Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the relation between learning of craft and entrepreneurship in theory of planned behavior (Ajzen, 1991) and further influence entrepreneur interest. The population of this research is on students of marketing program of SMK Negeri Kabupaten Boyolali with Smart PLS-3.0 analysis tool. Through the sampling formula Issac and Michael obtained as many as 175 student samples. Sampling is by proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The results of the analysis show that: learning of craft and entrepreneurship have positive effect on entrepreneurship interest through mediation by attitude toward behavior (ATB), subjective norm (SN), and perceived behavior control (PBC). The research is well used in the development of economic learning innovation especially on the subjects of craft and entrepreneurship

Abstract

Abstract: The objectives of this research are to investigate: (1) the direct effect of the work division on the employees? work effectiveness; (2) the direct effect of the work motivation on the employees? work effectiveness; (3) the direct effect of the cooperation ability on the employees? work effectiveness; (4) the indirect effect of the work division on the employees? work effectiveness through the cooperation ability; and (5) the indirect effect of the work motivation on the employees? work effectiveness through the cooperation ability at the Limited Liability Company of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Surakarta in 2012. his research used the quantitative research method. The population of the research was all of the employees of the Limited Liability Company of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Surakarta in 2012. The samples of the research were 53 employees or 25% of the total number of employees of the company, and they were taken by using the proportional random sampling technique. The data of the research were gathered through questionnaire supported by documentation method. The data of the research were analyzed by using the path analysis with the computer program of SPSS 17. The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a significant and positive direct effect of the work division on the employees? work effectiveness as indicated by the value of ? YX1 = beta = 0.356 with the probability (sig) = 0.003; (2) there is a positive and significant direct effect of the work motivation on the employees? work effectiveness as shown by the value of ? YX2 = beta = 0.342 with the probability (sig) = 0.003; (3) there is a positive and significant direct effect of the cooperation ability on the employees? work effectiveness as pointed out by the value of ? YX3 = beta = 0.240 with the probability (sig) = 0.046; (4) there is a positive and significant indirect effect of the work division on the employees? work effectiveness through the cooperation ability as suggested by the value of ? X3X1 . ? YX3 = (0.308) . (0.240) = 0. 074; and (5) there is a positive and significant indirect effect of the work motivation on the employees? work effectiveness through the cooperation ability as specified by the value of ? Abstract

The purpose of this study is, 1) to determine the use of facebook as a medium supporting distance learning course on Introduction to Anthropology on program Sociology Anthropology of Education Program in 2012, 2) To know the benefits of facebook as a medium supporting distance learning course on Introduction to Anthropology Education Program Sociology Anthropology in 2012, 3) To determine the barriers and the efforts to handle the media supporting distance learning course on Introduction to Anthropology on program Sociology Anthropology Educational Studies academic year 2012.This study used a qualitative approach and study research. The data source is the informant, place and events, archives, respondents, and document analysis. The sampling technique used was snowball sampling. Method of collecting the data is interviews and documentation analysis. The validity of data using triangulation data (source), while the analysis of the data using interactive analysis.Based on the analysis it can be concluded: (1) Implementation of the Learning Activities by Leveraging Social Media Facebook as a Learning Support. Facebook is not only used as a medium of support but also be used in full for one semester, as a lecturer abroad. Facebook is used as a medium for distance learning because almost all students use facebook. Facebook is used for communication between faculty and students and among students to discuss courses, announcing assignments and exams so that all members can see all the information on group. 2) Excellence in Learning by Using Facebook as a Media Support Distance Learning: a) Increasing levels of interaction between students with learning educators, b) Enables the interaction of learning from anywhere and at any time, c) Reaching learners in coverage, d) Increasing activity in the learning activities. 3) Obstacles in Learning Using Facebook as a Media Support Distance Learning: a) The difference in speed access and delays with predetermined targets, b) error application, c) Lack of character, d) inadequate facilitiesTo cope with such the. From the above it can be an obstacle in efforts to minimize these barriers is to: a) The material should be concise and clear, and not too much, b) provide respite deadlines and provide confirmation.

Abstract

Abstract: This study describe to investigate : (1) the implementation of the program of On The Job Training to prepare the students of State Vocational High School 6 of Surakarta to enter the world of work; (2) the constraints encountered in the implementation the program of On The Job Training at State Vocational High School 6 of Surakarta; and (3) efforts taken to cope with the constraints in the implementation of the program of On The Job Training at State Vocational High School 6 of Surakarta. This research used the descriptive qualitative research method. The results of the research are as follows: (1) the implementation of the program of On The Job Training at State Vocational High School 6 of Surakarta has been in compliance with the prevailing procedures an can prepare its students majoring in the Office Administration particularly in the expertise competencies in terms of hard skills and soft skills to enter the world of work; (2) the constraints encountered in the implementation of the program are as follows: the students are not mentally ready to follow the program of On The Job Training, the advising teachers have a low frequency to visit the world of business and industry, (c) not all of the competencies can be done by the students, the theories accepted by the students in the class do not conform to the work practicum in the world of business and industry; and (3) the efforts taken to deal with the constraints are as follows: motivating the students, warning the advising teachers, implementing the rolling system at the work department, the advisors of the institutions give guidance to the students.   Keywords: implementation, the program of On The Job Training, students

Abstract

This study aims to analyze 1) the effect of process standards on student economic learning achievement, 2) the effect of assessment standards on student economic learning achievement, 3) the effect of learning motivation on student economic learning achievement, and 4) the influence of process standards and assessment standards on learning achievement economics through student learning motivation. This study uses survey research methods as a data collection tool. The sampling technique used is probability sampling, the type of simple random sampling. The sample in this study were students of Assalam High School Sukoharjo, Central Java, Indonesia, who took part in economics lessons, totaling 103 students. Research data were analyzed quantitatively using path analysis. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the researcher concludes that 1) process standards have a positive and significant effect on students' economic learning achievement; 2) assessment standards have a positive and significant effect on students' economic learning achievement; 3) learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on student achievement; and 4) process standards and assessment standards have a significant effect on economic learning achievement through student learning motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) the influence of leadership style on employee performance, (2) the influence of the work environment on employee performance, (3) the influence of leadership style experience and the work environment together on employee performance. This research is quantitative research using the correlational method. This method is suitable for testing variable hypotheses. The sampling technique was carried out using non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling method or total sampling. The sample used in this research was 30 employees of BALITBANGDA Surakarta City. Data collection was carried out using research questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research results show that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of leadership style on employee performance (t = 23.67, sign 0.00), (2) there is a positive and significant influence of the work environment on employee performance (t = 28.6 , sign = 0.00), (3) there is a simultaneous influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance (f = 1672.57, sign 0.00). The results of this research show that the effective contribution value or contribution size of the two independent variables, namely leadership style and work environment, to employee performance is 99%. Meanwhile, the remaining 1% (100% - 99%) is influenced by other factors not examined in this

Abstract

Kegiatan   pengabdian   ini   bertujuan   untuk   meningkatkan   pengetahuan dan keterampilan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi guru SMK Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis.  Lokasi pelaksanaan program pengabdian berada di Kota Surakarta.  Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dimulai dari tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu telah terlaksana pelatihan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi bagi guru SMK MPLB Kota Surakarta. Setelah menjalani pelatihan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, pemahaman peserta mengenai pembelajaran berdiferensiasi mengalami peningkatan dibuktikan dengan hasil pretes maupun posttest yang meningkat. Peserta juga telah memiliki pengalaman dalam mempraktikkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi sehingga nantinya dapat menerapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di sekolah masing – masing. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan pengabdian  ini  telah  berhasil  mencapai tujuannya  untuk   meningkatkan  pengetahuan maupun keterampilan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to 1) describe library service management at the Karanganyar Regency Archives and Library Service, 2) identify the obstacles; and 3) identify the efforts made to overcome the obstacles that occurred. This research approach is descriptive qualitative with a case study type. Data sources come from informants/resources, places and events, and documents and archives. The sampling techniques used were purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and document and archive analysis. Data validity uses data source triangulation and method triangulation techniques. Data analysis used in this research is an interactive analysis technique. The results of this study are as follows: Library service management at the Karanganyar Regency Archives and Library Service is carried out based on 4 management functions, namely planning, organizing, implementing/moving, and supervising. The obstacles faced in service management at the Karanganyar Regency Archives and Library Service are limited collections, lack of facilities and infrastructure, lack of competent librarians, and low interest in reading from library service users. The solution to overcome the obstacles that occur in library service management at the Karanganyar Regency Archives and Library Service is to carry out procurement of library materials, procurement of facilities and infrastructure, guidance and coaching for librarians, and promotion of library services to the community.
