Abstract

Human resource management is one of the important factors in an agency. In order to achieve its goals, it requires quality human resources who are competent and qualified and consistent in every job. This research aims to determine the influence of work ethic and work enthusiasm on the work effectiveness of employees at the Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD) of Kediri city. The sample in this study was 70 respondents consisting of civil servants and honorary employees. The tool for testing this research is using SPSS 25. Using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. By using multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test, the results of this research are that work ethic has a significant effect on work effectiveness with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, work enthusiasm has a significant effect on work effectiveness with a sig value of 0.043 < 0.05. Work ethic and work spirit have a joint and significant effect on work effectiveness with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel digital marketing (X1) dan kepercayaan pelanggan (X2) terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) pada Larissa Aesthetic Center. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian diperoleh sebanyak 92 responden pada Larissa Aesthetic Center. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Tehnik analisis yang digunakan yaitu Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis regresi linier berganda, Uji t, Uji F dan Uji koefisien Determinasi. Dari hasil yang dilakukan pada penelitian menunjukan variabel digital marketing (X1) dan kepercayaan pelanggan (X2) terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) pada Larissa Aesthetic Center Hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi linier berganda Y= 15.466 + 0,234X1 + 0,304X2 dan hasil Uji t variabel digital marketing berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan hasil sig 0,000 < 0,05. Kepercayaan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan hasil nilai sig. 0,003 > 0,05. Hasil uji F diperoleh hasil Fhitung dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa digital marketing dan Kepercayaan pelanggan berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Larissa Aesthetic Center.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance at Prisma Billiard Kediri. The background of this study is based on the importance of employees' role in determining organizational success, especially in the service sector, which is highly dependent on human resource performance. In addition, inconsistencies were found in the results of previous studies regarding the influence of these variables on employee performance, so further studies are needed. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with data collection methods through questionnaires, direct field observations, interviews with relevant parties, and documentation. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling method, namely the entire population of 36 employees was used as the research sample. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the analysis indicate that the variables of work discipline and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. This means that the higher the level of discipline and the better the work environment, the employee performance tends to increase. Conversely, work motivation in this study showed a negative influence on performance, indicating that the current motivation is not aligned with the goals and expectations of employees. Simultaneously, these three variables were proven to have a significant influence on employee performance. These findings imply that management needs to pay more attention to establishing a culture of discipline and creating a conducive work environment, as well as evaluating approaches to motivating employees.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the motivation to analyze the impact of product innovation, word-of-mouth (WOM), and social media marketing on purchasing decisions at one of the English language courses located in Kampung Inggris, Pare, Kediri, namely Global English. In the digital era and increasingly fierce competition among non-formal educational institutions, understanding the factors that influence purchasing decisions is very important. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method via Google Form, which was distributed to active students at the institution. The research instrument, a closed questionnaire, was designed to measure students' perceptions of the product innovation offered, the influence of word-of-mouth communication, and the effectiveness of marketing strategies through social media. The analysis results show that product innovation has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, particularly in terms of offering new programs that are in line with market needs, such as the "Studycation" program that combines learning and recreation. Word-of-mouth has also been shown to play an important role in building trust among potential consumers through positive experiences from previous users. In addition, social media marketing makes a real contribution to reaching a wider audience, increasing interaction, and strengthening the institution's image in the public eye. These three variables, both partially and simultaneously, had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. These findings indicate that integrated, digital-based marketing strategies are key to attracting and retaining consumer interest in the informal education sector. This research is expected to serve as a reference for course providers and other educational institutions in designing innovative, efficient, and adaptive marketing strategies to address changing consumer behavior in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Produk (X1), Harga (X2) dan Kualitas Pelayanan (X3) terhadap loyalitas Pelanggan pada Rocket chicken Dlopo Kediri.  Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Kuantitatif yang diolah dengan metode statistik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Pengambilan sampel menngunakan Purposive sampling, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 104 responen. data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui kuisioner, studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu regresi linear berganda dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji t, uji f dan Koefisien determinasi R2. asil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kualitas produk, harga, dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dibuktikan melalui hasil uji-F dengan nilai F-hitung sebesar 39,801 > F-tabel 3,09 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Secara parsial, variabel harga (X2) dan kualitas pelayanan (X3) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai t-hitung masing-masing sebesar 3,824 dan 3,154 (lebih besar dari t-tabel 1,984), serta signifikansi 0,000 dan 0,002 (< 0,05). Sebaliknya, variabel kualitas produk (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan, dengan nilai t-hitung 1,203 dan signifikansi 0,232 (> 0,05). Model regresi yang diperoleh adalah Y = 3,610 + 0,125X1 + 0,298X2 + 0,343X3 + e. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,544 menunjukkan bahwa 54,4% variasi loyalitas pelanggan dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel independen tersebut, sedangkan sisanya 45,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model. Seluruh instrumen penelitian dinyatakan valid (nilai signifikansi < 0,05) dan reliabel (nilai Cronbach’s Alpha > 0,7), menjadikan hasil penelitian ini layak dijadikan rujukan untuk perbaikan strategi pemasaran.

Abstract

The national sugar industry faces a significant challenge due to its heavy reliance on imports, making the continuity of sugarcane supply from farmers to sugar mills a critical factor. This study aims to analyze the effect of sugarcane purchase price, service quality, and corporate reputation on farmers’ decisions to sell sugarcane to PT. Sinergi Gula Nusantara (PG Ngadiredjo), Kediri Regency. The research employed a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. The sample was determined using purposive sampling, involving 33 farmers as respondents, and the data were analyzed through multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that the purchase price of sugarcane has a significant but negative effect on selling decisions, whereas service quality and corporate reputation exert a positive and significant influence. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly affect selling decisions, contributing 42.3%, while the remaining variance is explained by other factors beyond this study. These results highlight that farmer loyalty is not solely driven by price, but also by transparency in services and the company’s image. The implications of this research provide strategic recommendations for PG Ngadiredjo to review its pricing policies, improve service quality, and strengthen its reputation to sustain long-term partnerships with farmers.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Brand trust (X1), Taste (X2), and Product Innovation (X3) on Consumer Purchase Intention (Y) at CFC Stasiun Kediri. The research adopts a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires and processed using SPSS 25. The sample was determined using purposive sampling and the Hair et al. formula, resulting in a total of 105 respondents. The analytical techniques employed include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t-test, F-test, and Coefficient of Determination (R²). The results show that Brand trust has a significant effect on consumer purchase intention at CFC Stasiun Kediri with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Taste has a significant effect on consumer purchase intention with a significance value of 0.008 < 0.05. Product Innovation also has a significant effect on consumer purchase intention with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Furthermore, Brand trust, Taste, and Product Innovation simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer purchase intention at CFC Stasiun Kediri.

Abstract

In a agency, aspects of work morale, interpersonal communication and physical work environment will be found. This study aims to determine the role of work enthusiasm, interpersonal communication and physical work environment on employee perfomance at SMPN 1 Plemahan. This study uses quantitative methods, sampling in this study using saturated samples totaling 62 employees. Data analysis techniques used in this study are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple liniear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that 1) partially work enthusiasm has a positive and significant effect on employee perrfomance. 2) partially interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee perrfomance. 3) partially the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee perrfomance. 4) simultaneously work enthusiasm, interpersonal communication and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee perrfomance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the variables work enthusiasm (X1), competence (X2), and work discipline (X3) on work effectiveness (Y) at PT Happy Jaya Plastik. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. Sample selection used the saturated sampling method, the number of samples in the study was 60 respondents at PT Happy Jaya Plastik. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The results of the research obtained the multiple linear regression equation Y= 10.489 + 0.342X1 + 0.400X2 + 0.347X3 and the t test results of the variables work enthusiasm, competence and work discipline had a partially significant effect on work effectiveness with a sig < 0.05. The F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that work enthusiasm, competence and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on the work effectiveness of PT Happy Jaya Plastik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how customer satisfaction at the Honda Sinar Wijaya Motor Kediri dealer is impacted by factors such as location, pricing, and service quality. Quantitative research is what this kind of study is. Primary and secondary data are the methods of data collecting that are employed. At the Honda Sinar Wijaya Motor Kediri Dealer, 77 respondents provided samples for the study through the use of the incidental sampling technique. Literature reviews, interviews, and questionnaires were used to gather the research data. Multiple linear regression analysis is the method of analysis that is employed. The t-test of the service quality variable showed a significant partial influence on customer satisfaction with a sig result of 0.001 <0.05, and the study's multiple linear regression equation was Y = 19,414 + 0.375X1 + 0.521X2 + 0.291X3. With a sig value of 0.001>0.05, price has a strong partial impact on customer satisfaction. With a sig. value of 0.017>0.05, location has a strong partial impact on customer satisfaction. With a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, the F test yielded the F count result. According to the analysis's findings, customer satisfaction at the Honda Sinar Wijaya Motor Kediri Dealer is significantly impacted by pricing, location, and service quality all at the same time.
