Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, budaya oganisasi displin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Djohartex pada bagian produksi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain analitik observasional dan pendekatan cross-sectional dengan penentuan sampel 100 responden melalui teknik purposive samping. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuisioner kepada responden. Analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari uji F, uji T, dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan komitmen organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawanKata kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi dan Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Fiscal decentralization has been implemented since 2001 with the aim of providing greater capacity to the community for the services that the government provides to the community. This research aims to analyze the impact of education spending, GDP per capita, student to teacher ratio, number of schools on the average student test scores on the islands of Java and Bali in 2010-2019. This research uses panel data sourced from BPS, ministry of education and culture. The method used is the random effect model. From the test results, spending in the education sector has a significant effect on the average student test scores, the ratio of students per teacher, GDP per capita and the number of schools do not have a significant effect on the average test score. Overall, modelling with REM produces an value of 9.3 percent. The results of this research show that increasing average students test scores can be done by increasing spending on education.

Abstract

Low Back Pain (LBP) is a prevalent occupational health complaint among batik artisans, resulting from static and non-ergonomic work postures. However, awareness regarding prevention and early management remains low, as these complaints are often normalized. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of a targeted educational and practical training program on William Flexion Exercise in increasing knowledge about LBP prevention among batik artisans. The program applied a pre-experimental one-group pre-test post-test design involving 21 batik artisans. The intervention consisted of a socialization session on LBP and ergonomics, followed by a practical demonstration and training of the William Flexion Exercise. An increase in knowledge was measured using a questionnaire administered before and after the event. Data were analyzed using the non-parametric Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. The findings revealed an increase in the participants' mean knowledge score from 80.95 in the pre-test to 86.67 in the post-test. This increase was found to be statistically significant (W = 0.0; p = 0.031), with a large effect size (r = 0.88). The socialization and training program on the William Flexion Exercise was proven to be significantly effective in improving the knowledge of batik artisans regarding LBP prevention. The findings suggest that a community-based educational program incorporating practical exercise demonstration is a feasible and promising approach for increasing health knowledge. This model warrants further investigation in a larger controlled study.

Abstract

Abstrak Sebagian besar pengrajin batik di Desa Jarum, Bayat, Klaten masih mengandalkan pemasaran konvensional, seperti penjualan langsung dan promosi dari mulut ke mulut. Kondisi ini membatasi jangkauan pasar, sementara pemanfaatan platform digital seperti Instagram dan Shopee belum optimal karena keterbatasan waktu, literasi digital, serta faktor usia pengrajin.Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pemasaran digital pengrajin batik di Desa Jarum, Bayat, Klaten, yang masih dominan menggunakan metode konvensional. Tahapan pelaksanaan meliputi: (1) observasi dan wawancara awal dengan sepuluh pemilik batik untuk mengidentifikasi pola pemasaran dan kendala yang dihadapi, (2) sosialisasi bertema Pemasaran Berbasis IT yang membahas pemanfaatan media sosial, pembuatan konten promosi, serta pengenalan e-commerce, dan (3) evaluasi pasca kegiatan melalui wawancara lanjutan serta pembuatan konten digital. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai strategi pemasaran digital. Beberapa pengrajin mulai aktif menggunakan Instagram dan WhatsApp Business, serta menunjukkan minat untuk mengembangkan toko daring di Shopee. Selain itu, tim KKN membuat sembilan konten promosi batik yang dipublikasikan melalui akun TikTok @batikdi.jarum. Konten ini berhasil memperoleh 9.508 tayangan, 484 likes, 115 komentar, 19 saves, dan 306 shares, menandakan tingginya respons audiens terhadap produk batik lokal. Secara keseluruhan, program ini memberikan wawasan praktis, meningkatkan keterampilan digital, serta mendorong pengrajin batik untuk lebih percaya diri dalam memanfaatkan teknologi pemasaran. Digitalisasi pemasaran melalui media sosial terbukti efektif memperluas jangkauan pasar dan memperkuat daya saing UMKM batik Desa Jarum di era digital. Kata kunci: batik; digital marketing; TikTok; UMKM; Desa Jarum. Abstract Most batik artisans in Jarum Village, Bayat, Klaten still rely on conventional marketing methods, such as direct sales and word-of-mouth promotion. This condition limits market reach, while the use of digital platforms such as Instagram and Shopee remains suboptimal due to limited time, digital literacy, and the age factor of the artisans. This community service program aims to enhance the digital marketing skills of batik artisans in Jarum Village who predominantly use conventional methods. The implementation stages consisted of: (1) initial observation and interviews with ten batik owners to identify marketing patterns and existing challenges, (2) a socialization program on IT-Based Marketing that introduced the use of social media, promotional content creation, and e-commerce platforms, and (3) post-activity evaluation through follow-up interviews and the creation of digital content. The results showed an increase in participants’ understanding of digital marketing strategies. Several artisans began actively using Instagram and WhatsApp Business, and expressed interest in developing online shops on Shopee. In addition, the KKN team produced nine promotional batik contents published through the TikTok account @batikdi.jarum. These contents gained 9,508 views, 484 likes, 115 comments, 19 saves, and 306 shares, indicating a positive audience response to local batik products.Overall, this program provided practical insights, improved digital skills, and encouraged artisans to be more confident in utilizing digital marketing. Social media-based digitalization proved effective in expanding market reach and strengthening the competitiveness of Jarum Village’s batik MSMEs in the digital era. Keywords: batik; digital marketing; TikTok; MSMEs; Jarum Village.

Abstract

 AbstrakDesentralisasi fiskal dan pelaksanaan otonomi daerah meningkatkan kewenangan pemerintah daerah untuk meningkatkan pendapatan mereka dan melakukan fungsi alokatif dalam menetapkan prioritas pembangunan daerah. Desentralisasi fiskal dan pelaksanaan otonomi daerah diharapkan untuk meningkatkan kesetaraan perkembangan lokal, sesuai dengan motivasi pemerintah daerah untuk mengembangkan daerah mereka berdasarkan potensi khusus mereka.Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menguji pengaruh desentralisasi fiskal terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan inflasi di provinsi-provinsi di Indonesia. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, desentralisasi fiskal memiliki hubungan yang positif tetapi secara statistik tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan inflasi. Kedua, kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kata kunci: Desentralisasi fiskal, pertumbuhan ekonomi, inflasi, lapangan kerja. AbstractFiscal decentralization and implementation of local autonomy enhance authority of local governments to increase their income and to conduct allocative function in setting priority of local development.  Fiscal decentralization and implementation of local autonomy are expected to improve equality of local developments, in accordance with the motivation of local governments to develop their region based on their specific potentiality.This study is intended to examine the influence of fiscal decentralization on economic growth, and inflation in the provinces in Indonesia.  Data analysis is conducted using multiple regression.The results of this study indicate that,  fiscal decentralization has a positive relationship but statistically were not significant effect on economic growth and inflation. Abstract

The country's economic growth can be seen from the price of gross domestic product (GDP). Gross domestic product can be used as one of the benchmarks in fostering economic improvement from various sectors indirectly. Economic growth is stimulated through various factors, including import prices as well as changes in the price of the rupiah or the exchange rate of the rupiah. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of exports and imports on financial improvement in Indonesia. This research technique uses a quantitative approach. The records received in this observation are secondary records received from the World Bank in the form of time collection from 1989 to 2018. Data evaluation is carried out through more than one regression evaluation with the help of time series tools. Based on the results of the study that the exchange rate and import variables have a major effect on economic growth. Meanwhile, the export variable has a negative impact on economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine work discipline in the company, to determine the performance of employees at the company, to determine work discipline to the performance of employees in public services. The research method used is qualitative. The results of the research are employees who have a high level of discipline will obey all applicable regulations and will work with enthusiasm and perseverance even though the leadership does not carry out direct supervision. Discipline in carrying out duties and responsibilities in the workplace is very important and will have an impact on the performance and goals of the company in the future. The conditions experienced by employees are experiencing a decrease in employee performance, such as delays in employees coming to work at predetermined working hours and frequent absences of employees.

Abstract

In a company, employee performance is one of the determining components of company performance. The object used by researchers is a business that is currently popular, namely a coffee shop. As evidenced by the increase in coffee shops and domestic coffee consumption over the past three years. This study aims to analyze performance satisfaction and its impact on employees who work in coffee shops. This research uses a type of qualitative method research. The sampling technique used was a workman who worked at the coffee shop who was positioned as a barista. Sampling with respondents 2 barista employees from 4 baristas. Interviews are a means of analyzing the 2 baristas. The results of the study stated that compensation, benefits, promotions, awards and colleagues quite gave a good impression of employee engagement because in fact, according to employees who work at the coffee shop, they prioritize comfort and a relaxed environment. Employee attachment has a positive influence on employee performance. Because of the close attention and sense of family between the employee and the coffeshop owner. According to employees, this is what makes their performance better and to achieve their dreams and desires in the future. Hence, Berdikari Koffee set the system of working part time.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the short-term and long-term relationship of the number of workers, HDI, inflation and investment to economic growth in DKI Jakarta Province. The research method used is ECM using time series data with a time period of 1991-2020 or 30 years. The findings revealed that the number of workers does not affect the economic growth of the DKI Jakarta Province in the short term, but in the long term the number of workers has an effect on the economic growth of the DKI Jakarta Province. Likewise, HDI does not affect the economic growth of DKI Jakarta Province in the short term and long term. Inflation in the short term and long term does not affect the economic growth of DKI Jakarta Province. Meanwhile, investment affects the economic growth of DKI Jakarta Province both in the short and long term.

Abstract

Human Resources or commonly referred to as HR are individuals who are productive and contribute to an organization or company, where these individuals are important assets for a company. While the meaning of management is a process of planning and monitoring that exists in an organization to achieve the goals that have been set within the organization. In this study the author will discuss about Human Resource Management which is a plan in the supervision of HR in a company or other organization. This research aims to find out how the strategy of human resource management system can improve the quality of human resource management itself. This study explores Human Resource Management (HR) in increasing their knowledge of company or organization management. This study explores how the system used to collect and store data needed by an organization about HR activities and characteristics in improving knowledge management operations. The data was collected through a survey with a literature review. The results showed that HRM practice is an initiative in the process of improving the knowledge management strategy applied to the organization. Each HRM subcomponent influences the knowledge management component and we can conclude that HRM is highly influential and has a positive impact on the quality control process and vice versa in the work environment.
