Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the capitalization rate of luxurious houses in Sleman Regency, and its influential factors. This study will analyze the central tendency (mean) of capitalization rates for all housing areas and for each area. For the second objective, a few factors will be analyzedwhether they are statistically significant in influencing the luxurious house capitalization rates in the study areas. A few factors that will be analyzed are: the assessment of the building, lot size, location, and age of the building. This study uses cross section data only from the prime source through a stratified sampling over 5 areas of luxurious housing complexes in Sleman District: Bale Agung, Bale Hinggil, Pondok Permai Kaliurang, Hyarta and Pesona Merapi. The empirical result of this analysis shows that the mean value of the capitalization rate of luxurious houses in the study areas is. From the result of the regression analysis, it can be known which variables or factorsare statistically significant in influencing the capitalization rate of the luxurious houses in the study areas. The result shows us that the assessment of the building, lot size, location, and the age of the building are statistically significant in influencing the capitalization rates of luxurious houses in the study areas.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of gross regional domestic product (GRDP) which is influenced by the construction of basic service infrastructure, provincial roads, clean water, and hotels, lodging and restaurants in 35 districts and cities in Central Java Province in 2011-2017. Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) is the dependent variable, while the independent variable used is the amount of education infrastructure, the amount of health infrastructure, the length of the provincial highway, the amount of clean water infrastructure, and the number of hotels, lodging and restaurants using the Random Effect Model (REM) approach because selected as the most appropriate panel data regression model. The regression results partially state that the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) is significantly affected each with a positive direction by the amount of education infrastructure, the amount of health infrastructure, the length of the provincial highway, the amount of clean water infrastructure, and the number of hotels, lodging and restaurants.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Indonesia's real GDP, the area of Indonesian tobacco cultivation, and the quantity of Indonesian tobacco production on the quantity of Indonesian exports. This study uses Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) with time series data from 1975 to 2018 as its analytic tool. The information contained in this study was compiled from periodic reports published by organizations such as the Directorate General of Plantations and the World Bank between 1975 and 2018. The probability value for the number of exports should not exceed 5% if the test results for the short-term real GDP of Indonesia are positive and non-significant. Long-term, the amount of national tobacco production has a positive and significant effect on the quantity of tobacco exports from Indonesia. The long-term stability of the CUSUM and CUSUMQ test results for both analytical models

This study was undertaken from 2012 to 2017 to examine the association between population, Human Development Index (HDI), and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and poverty in the Kedu residence region. This study employs a regression method on panel data. Results indicated that population, HDI, and economic growth had a significant impact on the level of poverty in Kedu Residency. Meanwhile, the results of the F test indicate that the Population (JP), Human Development Index (HDI), and Economic Growth (GDP) variables have a significant impact on the Poverty Level simultaneously.
