siswa terkadang bosan dan jenuh dengan pelajaran yang tetap dan selalu sama.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja bentuk kreativitas guru di MIN 8 Aceh Barat dalam menumbuhkan minat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kreatifitas guru di MIN 8 Aceh Barat dalam menumbuhkan minat belajar siswa terdiri dari: Penggunaan media belajar yang kreatif seperti media audio, audio visual, media kartu kata dan media gambar, Penggunaan strategi mengajar kreatif dan bervariasi seperti diskusi, kelompok, ceramah, tanya jawab, penugasan dan strategi Reading Aloud, Pengelolaan kelas yang kreatif seperti formasi leter-U dan berkelompok. Sementara penerapan kreatifitas guru diterima dengan baik. Dengan kata lain Secara keseluruhan penerapan kreatifitas guru mendapatkan respon dari siswa, dan menumbuhkan minat belajar siswa.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low motivation to learn in mathematics. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a change in students' learning motivation after the application of the Course Review Horay learning model. This study used a pre-experimental approach, which the samples were students of class III MIN 8 West Aceh, totaling 37 students of class III-A. The instruments used are questionnaires, observation guidelines and documentation. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire. While the data analysis was carried out by comparative descriptive analysis with SPSS. The results obtained before the application of the Course Review Horay learning model there were 21 students with low motivation, 13 students with moderate motivation and 3 students with high motivation with an average score of 36.34. After the application of the Course Review Horay learning model, there were no students with low motivation, 3 students with moderate motivation and 34 students with high motivation with an average score of 68.8. It can be concluded that there is a change in learning motivation after the application of the Course Review Horay learning model

Abstract

This paper examines the role of parents as a source of character education for early childhood. This study was conducted using the library research method. The results of this study indicate that the role of parents is a determining factor for children's development, both physically and mentally, is the role of both parents as the first and main educators for children who are born until they are adults. In the process of forming knowledge, various parenting styles conveyed by parents are very important. Education in the family plays a very important role in developing the character, personality, cultural values, religious and moral values ​​, and simple skills of children. The role of parents in influencing the character of children is no longer borne by the mother only. The role of the father in shaping the character of the child is very large. Fathers are still obliged to participate in maintaining interactions with their children, such as inviting them to talk, joke, and play.

Abstract

Student learning outcomes can be used as a benchmark to assess whether a school's education is successful. While learning outcomes are influenced by various factors, one of which is the provision of feedback by an educator in the learning process. An educator does this to create a fun and interesting classroom environment so that students can hone their creativity in thinking, which will impact increasing student learning outcomes. The results of this study concluded that there was an effect of providing feedback on student learning outcomes. This is evident from hypothesis testing using the regression formula obtained results of 0.35. So in this study, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, and (Ho) is rejected, with a low level of relationship. Then, look for the effect of providing feedback using the simple regression formula with the result y = 0.066 + 0.298x in influencing student learning outcomes. Furthermore, from the calculation of the coefficient of determination for the effect of giving feedback, it has a contribution or influence of 1.26%. Then the rest is influenced by other factors, such as internal and external factors. Based on the explanation above, it can be concluded that the effect of providing feedback on student learning outcomes is low.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa Kelas II di MIN 8 Aceh Barat, untuk mengetahui kendala yang terdapat dalam peningkatan model pembelajaran teams games tournament (TGT) terhadap pemahaman siswa Kelas II di MIN 8 Aceh Barat. Metode penelitian dengan deskripstif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian yaitu warga sekolah yang meliputi; kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa MIN 8 Aceh Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, tes, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data adalah dengan menelaah seluruh data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menerangkan bahwa implementasi model pembelajaran teams games tournament (TGT) terhadap peningkatan pemahaman siswa Kelas II di MIN 8 Aceh Barat dilihat dari hasil pretes menunjukkan sebanyak 4 siswa yang mencapai kategori cukup, ada 30 siswa masuk kategori kurang dalam pemahaman dengan tingkat ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 46,76%. Data ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman siswa belum memenuhi batas tuntas yang ditetapkan. Dengan demikian pada pretes ini pemahaman siswa dapat dikatakan belum mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Hasil postest menunjukkan sebanyak 29 siswa yang mencapai kategori tuntas, ada 5 siswa yang belum tuntas dengan jumlah 2.690 dengan tingkat ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 79,11%. Kendala yang terdapat dalam peningkatan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) terhadap pemahaman siswa Kelas II di MIN 8 Aceh Barat dilihat dari siswa berjumlah banyak, sehingga siswa bising dan ribut sehingga guru harus banyak bicara dengan siswa diberikan nasehat-nasehat selalu agar guru dapat menerapkan model pembelajaran teams games tournament dengan baik.

Abstract

This article discusses the urgency of developing vocational education in Madrasah Aliyah in Indonesia, especially in Aceh Province, which is facing the challenges of the Industry 4.0 era. Indonesia has great potential in natural resources and cultural diversity, but it needs quality and globally competitive human resources to optimize it. Despite Indonesia's great economic potential, the quality of human resources is still an issue. The government has responded to this issue with policies, including improving Madrasah Aliyah Plus Skills. This research is field research using a descriptive qualitative method. This research was conducted on all Madrasah Aliyah plus skills in the Aceh Province area: MAN 3 Banda Aceh City, MAN 1 North Aceh, MAS Seunuddon, and MAN 1 Langsa City. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and document review. The informants in this research include Madrasah Heads, Teachers or Vocational Instructors, Instructor Assistants, Curriculum Officers, and students. The data analysis includes data reduction activities, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The implementation of Vocational education in Madrasah Aliyah plus skills requires substantial support, especially in the development of a curriculum that follows industry needs. The main challenge of Madrasah Aliyah Plus Skills is to ensure that the curriculum is relevant to the needs of the local industry. The Teaching Factory has been implemented to train students with practical skills needed in the world of work. The importance of strengthening partnerships with the business world and industry was also highlighted to provide job opportunities for graduates. Improving the quality of vocational education at Madrasah Aliyah Plus Skills in Aceh not only provides benefits for students but also for regional and national economic growth.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the role and obstacles faced by the Aceh ICT Volunteer group in increasing the digital literacy of the Acehnese people. Data collection in this research was carried out using a qualitative approach with information sources obtained from the Aceh ICT Volunteer group using interview techniques, as well as making observations. directly at several Saweu Gampong activities which are activities that are often carried out by the Aceh ICT Volunteer group in an effort to increase community digital literacy. Documentation studies were also carried out to obtain more sources of information. In this research, the triangulation method was also used to obtain the reliability of the data that will be used as research results later. The results of the research that has been carried out find that the role of Aceh ICT Volunteers is quite good with saweu gampong activities, but more massive promotion using social media is needed to increase public interest, while the obstacle faced is that the digital gap in the Aceh province region is still large which has a decreasing impact. Abstract

The Islamic economic system gives individuals freedom in economics. Encourage individuals to work and not deny individual ownership of the world's property. But on the other hand, Islam invites individuals to love and love their fellow Muslim brothers and include them for the gift of their wealth. The term HARTA, or al-mal in the Qur'an or Sunnah is not limited in the scope of a certain meaning, so the understanding of al-Mal is very broad and always evolving. The criteria of property according to fiqh experts consist of: first, it has an element of economic value. Second, the element of benefits or services obtained from an item. Islamic view of property can be described as follows: 1), The Absolute Owner of everything on the earth is ALLAH SWT. 2), the status of human property is as follows: a. property as a trust (deposit) from Allah SWT. Man is only a trustee because he is not able to hold things from nothing. b. Treasure as a living adornment that allows man to enjoy it well and not excess. 3), Ownership of property can be done through efforts ('deeds) or livelihoods (Ma'isyah) that are lawful and in accordance with the rules of God. 4) it is forbidden to seek property, try or work that forgets death, 5): it is forbidden to pursue illegal business.

Abstract

Mobile banking merupakan salah satu jenis pelayanan perbankan pada Bank BSI. Banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi preferensi nasabah dalam menggunakan layanan BSI mobile diantara kemudahan dan keamanan dalam bertransaksi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar faktor kemudahan dan keamanan mempengaruhi prefensi nasabah BSI Kabupaten Aceh Barat menggunakan BSI mobile. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan, sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 orang nasabah BSI, pengumpulan data dengan angket analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemudahan (X1) diperoleh probabilitas Sig sebesar 0,025. Nilai Sig < 0,05 (0,025 < 0,05), thitung sebesar 2,275 atau lebih besar dibandingkan dengan ttabel yaitu 1,66071 yang berati secara parsial kemudahan dalam bertransaksi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap preferensi nasabah BSI Aceh Barat menggunakan mobile banking. Variabel keamanan (X2) diperoleh probabilitas Sig sebesar 0,000. Nilai Sig < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) dan hasil thitung yakni 3,863 atau lebih besar dibandingkan dengan ttabel yaitu 1,66071 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa keamanan dalam bertransaksi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap preferensi nasabah BSI Aceh Barat menggunakan mobile banking. Hasil uji F pada tabel Anova diperoleh nilai probabilitas (Sig) sebesar 0,000 atau lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan nilai Fhitung sebesar 49,985 atau lebih besar dari Ftabel (49,985 > 3,09), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor kemudahan (X1) dan keamanan dalam bertransaksi (X2) secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap preferensi nasabah BSI Aceh Barat menggunakan mobile banking (Y). Pengaruh tersebut mencapai 50,8% (nilai R Square pada tabel model summary sebesar 0,508).

Abstract

Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Aceh Barat merupakan salah satu sekolah yang banyak diminati oleh para siswa, sehingga para staff tenaga kependidikan sangat membutuhkan fasilitas kerja yang memadai untuk mendukung kelancaran administrasi. Namun ketersediaan fasilitas kerja untuk menunjang kinerja tenaga kependidikan di sekolah tersebut masih kurang, sehingga kepala sekolah harus mengupayakan kelengkapan fasilitas kerja tenaga kependidikan. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepala madrasah dalam memenuhi fasilitas kerja tenaga kependidikan dan mengetahui cara tenaga kependidikan dalam memanfaatkan fasilitas yang sudah ada. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Subjek dalam penelitian ini antara lain kepala madrasah, kepala TU, staff TU, bendahara, dan operator. Penelitian ini berlokasi di MAN 2 Aceh Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, kepala madrasah berupaya melakukan kegiatan perencanaan, pengadaan, dan pengawasan terhadap fasilitas kerja tenaga kependidikan di MAN 2 Aceh Barat. Kedua, tenaga kependidikan menggunakan fasilitas kerja dengan sangat baik, melakukan perawatan fasilitas kerja dilakukan secara berkala. Kemudian kepala madrasah dibantu oleh Kepala Bagian Tata Usaha melakukan monitoring (pengawasan) terhadap alat-alat yang tidak lagi berkerja maksimal dan melakukan upgrade terhadap alat-alat komputer supaya performa dapat berfungsi secara maksimal.
